• Itumeleng (2/5): Not as comfortable as I thought. - 1. Aircon didn’t work in my room. 2. My room was not cleaned everyday and didn’t change my beddings for my entire stay. 3. The property must consider fresh milk and proper coffee for their rooms, as it is done everywhere.

• kelebohile (1/5): We immediately left after the bad service we received and managed to get a better place close by. - absolutely nothing the staff is very rude, we have booked the facility way in advance and a specific room. On arrival, she offered us a total different room which was very small, untidy and did not meet our expectation at all.

• Mbongeni (1/5): - Location The room and guest house are filthy and not maintained. Reception staff is not welcoming. I asked for broom and dustpan as well as cloth to try and make the stay a bit comfortable. Checked out around 6am to go shower elsewhere because the bath / shower looked dirty.

• Roy (4/5): Disappointed in facilities and staff 👎 - Location Bed was wonky, could not lock the balcony door, bath badly stained . Went out for dinner and waited for 20 mins for staff to unlock the gate for me to get in after they had said there is someone on duty all night 🙈🤬

• Dee (3/5): Dis appointing - Perfect location for my visit. Place needs an upgrade, quickly. Staff lovely, but not their fault building dilapidated . No attention to detail. Besides the toilet not working ( I was offered another room but declined) the bathroom door was broken , plugs didn’t work and and and . I was too tired to look for somewhere else. So stayed .

• Fatima Moddy (1/5): - I liked that it was close to the sea However the room we saw online, is not the room we got. The room had stained bedding, was smelly and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. It was a Friday evening and the receptionist showed us this bad room and said its the only one left and no other options. No working TV. It was just a nightmare and unfortunately didn't have an option since i had arrived late on Friday and ended up having to take the room. But i was very disappointed and not happy at all.

I had to check myself out early (with no refund) and find acceptable other accommodation. Bookings.com should not support this quality of accommodation! Linen was stained and full of very big holes! Everything is a lie, sheets are dirty, and stained carpets' dirty ceiling is falling. What a horrible place. What is shown on the website is the complete opposite. Please 🙏 don't waste your money on this property 🙏
• Julliet (5/5): Overall, I loved the location, but the condition of the property and the service were disappointing - I stayed at Amoris Sea Point and have mixed feelings about my experience. The best thing about this property is its location,absolutely perfect! It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s a very convenient spot for exploring Sea Point and the surrounding areas. Unfortunately, the property itself is not well maintained. There was a persistent foul smell, likely from various foods cooked in the building. The kitchen appliances were old and not very clean, and the bed linen felt very worn. The service could also be improved, as the staff seemed to lack basic hospitality skills.

• Coetzee (2/5): Ok - Quik visit location terrible Camps Bay I beautiful don't get me wrong but where the place is located I would not recommend no parking my car was parked outside it was raining and steep hills two cars can not drive in one road unfriendly staff like they don't care while night on video calls with there girlfriend obviously using the cottage wifi No parking, showers leaked, staff useless, lady did not even knock luckily my door was locked she wanted to open the door before check out time no announcing herself nothing.

• vikilahle (3/5): Never even got to stay - I liked where it’s situated Bad service, accepting a booking and then not not actually accommodating us. We arrived late and we communicated the check in time with them but when we got there, we were told there are no rooms available. We had to request again and change venues. I believe that they should have updated us with regards to the unavailability of the rooms and apologised for the inconvenience.
