• MALCOLM (8/5): Well located quiet ground floor apartment with very comfortable bed. - The apartment is well located, is blissfully quiet and looks straight onto a side canal, so it is fun to watch the occasional gondola gliding by only inches away from the window. It is also generally fairly well equipped with a really comfortable bed and good quality linen. Self check-in late in the evening, with support provided on WhatsApp, was straightforward. At this price it seems a bit mean to provide only the tiniest piece of soap and only two tiny shower gel sachets for a 4-night stay. Refillable hotel-style liquid soap and body-wash dispensors would be a nice addition, as would a replacement for the rather rickety and leaky shower door

• Rocio (8/5): Volvería - La ubicacion cerca de la parada ca d'oro esta estupenda y la casa calentita. Cocina equipada y casa muy practica. Las vistas al canal preciosas e ideales🩷 Que no hay mosquiteras y hay incluso en invierno mosquitos. A la peque se la comieron incluso con repelente. La cama muy blanda. Dormimos en el sofá todos los dias. Un poco justo de almacenaje si quieres cenar en la casa.

• MARIANO (8/5): UNA BUENA ESTANCIA, PERO MEJORABLE - La ubicación, las vistas, la dotación de la cocina del apartamento, y la tranquilidad Todo estuvo bien, pero a modo de sugerencia: 1º Las toallas son de baja calidad: el anfitrión podría plantearse ponerlas mejores. 2º Las copas de la vajilla eran de plástico: ¿que la gente las rompe?: vale; pero que sustituirlas (cuatro copas) se puede hacer con menos de 10 euros, tambien: pagamos 738 € por cuatro dias (creo que da para poner copas de cristal) 3º El termo para el agua caliente entiendo tenía el termostato estropeado: a los cinco minutos de comenzar la ducha se quedaba el agua fría, y luego se calentaba, y así varias veces en lo que duraba la ducha. O se debería arreglar el termostato o cambiar el termo.
• François (7/5): Logement calme bien localisé pour visiter Venise (un peu cher) et plus adapté pour un court séjour. - Une jeune femme nous a donné rendez-vous à une piazza et nous a reconduis à notre logement car il était difficile d'accès par nous-même. Nous avions une bonne grandeur de chambre sauf pour la salle de bain (petite). Le logement était situé aux abords d'une petite lagune ce qui était paisible et agréable. Le logement était dans un endroit tranquille et bien insonorisé. Il était situé à 10 minutes de marche de l'arrêt du "Casino" en vaporetto. Il y avait des petits restaurants pour le lunch et le déjeuner tout près d'un quartier de commerces et de restaurants. L'heure de la rencontre pour donner les clés, payer les taxes et montrer le chemin jusqu'au logement a changé 3 fois par Whatsapp, car les heures ne coïncidaient pas avec la réalité de l'arrivée de notre vol à Venise. Ce qui était stressant pour manquer le rendez-vous, mais tout a bien été au final. Par contre, ils demandaient de remplir des formulaires et des informations supplémentaires par la suite qui n'avaient pas été prises par la personne rencontrée (comme photos de passeports, paiement déjà fait à Booking et autres) ce qui créait du stress et il n'y avait pas de bureau pour informations au besoin. La douche avait un problème avec le scellement de la porte alors même en faisant attention avec la direction du jet, il y avait toujours une grosse flaque par terre que nous devions éponger avec nos propres serviettes. Nous avons dû demander des serviettes supplémentaires. Les serrures étaient très difficiles à manipuler (barrer et débarrer). Il n'y avait pas de commodes ni aucun endroit pour placer nos vêtements sauf quelques supports dans une penderie utilisée par la femme de ménage, donc pas pratique pour un séjour de 5 nuits à vivre dans les valises et pas d'endroits pour sécher des vêtements. Nous n'avons pas écouté la télévision car elle n'était pas très grande et mal placée dans la cuisine.

• Fabiana (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Ca Molin permette di vivere a pieno l’atmosfera tipica di Venezia grazie alle sue caratteristiche travi a vista e agli affacci sul canale. Appartamento climatizzato e ben attrezzato, sito in posizione comoda a tutti i servizi di Cannaregio, allegro quartiere non troppo caotico ma ben servito, a circa 20 minuti da Piazza San Marco.

• Yuvendran (10/5): It was awesome and excellent - It was away from the hustle and bustle. It was awesome. Check in was quick and easy, after we met the rep from Venice neighbours. Accommodation was neat and clean. No duvet available on the beds, just a sheet
• Amy (10/5): Quiet neighborhood, spacious and clean, perfect for a couple - Location was quiet, but only a few streets away from main road. Easy access to groceries, cafes, restaurants, and vaporetto. Inside was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything you needed for a short or long stay. Can’t beat the view of the quiet canal with the gondola riders coming by every now and then. The host was very responsive and had great recommendations for food around Venice.

• Laura (10/5): A hidden gem in the heart of Venice - This apartment is a hidden gem. It is located near bakeries, restaurants and is within walking distance of all the major attractions. I enjoyed sitting in the kitchen, enjoying a coffee when the gondolas and boats passed right outside the window. It was a true Venice experience! The apartment is much bigger than the photos show and it was extremely clean. I would highly recommend! Nothing... It was an amazing flat!
• Nesci (4/5): Disappointing - Difficult to locate lockbox. There were several for different properties. Finally one opened. Location good Wi-Fi good Bed good       > check in difficult       > 2 pieces of half dollar size soap for 2 people for 5 days - really?       > 2 towels for 2 people for 5 days - really?       > shower too small and could not contain water in basin since shower door not working properly       > hot water kept going out       > small TV with permanent black streaks on screen       > no dresser for clothing       > no disclosure of garbage policy. Instructions unclear and had to inquire of other building tenants       > no appliance instructions - had to learn by trial and error       > kitchen lights not working        > window shades sometimes were able to be opened and closed easily but most times not       > response left much to be desired.   Unit needs a complete gut and redo with modern appliances and furniture. Certainly wasn't worth what we paid with the "add-ons".
• Davydova (10/5): Exceptional - I liked it, very good location, 20-25 minutes walking from San Marco, and in a very nice neighbourhood with amazing and cheaper restaurants than near San Marco. Very good recommendations from the host, I would not find the same myself. Very good view to the canal. As it's already mentioned in previous reviews, there is a LOT of messages, rules and bureaucracy. I was ready to it because I wanted this particular apartment.
• Joel (7/5): Nice stay and location but full on staff - Good location, everything you needed, nice to be on the canale The amount of messages prior to arrival, over 50+ messages and emails. Also the only accommodation out of our 10 different locations that still asked for a full contract and bond even though we paid up front.
