Attention, pensez bien à toujours garder votre téléphone avec suffisamment de batterie pour ouvrir et fermer la porte, aucun autre moyen sinon.

arikan (10/5): - Konumu çok güzel, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Ev tertemiz ve mobilyalar yeni ve güzeldi. Yataklar çok rahattı. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için her türlü ekipman mevcuttu. Hamza Bey’e de çok teşekkür ederiz, çok ilgiliydi ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Check-in oldukça rahattı. Sevilla’ya tekrar geldiğimizde kalacağımız yer burası olacaktır. Olumsuz bir durum yoktu.

Thomas (9/5): Sensationeller Vermieter! Alles modern und neu ! Das Schlafzimmer nicht zur Straße ausgerichtet sind. Auch perfekt für v - Alles neu und modern eingerichtet. Parkhaus und Busstation in der Nähe . Selbst zu Fuß nur 10-20 Minuten in s Zentrum. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war herausragend mit vielen Tipps. Die Schlafzimmer haben nur kleine Fenster zum Innenhof und bieten daher wenig Licht. Aber dies wussten wir vorher. Also keine Kritik. Sonst nur Kleinigkeiten..Die Handtücher könnten mal erneuert werden und es gab keine Abtrockentücher für das Geschirr.

Christelle (10/5): Logement idéal - Hamza est un hôte accueillant, toujours disponible et très serviable. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et très propre, avec des commerces à proximité. Il bénéficie également d'un emplacement idéal, à seulement 15 minutes à pied des principaux points d'intérêt. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Le canapé-lit situé côté rue peut être légèrement exposé aux nuisances sonores, bien que la rue reste peu fréquentée.

Antoine (10/5): Bel appartement bien équipé et confortable - Hamza était super disponible et nous a donné de très bon conseils. L’appartement était très bien équipé (tab pour le lave vaisselle, lessive, etc). La literie était top. Très propre et les 2 salles de bain étaient appréciables. L’appartement est plus adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes si vous souhaitez manger sur place mais cela correspondait bien à l’annonce.
Michael (10/5): The best booking we have ever had. - We are an older semi-retired couple, so we have used short-term rentals for many years and this was the best. The flat was superb, in a charming neigborhood, but a big part of what made our stay so good, was Hamza, the manager, who was in touch regularly by Whatsapp, helped us whever we needed it, provided instructions (with video!) on how use some of the trickier things like the on-line locks and induction stove, and even anticipated things we might need like calling a taxi when our stay was over. The flat itself was very beautiful and user-friendly (everything worked perfectly) and it was generously stocked with coffee capsules for the machine, vinegar and olive oil, and many other little delicacies of Andalous when we moved in. This was a stay we will never forget! Can think of anything.
FABIANA LEMOS DE (10/5): Muito obrigada pela gentileza e pelo cuidado em cada detalhe ! - A acomodação é muito aconchegante e moderna, móveis novos e confortáveis , cozinha bem equipada, banheiros bons e chuveiros excelentes. Deixaram alguns temperos e cápsulas de café, azeites e vinagres de cortesia. Equipada com máquinas de lavar louças e roupas . Perfeito o lugar ! A localização muito boa também ! Avenida próxima com facilidade para Uber, táxis e ônibus. Porém a distância de alguns pontos turísticos permite ir a pé mesmo. Foram muito solícitos em nos atender, inclusive em guardar as nossas malas já que chegamos antes do horário do chek-in. Não tivemos pontos negativos .

Justo en la puerta hay una plaza de aparcamiento para personas con movilidad reducida, lo que nos facilito mucho estacionar. Además, está bien comunicado por transporte público, con una parada que permite acceder fácilmente a zonas como Triana o la Plaza de España. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, es bonito y dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Superó nuestras expectativas. Destacamos la atención de Hamsa, siempre amable y disponible. Sin duda, volveremos. Nos gustó todo, no tenemos ninguna queja.

Es todo nuevo, está todo al detalle tanto los jabones como que te dejen cápsulas de café y té que nos vinieron genial. Estuvieron muy atentos contestando cada vez que lo necesitábamos. Volvería sin duda!

Olaoluwa (10/5): Wonderful weekend stay in Sevilla - The apartment is just as described. It was spacious for the 5 of us to visit for the weekend. The check-in system was seamless and finding the apartment was very easy. Upon entering, the apartment was very clean. We appreciated the mattress encasements. The full kitchen, and amenities were also utilised and was very much appreciated. The water pressure in the bath was exceptional. The location of the flat was ideal as well. I highly recommend these apartments if you are visiting Seville! Nothing
Javier (7/5): Nuevo y cómodo con algunos "peros" - Decoración. Está todo nuevo. Bastante buena hubicacion. Uno de los baños huele permanentemente mal seguramente de las cañerías. En el mismo baño, la ducha se emboza y se sale el agua.
