• Lisanne (8/5): - Schöne ruhige Lage in einer tollen Wohngegend, Gastgeber immer nett und gut erreichbar. Für einen kurzen und zweckmäßigen Aufenthalt ideal. :-) Bei der Ausstattung und der Renovierung hätte mehr Wert auf Qualität gelegt werden können (teilweise fehlen die Fußleisten, die Küche ist nicht fest eingebaut, Matratze sehr unbequem etc.) und es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler.

• Toska (9/5): Clean, spacious, modern apartment, 100% recommend - Clean, spacious, modern appartment with everything you need. More spacious than expected. Seamless experience! Hauke is also a very nice host - we chatted via Booking app. Quiet neighbourhood. We stayed for 3 nights, and used E-rollers to go to the city centre. We had such a great time in Düsseldorf and this appartment was exactly what we needed to make it a great stay.

• Kai (9/5): Sehr angenehm. Gutes Preis/Leistungs/Verhältnis. - Sehr gute Lage / Straßenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Haustür und in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Trotzdem ruhig und im Grünen. Schade, dass es ohne Balkonk nicht auch noch die Möglichkeit gibt, im Sommer draußen zu sitzen.

The apartment is perfectly located on a quiet street just a short walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy right around the corner. The place has clearly been renovated recently—bright, airy, and spotlessly clean—and the private entrance gave us complete freedom and privacy. Best of all, the host was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready with helpful tips and quick replies to any question. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return! Nothing to complain!
• Gunnar (8/5): Ideale Unterkunft für einen Düdo-Besuch mit homeoffice-Ecke - Zweckmässig und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, sogar mit einem richtigen homeoffice-Arbeitsplatz. Meganetter Vermieter, auch für Sonderwünsche ansprechbar:) Sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis und es sind auch die üblichen Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf um die Ecke(n). Habe problem- und kostenlos an der Wohnstraße vor der Tür parken können. Leider gibt es keine Geschirrspülmaschine und am Herd und am Kühlschrank muss man wegen der Dachschräge auch den Kopf schräg halten. Der Ein- und Ausstieg in die Dusch/Badewanne erfordert etwas Gelenkigkeit.

Genauso wie ich es wollte und hat sogar meine Erwartungen ein Ticken übertroffen :) - Sehr schöne und vor allem ruhige Gegend, gut angebunden, viele Parkplätze, der Grafenberger Wald um die Ecke, alle Supermärkte um die Ecke, schöne minimalistische Ausstattung und sehr korrekter Host Es fällt mir nichts ein

• Julia (10/5): - Wir haben uns ein weiteres Mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Umgebung, sauber, apart gestaltet, sehr gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt, nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Erholungsgebiet in fußläufiger Nähe.

• Christoph (9/5): - Just as advertised the apartment is situated in a quite place but still only 3 minutes walking distance from a mayor public transportation stop. Rewe and Netto are very close by as well as a Greek restaurant and an ice cream place. Apartment had all the amenities even shampoo and a cute Minibar. A little folder with information about one's stay could also be found. Apartment is on the 3rd floor (2. OG). And the stairs are a bit small on the last flight, especially for bigger persons. Parking situation can be a bit tricky but that is not the fault of the apartment.

Nuestro anfitrión Hauke fue increíblemente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El sitio en sí es encantador, limpio y bien mantenido, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Realmente disfruté de cada aspecto de mi tiempo aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendable! No hubo nada que no me gustara del alojamiento. Todo estuvo a la altura de mis expectativas y disfruté plenamente de mi estancia.

There are restaurants and grocery stores around the corner. We enjoyed running in the Grafenberg Forrest.

• Elke (10/5): Tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen - Wunderschöne Wohnung mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten im Wohngebiet. Es gab kleine Snacks zur Begrüßung und auch Getränke, die man für ein kleines Geld erwerben kann.

• Peter (10/5): Schöne Wohnung mit hilfreichen Gastgebern - Sehr schönes Appartment in einer gehoben Wohngegend. Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist optimal. Wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung ist eine Haltestelle mit Verbindungen direkt in die Altstadt von Düsseldorf. Wer den Empfehlungen der Gastgeber für Restaurants in direkter Nähe folgt ist gut beraten. Das griechische Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
