In Barcelona you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurants where you can have a great time without disturbing anyone and compromising your stay. Please note the times when silence is required in Spanish towns: Monday – Friday: 21.30 to 9.00 Saturday – Sunday: 22.00 to 10.00 3. Whenever you leave the apartment, please: (a) turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and (b) lock the doors securely behind you. 4. Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision. 5. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision. 6. If the client uses any extra bed linen or towels without permission, the cost of the laundry (between 15€ and 50€) will be deducted from the damage deposit. 7. Check out time is 11:00 am as we need to clean the apartment between 11.00 and 14:00, prior to the next check-in (normally about 14.00).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Very flexible with checkin time
Excellent shops, restaurants and transport links close by. A little bit noisy but obviously we are in a city so to be expected

- fmarta77 (10/5): - A tengerpart sétával is pár percnyire volt a szállásunktól és a központ is rövid idő alatt elérhető volt. A szállás nagyon otthonos volt, hamar megszerettük. Mindenkinek szívesen ajánlom.

- Gábor (10/5): The price-value ratio is perfect. - he agency did everything to make us feel comfortable. From handing over the keys to keeping the packages. They are professionals, I can only recommend them. The apartment is well located, a bit out of the city center, but with a pleasant walk you can quickly reach the Rambla. Clean, well equipped. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything from next door, the sofa is a bit uncomfortable for two people.
