• Leanne (10/5): Amazing apartment and location - Our group of 6 stayed in both the one and two bedroom apartments with an interconnecting door making it feel like one huge apartment. The location was amazing, right across a small road to a lovely swimming beach and 8 minute walk to centro storico. The apartments were so comfortable and clean with an amazing view from the balcony, we could not fault anything. The owner was great, really responsive.

• Mariagemma (7/5): Ottima posizione, ma caro a mio parere. - Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico.struttura accogliente,letto molto comodo.Bellissima la caletta di fronte, ma impossibile accedere ad agosto anche la mattina presto non si riesce a passare nemmeno per fare un bagno! Non ci sono finestre direttamente dalla camera, ma c'è una sorta di corridoio si servizio su cui si sono delle finestre scorrevoli.

L’aire condicionat a les tres estancies principals funciona molt bé. M’agradat tot, però cal tenir en compte que no hi ha ascensor (tercer pis) i no hi ha rentadora.

The location was fantastic and the proprietor responded very quickly and helped us with anything that we needed. I would highly recommend and definitely consider staying here again. We couldn't find any new trash bags after the trash was taken out. A little more toilet paper would be appreciated.

• Vidka (10/5): Great apartment - Very good location just outside the old town but the beach was across the street. The apartment was cozy and clean There were no corkscrew in the kitchen, which for Italy is weird 😉
• Victor (10/5): Perfect location by the ocean and high standard! - The location is perfect with 30 m to closest beach and there is several restaurants and supermarket in the area. Just 10 min walk to old town where you find a little more bar life with good restaurants and beautiful architecture.

• Aistė (8/5): Good place near center - Very good location, near beach, near center of town. It was easy communicate with the hosts. The windows were tinted, no view. The bathroom wasnt very clean. Hard to find place for parking.
• Tamás (10/5): Really good value for money, good location and modern place. - Modern and well eqipped apartment with sea view and free beach gear. Parking space was easy to find around the block We rented 2 apartments but the aurcon broke down in the smaller one. The electricians came to repair the next day and the host offered us extra ventillators to make the heat bearable until repairs are done.
• Jessica (8/5): Lovely little beach in front of the apartment - Very cute apartment in a calm part of Monopoli, with a little beach in front. The host was very kind and readily available. The apartment has all the amenities needed, and it's comfortable. Everything was good, a little expensive for being an apartment. Internet is ok for remote work, but only in some parts of the apartment.

• Radka (9/5): Great stay. - Thank you to the host for being willing to wait for us until late at night upon our arrival. The accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from the city center, close to the beach. In winter, it’s not accessible for those who don’t mind cold water :-). The room was perfectly clean. Upon arrival, it wasn’t heated (in April), but we managed to warm it up within half an hour. The floor is stone, so it stayed cold the whole time. The double bed is comfortable, and for the third person, there was a pull-out sofa available in the apartment’s hallway. If you’re visiting in winter, pack warmer pajamas. The bed had a standard large sheet with a blanket. For us, it wasn’t enough. Overall, a very clean and comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor. The balcony is on the side of the house, so you won't enjoy much of a sea view from the balcony. It's not worth paying extra for it.

• Monika (9/5): Superb - Great apartment with view on the sea. Beach is few meters just across the street. Apartment is clean, specious and well equiped. Few minutes from old city center, shop and nice restaurants. The host was very helpful. One of the bedrooms has only air cooler which was not enought for us when temperature was above 30 degrees during our stay. Probably it is ok when it is not so hot outside.
• Veneta (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful apartment on the seafront, a few steps from two small beaches. Comfortable, modern and clean. Air conditioners in all rooms, equipped kitchen. Dishwasher available. However, a coffee machine was missing, which is strange for an Italian accommodation.
• Krzysztof (9/5): Superb - A spacious aprartment with a stunning view. Perfect location in front of the beach amd close to the city centre (about a 10minutes walk), big, comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and helpful, we had a pleasant stay. The only downsides were there was no kettle or a coffee machine in the apartment. Also, the bedroom with a sea view had no air conditioning.

As for the apartment, it has absolutely every convenience (the coffee machine is a special plus). I didn't expect it to be so spacious, very nicely decorated and stylish. It is definitely the nicest apartment I stayed at with my friends on the trip 😍 The sea is very close and the balcony has a direct sea view. We were very pleased to be there for two days and we will definitely be back 🌊 P.S. Thanks for the sweets 😍🍬
• Milton (10/5): The apartement is a perfect fit for a couple + 2 teenagers. - Francesco, the host, was very kind and quickly responsive when we had questions. Halfway through the journey we received new towel sets, which is not that common in appartments leases. Kitchen seemed pretty small at first but was very functional and had quite everything we needed. Exceptional sunrise view from the parental bedroom, and perfect sea view from the balcony. Two beaches very close to the appartment. Supermarkets, old town of Monopoli with restaurants and bars just few walking minutes away. A kettle and a toaster would have been nice to have in the kitchen, but we definitively survived without ;)
