Nothing- the property was fantastic.
- Linda (10/5): A lovely blend of comfort, character, and calm in a truly special setting. - It was a beautiful, clean space with a lovely garden. Tony was very thoughtful and the information given before we got there was brilliant. The kids enjoyed the Pictionary game and sleeping upstairs.
- Chris (9/5): Great stay and made all the better for seeing Gerald. - Fabulous place, well equipped, in a great location and we saw Gerald! Just wish we could have stayed longer.
- Sarah (10/5): Dreamy stay, we didn't want to leave. - The property is delightful. We were pleased to self cater as once we had arrived, we were reluctant to leave! Hearing and spotting the resident koala in the front garden tree was icing on the cake. The double bedroom was really comfortable as was the mezzanine. We used the heat pump which did a great job with keeping us warm. The host was fantastic with communication. I would definitely recommend this property. There were no curtains on at least one window in the living space which made for some alarming moments for the mezz dweller as light from passing cars shone through after bedtime. But that calmed down so really, we don't have any negative feedback.
- Louise (9/5): Great little get away ! - The location was great. Being close to the hotel and general store made organising meals and other needs easy. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Host was very accommodating. Having to leave and go home.

- Natalka (9/5): Relaxing and peaceful retreat - Gorgeous little cabin for an overnight stay. Felt very homely. Everything was clean, rain shower was great, host was lovely. We went to the local pub that's walking distance for dinner, food was good and staff were welcoming. 🙌
- Shirley (10/5): Beautiful little get away! ⛪ - We loved our stay at the Cozy Church Cabin, the heating was on for our arrival and once we lit up the fire the ambience was perfect. The church has been converted beautifully with décor to match and Tony the host was very helpful. N/A

- Jacquie (9/5): Warm, cosy & spacious. Loved reading about the buildings history & looking at the collectibles. - Ambience was cozy & welcoming the moment we arrived & opened the front door.
Location was fantastic, lovely area nestled in-between the local Pub & the General Store. Fresh when we arrived, but once we turned on the heating & lit a roaring fire it was warm & toasty for entire evening.

- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely, cosy place!
This former school has been rehabilitated in a very unique, thoughfully decorated and tidy place.
There is a large double-bed room downstairs, and 4 single beds in a mezzanine upstairs.
The bathroom is particularly neat, clean, large and modern, and there are many small attentions everywhere, books, boardgames, food left as help for your use...
You can really feel the soul of this place and its amazing owner.
- Ou (10/5): It was our best experience during this trip - It is very beautiful place. We saw the kola sleeping on the tree. My kid loves it. It would be more perfect if an internal washing machine is provided.
- Stacey (10/5): Enjoyed our comfortable stay, highly recommend - Very comfortable, clean and homely
- Sachie (9/5): Superb - Place location Need more information about activities in the area
- Supreet (9/5): Good value for money , very nice character of the house - Very nice cottage
- Melanie (10/5): The soul-restoration our family needed, to get out amongst nature and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. - Our kids loved that all 4 of us could sleep in the loft together in the 4 single beds. Like a slumber party! Our kids are 15 and 13 (13th birthday while we were staying here!). We loved the fireplace/coonara. It added a beautiful ambience to the cottage in the evenings. Firewood is available at the general store very close by, for $15/bag or $25/2 bags. The split system ensured the accommodation was beautiful and warm, and the amazing soft blankets downstairs were super warm when sitting and watching a movie. Free Wifi access worked well. Great shower and bathroom facilities. We loved seeing the resident koala (Gerald I believe) run across the lawn right near our feet and shimmy up the Gum tree in the yard. I've never seen one in the wild so close up...I was fascinated. He'd been in the wars, and only has 1 eye. We loved the half basketball court diagonally over the road. We took our own basketball at the recommendation of Tony, our fantastic host. Every night we would take our spotlight to illuminate the court, and play basketball/shooting comps. Then we'd do a bit of spotlighting for wildlife on the way home. Found 2 other koalas, nearby. There's a cute little garden walk at the back of the park. Great for amateur spotlighters like us! Never saw it in daylight, but looked great in the dark of night. We took our own little coffee machine, which was wonderful of an evening. The kitchen is very well supplied. A great base to do day trips from, and explore the Otways! Tony is a wonderful host, with great recommendations for day trips, and nothing is too much trouble. All great!
- Stuie (9/5): Comfy little rustic gem in a fantastic spot for everything you may want to do! - Even before we arrived Tony was a fantastic host with great communication and handy tips for us for sightseeing and the local town. The place itself is rustic, comfy, and in a fantastic location in terms of the the town itself (General Store and Pub only a very short 2 min walk), and also centrally in terms of sightseeing around the area. Really homely feel to the place with lots of cushions and rugs to get comfy and lots of beautiful touches. Lovely large shower, lots of books and games for the family, and plenty of spots to sit and have a cuppa and enjoy the surrounds. Nothing not to like!
- Emma (10/5): Perfect little cabin for a cosy relaxed getaway! - Gorgeous little cabin in the perfect spot to explore the surrounding Otways! Loved the cosy fire on a cold rainy night and the easy walk to the pub for dinner or the general store for breakfast. Nothing
- Sahra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Solly (10/5): Amazing - Everything! It was amazing. The style, history, just everything ☺️. The beds were very comfortable. The supplies were great, very cozy with the wood fire going. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very happy with how clean the cabin was. My sister loved the books on the staircase. 5 star from us ✨️ will definitely be back
- Warrick (8/5): Loved it. Would recommend - Great location and very comfortable. Well furnished and very close to everything Very cold with the fireplace the only source of heating. Some kind of heating source in the bedroom would be awesome
- Suzanne (7/5): Good - Cute and quirky. Cant beat the location!
- Kristine (9/5): Superb - Lots of lovely touches. A very comfortable and quaint cabin.
- Soni (10/5): Perfect vibe for our tribe! :) - We absolutely loved our stay here! The last night and highlight of our trip to Victoria! The Cabin was just immaculate and we loved having our afternoon wine and cheese and campfire while the kids ran around the yard, chopped wood and fed the friendly cows some grass. We will be recommending this to all our friends and family and can't wait til we can get back down there again for another stay!
- Wall (10/5): We had a lovely night and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - Clean and beautifully furnished
Cozy and comfortable Nothing
