• Mairead (10/5): This host knows how to host. Excellent property - Perfect location Beautiful apartment, very high ceilings, bright and airy on a corner block . Walk to beach in 15 mins. Everything else on your doorstep almost. Good quality towels. 2 modern bathrooms with shampoo and conditioner supplied. Street noise might bother a light sleep but ear plugs should sort that.
• Dobson (9/5): Brilliant apartment - brilliant city. - Loved the location. The flat was beautiful. There was so much to do on the doorstep including the beautiful gelato directly across the road. There were 2 lovely restaurants below the flat and all the main sites were all within walking distance. The museum, cathedral and bars and restaurants were all a short walk away. The harbour is about 15 minutes walk. The beds were comfy, and all the amenities in the flat were good quality including the clothes steamer which was a real bonus. The location of the apartment means that it is noisy at night. This is no-ones fault, it is just within earshot or many of the bars and restaurants. So if you want a peaceful evening, then this may not be the place for you. However, the offset of that is that it is a short walk to everything Malaga has to offer.

• Damir (9/5): - Der Eigentümer ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zudem reagierte er kompetent und rasch auf Nachfragen. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Wohnung ist ferner sehr gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig entfernt, was wir definitiv genossen haben. nsgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, wozu der Eigentümer mit Aufmerksamkeit in Form von Orangen und einer Flasche Wein als Willkomensgeschenk beigetragen hat. Für uns war es definitiv zu laut, so dass wir unter enormen Schlafmangel leiden - dies darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Es ist eine Kombination von sehr lauten von Menschen, Autos, Motorrollern, Reinigungswagen etc. verursachten Geräuschen, die das Einschlafen die ganze Nacht unmöglich macht. Dafür kann der Eigentümer selbstverständlich nichts; allerdings wäre eine Investition in schallisolierte Fenster angebracht.
• Mergyul (10/5): - Sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nacht noch draußen viel los und man hörte es. Aber wenn man im Zentrum sein will, sollte das in Kauf nehmen.

• Birgit (10/5): - Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, reibungslose Abwicklung. Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage, Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Hochwertige Ausstattung, Obst und eine Flasche Wein wurden als Willkommensgruß. Sogar Ohrstöpsel im Nachttisch vorhanden, es kann Nachts laut werden, da die Wohnung im Ausgehviertel liegt. Absolut empfehlenswert 😁 Nichts.

• Jacqueline (7/5): Beautiful suite, awesome location - Fantastic location! A beautiful feeling upon entering the suite. Special amenities like fruit, wine, and coffee. Plenty of towels and newer kitchen and spacious bathrooms. Two of the 3 bedrooms were generous with pillows. The 3rd bedroom was a disappointment as there was no bed or night table and only one pillow. It had a very uncomfortable small futon that tipped you on the floor when you rolled over. Had to support it with books

Easy to access the flat. Great communication. beds were super comfy. Appreciated wine left and lovely to have proper coffee! Was noisy at night and early in the morning, understand that its right in the centre of town but if you have trouble sleeping this might be something to consider. Could not figure out the heating as quite cold at night in January, this might need clearer instructions. Also could not figure out the TV but we didn't really need it!

The apartment is beautiful, lovely decor and very well equipped. Marco’s care and attention are obvious in all the decor and details. There were 4 of us staying here and we had loads of room and it was great having the 2 bathrooms. We had some issues with the internet and Marco responded very quickly to sort this out. Loved everything about the apartment. It is a busy area so there was a bit of noise late at night but that is obviously beyond the control of the owner and it would not deter me staying in the future .

Marco was so helpful and very responsive to any questions which we appreciated It can be loud outside at night with street noise but this was the only negative and would not put me off staying again.

Such a cool comfortable apartment for a group loads of space and location is 10/10 to explore beautiful Malaga. Everything is 10-15 walk, beach, port or just stroll around the old town which is on your doorstep and fabulous restaurants on every street. Don’t hesitate to book if you can find availability it’s a find ! Thank you Marco. Nothing it’s perfect. No wine this year on arrival but we got from the supermarket 2 mins away !

Lockers close to the apartment if you come very early and check in is not possible at that time. Noisy streets nearby during weekends. Tv with the internet only.

The apartment is stunning. At weekends, it’s quite noisy, but to be fair for us it was Easter weekend. The host puts ear plugs in each bedroom, absolutely so thoughtful.

He sent us all the check-in details ahead of time and we were able to access the apartment earlier. There was a bottle of wine and fruits in the kitchen as a welcome gift, we truly appreciated the gesture. The apartment is breathtaking, it is a corner unit so the view from the living room balconies is so cool! The location is perfect to explore the old town, with so many different shops and restaurants around. There’s a supermarket within 3min walk. The train station is about 14min walk. All the amenities throughout the apartment are amazing; the upgraded kitchen and the 2 bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. We loved the possibility of putting the window shutters down with a remote control to block the light in the rooms and living room area for bed time. We also appreciated the book with recommendations for dining and places to visit. I could go on and on with everything we loved about the apartment but you just need to book and experience it :) Marco has done such an outstanding job with the renovations, every detail of the apartment reflects his commitment to providing guests an excellent experience, home away from home. Thank you Marco once again for your hospitality and kindness, we are really looking forward to coming back in the near future! Highly recommend!

• Stefan (9/5): Very nice appartment in spectacular location in the absolute city (and party) center! - Very nice appartment, every room with air condition/heater, nice kitchen, two very nice bathrooms, small balcony, in the middle of the city center, next to very nice restaurants. The host is always available via phone/textmessage and has provided us with great ideas for dinner and drinks. If you want to be in the middle of a very lively town, this is perfect. As stated, it is in the middle of the city, so it is quite noisy on weekends and the sound insulation is hardly existing. Bring earplugs or just party with the locals, I would suggest.

Fruit bowl and wine on arrival, comfy beds and plenty of hot water for the lovely big showers. The access was very unreliable, & not secure. We were locked out one night. Needs a much better solution, also codes need changing regularly. The sensor lights in the hallway were annoying at night.
