Absolutely nothing to complain about! Fantastic location near the City Centre, yet quiet. Will definitely go again! Not one single complaint to be made!

• Bishakha (9/5): Would definitely recommend - Very clean, comfortable with all amenities. The rooms are very beautiful. A 15 min walk to the city centre. Or 2 bus rides to Warwick Campus. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Overall a great stay A little far from the city centre..gets lonely in the dark walking back to the house

• Bella (10/5): Amazing short stay, Thank you Host. - I stay in hotels and air bnbs very frequently, I am rarely able to give a 10/10 review but… The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The communal areas are spotless, well lit and felt like home. My room smelled amazing upon arrival and felt like walking into your own bedroom. The host is friendly and welcoming, he is communicative and check in instructions were provided on time. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone. Thank you very much! Nothing was absolutely amazing.

The stairs are compact to get the big check in bag through the stairs :) but then this is how the houses are in UK..

• Jessica (9/5): It was a wonderful and lovely stay! - A very convenient place to stay. I stayed 8 nights. There are Aldi, Morrisons, McDonald and Greggs within walking distance from this property where I can get food to eat or cook it by myself. Bus stop is just 3 mins away from the property that takes you to the main station and from there you can hop on to another bus to other destinations! Mr Justin, the property's team was very helpful and accommodating. Fast to response to requests too! Nothing.

• Naheed (9/5): Home away from home - Justin was very good and friendly, informative and very accommodating and a phone call away. Bedroom was very cosy and lovely with all facilities you can wish for. The shower was spacious and clean. Shared kitchen was big and with allocated cupboards and fridges numbered. Located near the city centre and Morrisons around the corner. Really enjoyed the experience and really good value.

If I were to have any negative comments, it would be the parking as the street is very busy. I had to park quite a walk away at night, but honestly, it was such a relaxing environment I didn't mind

Easy access to Coventry and Birmingham NEC Justin, the Host, was awesome in making sure we were well settled and everything was OK. .. • Sonia (10/5): Home away from home... elegant and friendly - Location is fantastic, but what makes the place unique is Justin the owner. I work is hospitality, have have an eye for detail and can say easily is better than some 4 star hotels. The colours, the decoration, the senses, everything, makes you feel at home. I kept extending my stay. I liked everything!
• Myles (9/5): Exactly as described - Justin couldn't do enough for us.The facilities were exactly as described and we couldn't fault them.Particularly handy if arriving at Birmingham Airport.The X1 Birmingham to Coventry bus drops you virtually at the door at an astonishing £2.00 per person.We will definitely return.

Justin is an excellent host and so helpful. The rooms are not cleaned during a stay. I stayed at the guesthouse for 9 nights. In my opinion the room should be cleaned every 3 days for ex. at least the garbage baskets empty...

Proprietor very helpful and responds quickly to messages. Lovely shower that worked well with controls that were easy to operate. Property was secure with front door locked. Little patio to sit out with chairs and table was very welcome. Noisy permanent residents in the house that have little respect for others. They take over the kitchen and usually are on kitchen from 11-1 am- they slam doors late at night and traipse up and down corridors loudly- they think they own the place! They raid other people’s cupboards and are not even polite enough to speak.
