• Jaime (9/5): Vale mucho la pena. - Ubicación y estado del apartamento. Muy acogedor y céntrico. Un poco complejo el acceso sin llaves.
• Maria Paula Deodato (9/5): Muito funcional. - A localização Não havia papel higiénico suficiente. A insistência na separação do lixo era desnecessária pois também o fazemos no nosso país.

Giriş saatimizde belirtilen talimatlar ile eve giriş yaptığımızda karşımızda bizden önce eve girenlerin özel eşyaları ve bavulları ile karşılaştık. Çünkü anladığımız kadarı ile ikimize de aynı dairenin giriş kodu aynı gün için verilmiş. Girdiğimiz gibi panikle dışarı çıkıp, akşamın geç saati daire önündeki merdivenlerde sorunumuzun çözümü için muhatap bulmak adına bir saatten fazla vakit geçirdik. Nihayet ulaştığımızda bi karışıklık olduğunu ve bizi yan daireye geçireceklerini belirttiler ve öyle de yaptılar. Ancak bu biz ve habersizce dairelerine girdiğimiz diğer misafirler için çok rahatsız edici bir olaydı. Onlar içerideyken de habersizce odaya giriş yapabilirdik. Misafirleri için sayısız talimatla konaklama isteyen ev sahipleri, asla profesyonel olmayan böylesi hataları yapmamalılardı.

Recommended ! - Internet, tv in every room, bathroom , clean One of the 2 bedrooms is separated by panelling which doesn’t go all the way to the top. Therefore if you are in sitting room or vice versa people can hear you. Eg watching tv in sitting room the people sleeping in bedroom can hear you. Not a problem as travelling a lot and don’t really watch tv!

• Anna Karina (8/5): Modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage. - Die Lage dieses Apartments ist klasse, direkt in der Innenstadt, wenige Minuten vom Dom. Schön ist die Gegend dort nicht, aber wir waren da ja nicht wegen der Aussicht sondern wegen der Lage. Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und Straßenbahn vor der Haustür. Im Apartment gibt es alles was man braucht, Küchenausstattung und auch Badartikel. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und hat ein schönes Bad. Alles war perfekt sauber. Die Klimaanlage lief auch gut. Der Zugang zum Apartment online war für mich neu, wird aber vorab genau beschrieben, man braucht dafür ein Smartphone mit Internetverbindung. In der Umgebung gibt es auch Lokale, wo an frühstücken kann. (Italienisch = Kaffee und Croissant) Die zentrale Lage bedeutet leider auch, dass die Haupt-Straßenbahnlinie direkt vor dem Fenster verläuft, das Rumpeln hört man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster die ganze Nacht. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen! Die Doppelbetten haben zwar zwei getrennte Matratzen aber jeweils nur eine große Decke, das ist einfach nichts für uns.

• David (8/5): huge space close to the Duomo down the street from great kebabs. - huge space with great balconies and full laundry facility. Very comfortable and updated Decor. The view could use a little bit of work, but the location made up for it

They left a box of snacks and waters in the room which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Location was great. Duomo was extremely close and there were lots of dinning options close by. The pizza place a few doors down is good food and excellent staff. Collecting the keys was the only difficulty. My partner's parents sat on the steps for 3 hours because they were unable to get the phone key to work due to no internet. The reservation said someone would be on site at the facility until 5 pm but they were there at 3 and no one was in the office to help. This was the only negative part of the trip.

If they can only manage to change the door lock that would be great👍 only problem is very confusing how to open the door we need lots of effort and time to get inside and also need Internet to unlocked if they can provide normal key would be more easier The door lock u need to change it for more inconvenience way to open the apartment

• Juventino22 (9/5): Great apartment! Close to Duomo - 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The neighborhood is secure overall and the security levels on the unit itself is good. Process for check-in and check-out was fully digital and easy. The living room is small.

• Fay (9/5): Superb - Good lucation 8 minutes walking to arrive to dumo The lock room was damage , and they knew already that its damage and could open anytime and yet they rent the apartment to us, its really not safety as we were a family and we sleep with a fully opened door and even when we come from outside we found the door open, the apartment is an easy targer for anyone to steal from it, i don’t recommend it at all, I would’ve give it a 5 starts if this problem was not there.

• D. (8/5): Very good - The location was near restaurants, shopping, and points of interest which made travel to these areas very easy without the need for a car or public transportation. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. One of the bedrooms was not completely "walled-up" and shared ceilings with the living room and kitchen area. Any noise from these areas traveled easily to the bedroom, making it difficult to sleep. There was also a lot of street noise, such as garbage trucks early in the morning.

• See (3/5): If hygiene is improved It would have been a 7 out of 10 - Location is good, 5 mins walk to metro and 5 stops to centrale station. We have concerns on Hygiene which brings down the value for money. We found bed bugs and mosquito in the apartment. Blood stains on the wall from previous insects. There’s also only one roll of toilet paper for 4 of us in a 3 night stay. We feedback to the host and was given more the next day, but paying this price we shouldn’t be worrying about not having enough toilet paper.

• Tina (9/5): Absolutely loved the location and overall a lovely apartment. My sister and I met our sister in law who travelled from N - Apartment was clean and tidy and great location. Bed was very uncomfortable. Basics like milk could have made things a little easier.

• Anna (7/5): Good - If you need a base in Milan to sleep, this is the place for you. It is not comfortable or inviting for sitting and spending the day in, just shower and sleep. The windows are covered, so no light comes in. The safe was out of order, and the uncomfortable couch needed a clean.
• Tanya (2/5): Disappointing - Location was ok however on the wrong side of the DUOMO AND attractions We were charged €56 euro for someone to check us in - then we were greeted by a man other than the host and were never told there was NO wifii or phone reception in this apartment - we decided to vacate the property on realisation of this which ended out four night stay as a one night stay. Location was acceptable however this is an office conversion and the 2nd bedroom is a partitioned wall -not a full wall to ceiling room. It has vault bolt lock doors which only operate via a code not good in any emergency and if you happen to lock yourself out you can’t get back in,..and a very small lift one person -NO fire escape plan ( 5 flights of stairs )and the electricity will cut off if you use the air conditioner and the washer together … not AT ALL what we expected or had hoped for - we would not stay here again or recommend it. We had tried to contact the host several times on the day of check in and after vacating early - still no reply. Not acceptable and it offers very little as an experience - over priced and disappointing *A no cancellation policy is offered here.
