• Terry (10/5): Perfect place to stay for our Perfect holiday. - Loved everything about it. The owner was great, switched on the air con in advance of our arrival. Everything was there to start us off including milk, tea bags, sugar etc as well as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, towels, blankets for the dog. Everything that you would need for a holiday. Even filled the ice cube trays as well. Only one tiny thing and that was there was no lock on the bathroom door.

• Edlin (8/5): - Spotless 2 bed bungalow. Comfortable beds,good shower,TV and WiFi. Everything you need is provided including a pint of milk to start you off.Great little place. Only a little issue with the parking,but as it wasn't busy,didn't bother us after the first day.
• Doreen (10/5): - The bungalow so spotlessly clean and welcoming. Tea bags, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge enabled us to make a lovely cuppa on arrival. With hard flooring throughout and enclosed space at the back of the property made it an ideal home from home for us and our dog. Comfortable bed and furniture just made our stay the best Absolutely nothing negative, a lot of thought has gone into making this an excellent holiday home for those wanting to holiday with their pets.

• sharon (9/5): - Only downside was the smell in the bathroom, I think it was was the water in the shower drain? If shower isnt used it can get stagnant. I know this from owning a cleaning company for many years Just the smell as I had nausea!! Everything was fab, lovely decor and facilities. Great host, would recommend.

Not alot of hot water in kitchen however after a call to owner, the problem was sorted somewhat. However a very good efficient dishwasher limited how much hot water was needed in kitchen.

Didn't realise there was air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as the living room so that was a massive bonus,. Right on the beach, nice & quiet,

Very good wifi and a Smart TV (not one of those annoying wall mounted ones). Beds and furniture very comfortable. Dedicated parking space. Will stay again if we're over that way.

Although I didn't meet the host, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing, really. I can't write two sentences when there was nothing to dislike. 🙃

A large Tesco very close by. Well equipped kitchen, with simple to use manual. Would have liked a full length mirror, but really was a minor issue.

The place was clean and had just had a lick of paint ...we could tell by the fumes! Lots of extra things provided to help such as towels (additional ones too, for the beach) blankets, tea, coffee and sugar plus milk in the fridge for that much needed cuppa on arrival! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The property was pretty much perfect in every sense. Everything in the place is very good quality which was appreciated. We stayed the first week in March and got very lucky with the weather, wall to wall sunshine every day. This place is literally a stones throw from the beach which was perfect for us. My little Springer, Rosie, loved it. Just a note to the host Jennie, apologies for the sandy paw prints on the bed. The first day my dog just ran in and jumped on the bed. I went to Tesco the next morning and got a bowl and an extra towel so we could wash her feet when we got back from walking. That may be something to consider leaving out for people with dogs? The property was a perfect size for us and easy to keep clean with everything provided. The small patio area was excellent for sitting with morning coffee in the sunshine. A very large Tesco is a 10-15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Perfect for getting everything you need for your stay. There's really nothing not to like.

• Mark (10/5): Fantastic accommodation, just steps from a pet-friendly beach. Highly recommended. - This holiday home is in an excellent location for both the beach and exploring Hunstanton. It's within walking distance of shops, including Tesco. The property is well-equipped with everything you might need, and more—featuring internet access, a dishwasher, and a smart TV. A thoughtful touch from the host was leaving a bottle of milk in the fridge upon arrival. It's also pet-friendly, which was a bonus! The main bedroom mattress wasn’t exactly my cup of tea, but hey, comfort is subjective! One person’s firm support is another’s cloud of fluff. It’s all part of the adventure—some people like a memory foam hug, while others prefer to sleep on something as solid as their morning coffee!

• Emma (9/5): Great little bungalow by the sea! - The bungalow was well equipped and comfortable. Really close to the seaside and close enough to Hunstanton itself. Plenty to do and see. Great communication with the owner before the stay, with clear instructions on access, parking and maps. The shower head was underwhelming. The pillows weren't great.

Comfortable well equipped bungalow, air con very welcome, quiet location. Supermarket with long opening hours close by. Ideal for dog walking and bird watching with blankets for the dogs a nice touch. Nothing of note.

• Diane (9/5): Nice little bungalow close to the beach. - A lovely little bungalow very close to the beach. Not far to walk into Hunstanton. Supermarket very close by. It was nice to have a back garden to sit in ( if the weather had been better). A great place to see amazing sunsets. When I opened the crockery cupboard it smelt quite bad, as though it had been left to stand in the dishwasher. I washed everything by hand and it was much fresher.

The workmen using the carport as storage, noisy and messy (not the venues fault, but somebody must’ve allowed them). Eating breakfast difficult given cabs and lorry’s parked outside window

Clean and comfortable had everything we needed. The shower isn’t very good at regulating a constant temperature on high which was a bit frustrating! The kitchen area could do with a towel rail or somewhere to hang tea towels inside the cupboard doors.

Due to hard floors, there was some dirt/hair around the edges of the floor...carpets would probably hide this but it was helpful having hard floor with a dog. Not a big problem...

• Excell (10/5): It was just great - We knew the area, so knew location, everything about this property was just great, clean, comfortable, great layout, WiFi very good, lovely enclosed sunny rear garden, or it was when we were there! Will try and book for next year, just need to sort dates out. I fear that the bungalow will become very popular, it's apparent that a lot of money has been spent on the property, which is a credit to you. Thanks Absolutely nothing, even the weather
• Claire (10/5): Fantastic property would highly recommend - We stayed for 5 days, 3 friends to celebrate us all turning 50 this year. A fantastic bungalow with everything we needed, fabulous location walking distance to everything, only 3 minutes to the beautiful beach, 10 minutes to Tesco’s & a pub. A lovely walk of only 15 minutes to the main town area. Loads of towels & beach towels supplied. Lovely touch of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee & sugar all supplied. Great size fridge with freezer & dishwasher with tablets supplied too. Smart TV so we could login to our own Netflix etc. Brilliant WiFi throughout the bungalow. Spotlessly clean with a lovely private garden space. We went to the Robbie Williams concert at Sandringham which was only a 20 minute drive away. This was just perfect we loved every minute of our stay here & would definitely return.

Host was lovely and little touches like having milk, linen, hand wash and towels provided really make a difference. We had a fab time!! Only things I can think of are, the shower needs looking at, either really hot or really cold! The back door was very stiff to open so maybe needs looking at and the back patio had quite a lot of cigarette ends in the pebbles so maybe an ash tray for smokers? These things would not stop me visiting again though!

Little things mean so much, milk in the fridge and tea, coffee, sugar stocked. They even provide beach towels. Will definitely book again. :) There is nothing not to like...
• Virginia (8/5): Clean, modern apartment - Lovely apartment, modern and practical. Super clean and with absolutely everything you might need during your holiday. Host very friendly and polite. Highly recommend. Everything was perfect except for the double bed which we found too small and too soft. Might be ok for other guests

Milk, coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil, salt, pepper, handwash all there so we needn't have brought any. Big fridge/ freezer, nice shower. Decent smart TV and 30MB broadband. There's a Tesco superstore about 2 minutes drive away. Parking was a tad tight as the neighbours had come down in a commercial van (which was parked in the space next to ours), and a car (which was parked in front of our property). Not the owner's fault, and obviously unlikely to be the same for subsequent visits.

It was lovely to have the patio area at the back. Having a parking space was a bonus and the location was great. Will definitely book again. There was nothing we didn't like. • Gillian (9/5): Lovely stay. Perfect for couples with dog. - Loved the location, the accommodation was so close to a dog friendly beach, which was the main reason for our break. We usually book a caravan, but this accommodation was far more suitable for our needs. Definitely had everything we needed. The property had been furnished to a high quality, sofa, bed and chairs very comfy. Quality bedding and towels. Great messaging from the host. It was so easy to find the accommodation and allocated parking. The only very tiny thing missing in my opinion is door stops. Just to keep internal doors open and not banging.
