• noreen (10/5): Anna was a very attentive and friendly host. I had the most enjoyable time. - The property is a beautiful old building in a great location. My room was spacious and bright. Bed was very comfortable and shower was strong and hot. There is shared use of kitchen , balcony and mezzanine sitting area. All perfect. I liked everything about the property
• Charley (9/5): Superb - Anna was a very kind host and made us feel very welcome. The room was very tastefully decorated - I don't actually think the photos do the space justice. Really convenient location. The only downside was the noise, I didn't realise Florence was such a party town for Americans! Bars and restaurants close at a reasonable time but groups of people were sometimes shouting drunk outside. Not the accommodations fault at all but something to take into account if you're a light sleeper

• Christopher (8/5): Great room and host in a nice location - The location was great. Easy walking distance to all the attractions, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The room itself was lovely, very large and nicely decorated. Anna the host was very friendly, and offered local tips on restaurants etc. Also willing store bags before/after check in. Unfortunately, the windows were not sound proof at all, so it was very loud at night. With lots of bars and restaurants nearby, it was loud until after 1am.
• Lea (10/5): Exceptional - First the host Anna - she's the BEST. She was super warm, gracious and accommodating. We had to take a super early train in to avoid the strikes and she let us stow our bags super early. She was available for every need we had and sent us a list of wonderful recommendations. Anna is easy to talk to and we felt like we made a new friend. Next, the space - I used to live in Florence, and Anna's home is really, really nice. And very reasonably priced for its size. We looked at other places in the area and they'd charge at least 25% more for rooms half the size of Anna's! The room is huge, clean, and great WiFi for my husband who had to work remotely. The location is spectacular, on a busy but not too busy street next to many locals' favorite pasticceria Patrizio Cosi. It is my favorite location in town!
• Jan (10/5): Easy, great location, great service, warm welcome and almost sad departure. - Anna was such a spectacular hostess! Friendly, kind, and available for any request all the time! The property is stunningly located in the heart of Firenze, near the train station, and the major historical sights. The rooms are spacious and clean and so well maintained. Absolutely nothing to complain about this property! Strongly recommended

• Rachana (8/5): Perfect location and amazing host! - The flat looked beautiful and well maintained. The location was just perfect since it was right near the Duomo. Restaurants and the Duomo Complex were minutes away. Anna, our host, was very accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely like to stay there when we visit again. 😇 Since the buildings are old, the water pressure occasionally seemed low but it was never really a concern.
• Anastasios (10/5): Best location in Florence - The room is a part of a well preserved apartment which consists of 3 separate big rooms with their own private bathroom. The 3 rooms enjoy a big lobby and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal as all major sites are within a short walking distance. The alley where the building is located has all kind of shops, i.e.super market, pizzaria-tratoria, coffee and pastry etc. Additionally there is a bus stop nearby from where you can get the bus nr 23 to Santa Maria Novella Train Station and from there the tram T2 to Americo Vespucci Airport. Finally the hostess Ms Anna, is a very sweet and kind person, ready to help and available to provide any information and support. I suggest this accomodation for couples or a company of 3 couples each couple to a room or families as well. Everything was perfect

• Βασίλης (10/5): Great room in the heart of the city centre! - Anna was a great host always there for whatever we needed. Room at excellent location! In the heart of the city centre! Very clean and comfortable and elegant with a spacious bathroom. Besides that you could use a very large and beautiful common area like a lobby as living room and kitchen. We were the only guests at the time so it was like having a whole house to ourselves.
