Travis (9/5): Great value, beautiful location - We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. The room was clean. The views of Lake Kivu are amazing. You are a 15-minute walk from local stores (for snacks and drinks). You can hear neighbors if they are loud and you can smell the smoke (cigarettes) from guests below you.

Jean-Pol (8/5): Un lieu particulier à découvrir hors du temps. - Le site, les vues exceptionnelles sur le lac Kivu, l’architecture du batiment, la gentillesse du personnel, le rapport qualité-prix. C'est vieillot, mais c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme de l'endroit. Ne changez rien surtout.

O café da manhá é bom. Wi-fi bom. Estacionamento interno com segurança. O acesso ao hotel é muito ruim. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado.

Steffen (9/5): - Wunderbarer Blick über einen "Fjord" des KivuSees, sehr gutes Essen, auch wenn jedes Gericht mit einer Wartezeit von 45 min in der Karte steht, dafür frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Eine ungeplante Verlängerungsnacht ohne booking com war 9€ billiger. Die Zimmer über dem Restaurant, so auch meines, sind sehr klein: Doppelbett, kleiner Tisch + Stuhl. WC-Spülung funktionierte nicht, hab das Zimmer problemlos tauschen können.

The rooms are a little rustic but very clean- which is more important to me than having matching taps. Not too well noise proofed if that’s an issue for you.
