• Firoz khan (6/5): A pleasant stay, could be much better for the asking price - Staff were nice. The premium room was spacious and clean.the location was nice. Easily reachable by cabs. Can be more clean, stains of paan spit in the corners of the bathroom, some unpleasant smell, not provided with a hand wash in the bathroom. It was not bad but could have been better.premium was clean but delux was a bit low in hygiene. Instead of mentioning continental breakfast can just say aloo paratha.

• Francescabae (9/5): Gentilezza a Jaipur - Il Signor DWARKA LAL è gentilissimo, mi ha aiutato a prenotare taxi, Uber, bus ed è aperto ad ascoltare le richieste degli ospiti (ad esempio mi ha fatto preparare le uova al mattino che non sono previste nella colazione). Ho avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata e Dwarka Lal si è subito attivato per risolvere i eventualmente per cambiarmi stanza. La posizione è buona, non centrale ma comoda per raggiungere i principali siti di Jaipur. Forse migliorerei la pulizia di lenzuola, che però ho trovato in linea con lo standard delle città in India.

Grazie davvero per la gentilezza La stanza è grande, la posizione è buona per visitare la città e i siti d'interesse. Lo consiglierei ad un amico La pulizia non è top, ma in linea con gli standard delle città in India.
• Khandekar (10/5): Superb place - The property was very nice and well connected. It’s a fairly new property and the staff was excellent. Especially Dwarka Lal ji, he was wonderful and helped us with an additional accommodation as well. They checked in with us and were very prompt and polite

Breakfast can be much better. - If you want to have a clean room with home like feel which can get you nice sleep and a nice place to bath then this is the place to stay at a very competitive cost. The staff was cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was below par. they could definitely do better in this area of customer experience. They may charge a bit more can give better breakfast experience.

• Dileesha (10/5): A very beautiful and most importantly a very clean hotel. I would recommend it to anyone who is planning to travelto Jai - It was very clean and the hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dwarka Lal was really welcoming and helpful. He helped us to navigate uber cabs as there was a language barrier between us and the uber drivers There was nothing to dislike. Property is a 10/10

• Saurabh (10/5): - We liked everything about this hotel. From cleanliness to facilities, everything is 10 on 10. Mr. Sameer is the receptionist here and he is very polite. We definitely recommend this. There’s no dedicated parking.

• Soni (1/5): Worst experience I've ever had with this hotel. - I liked the locality of the hotel, the ambience was pleasant, and the housekeeping staff was good. 1. The morning manager’s behavior was good, but the night manager does not know how to communicate respectfully. We had forgotten to provide our ID proof for certain reasons, and late at night he began scolding us and insisting that we submit it immediately. When I went downstairs to hand over the ID, he insisted that my wife also come down personally to submit it. If I was already at the reception to provide the proof, there was no need to make her come as well. 2. The room was very untidy and unclean, with the floor covered in dust. 3. The location was good, but they should consider changing the manager and improving the cleanliness of the hotel for a better stay. 4. I won't recommend anyone to stay here until these changes are made, even I would not prefer to stay here as well in future.

The location is easy enough to reach and get cab/auto rides from to all touristy, or otherwise, places around Jaipur. Really understanding and prompt staff. Lovely terrace to hang out at and eat your meals. They allow outside eatables, which was a big plus for us. A very small complaint: the washroom could've used a bit more lighting.

The deluxe room lacks a window, so if natural light and a view are important to you, you’ll want to opt for a balcony room. Also, adding a small refrigerator would elevate the experience and make longer stays more convenient.

We booked two rooms and in one room the bed or the mattress was not right as it was making noise when I was lying on the bed or when getting up from the bed.

The fact that it is prepared after we order, and this is informed in advance by the staff, is appreciated. The tea was one of the best. Some of the facilities were broken, like tap fittings and shower.

• Asim (8/5): It is a good property, Spacious - Out of the 3 days the first day I was transferred due to them being full to their other property near hawa mahal and was given an upgrade to their suite which was a nice gesture. The size of the room and bathroom, Courteous Staff and accommodating staff. Facility of ordering the complimentary breakfast in the room. The floor of the room was not clean and they did not clean it even on the second day. The mattress was not good to sleep in, the other property that I was shifted to had nice and comfy bed . The bed is small for anyone above 5'8"

• Md (7/5): Super hotel for the price ! - Very clean Hotel for that price! Staff are helpful and they do show professionalism: they show respect and are helpful! I asked for a extra table and got it quickly and always at any time they have cleaned the room when asked ! All in all it is a super hotel vs price very good ! Kitchen/restaurant timings too fast close and no soft. Drinks! Only cafe and tee. In Mid decemeber Cold during nights due to no central heating system. No heaters are provided! everything else i have found super !

It was without any window, just next to reception so loud all day long, and there was some kind of pump behind the bedroom wall making strange noises. We arrived late and were too tired to argue about the room, normally, we would not accept it.

• Jeewan (1/5): HORRIBLE - DEEPAK was nice to talk. They gave me a room with no windows( suffocating) (Pitch dark when the lights are off). I could not sleep the whole night as their water pump was making a loud sound and I complained, they stopped for ten minutes and started it again. The TV was not working. I asked for veg soup, but they refused. I ordered toast and Omelet. The morning I complained to Mr.RAJVEER SINGH RATHORE who was there at the counter. They charged Rs 200 for a simple butter toast and 2 eggs omelet so I just told this guy it's too much. He very rudely and disrespectfully told me " THIS IS NOT A DHABA". I was stunned to hear this. As a customer, I complained in a good gesture but never expected such a reply from a hospitality industry guy. I will never suggest this "VED A BOUTIQUE STAY" to my associates. I will suggest the property owner be particular when hiring persons like Mr. Rajveer Singh as it brings a bad name to the property.
