Guest Reviews
- Guest (7/5): Perfekt til Rom i få dage. - Beliggenhed og indretningen Nøglesystemet virkede ikke, var ikke opdateret og generelt lidt utrygt, at man aldrig vidst om man kunne låse døren op eller ej.
- Veronika (10/5): Cozy and fancy - The apartment is very cozy, in the heart of Trastevere but in a quiet small street. The location is top.
Very nice interior, very clean.
The host is absolutely amazing and helped us with everything needed.
The transfer and the drivers were fantastic.
WiFi was great
All the pictures are real. We had issues with opening the room door because the interne/ 5G connection was poor and the door had to be open manually. Hopefully, the host was amazing and helped us on the phone. At the same time, the property management company didn’t help us, their phones were switched off and the opening instruction they left wasn’t clear enough
- Maria (8/5): - The accommodation was very nice, tidy, and well-equipped overall, and very well located. They kindly allowed us to check in a few hours early and offered us a place to leave our luggage after check-out so we could keep exploring more comfortably. I wanted to mention that the sheets were stained and didn’t seem very clean, so we decided not to use them. I imagine it was just a one-time issue, but it was a bit disappointing. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.
Wer es also ruhiger mag sollte sich was anderes suchen. Für uns als Freunde jedoch optimal. Der Check in per Handy war super einfach und perfekt da wir keinen Schlüssel zum rumtragen brauchten.
- Vimala (7/5): Rome stay - Old charm, excellent food and party vibe location..loved it
Very clean and nice comfy apartment with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms.. No lifts to the 2nd floor apartment and had a difficult task trudging our suitcases to the top, the taxi dropped us off at a nearby place saying they cant get in narrow streets
Would have been better if there was a comforter in the AC bedrooms, could find only a roll able bed in the attic bedroom and used it..
Trash is a bit hard to dispose off if you dont throw by 10am
- Gaz (10/5): Amazing location funky apartment - Amazing location such a great space to chill in after a long day walking around Rome will definitely go back loved the area the apartment was in loads of bars and restaurants All good
- Aviles Vargas (10/5): -
- Marina Soledad (8/5): - La ubicación, los ambientes grandes, tal cual las fotos que publicaron. Hermosísimo alojamiento. Lo único que los colchones son un poco delgados.
- Tracey (10/5): Fantastic I would definitely stay again - Beautiful and comfortable accommodation in great location
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Host was responsive. Very comfortable Location was perfect in the lively part of time
- Wiley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (10/5): Really nice apartment in the heart of Trastevere! -
- Shari (4/5): Not impressed. - The location was very good. The sheets were nice quality. My favorite thing was that there were screens on the windows for fresh air without bugs! Stairwell from the street to the apartment was filthy - a real turn off. The second bed was a wooden futon with a thin mattress - terribly uncomfortable even for the 20-year-old who slept on it. Main bed was not great, but the sheets were nice. There was a musty smell in the whole apartment - which did mostly air out with open windows, but not great. The whole place was just a little grungy and unappealing. The keyless entry was a pain. This was not at all on par with other properties we've stayed in with similar ratings. I would NOT stay there again.
- Michael (9/5): Lovely place to stay, for a trip in rome - I liked the location, and how easy it was to find. Was not 100% how to turn the hot water and the boiler on as it was a cold day when we arrived. Worked out on the boiler they had to turn the dial so was then absolutely fine for the rest of the weekend
- Γεωργιοσ (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean. Very well decorated. Comfortable. The area was perfect! Easy communication! Everything was great. No easy access for people with difficulties in movement (2nd floor without elevator).
- Joel (10/5): Fantastic apartment, fantastic location - Great location, excellent accommodations, very, very comfortable. Washing machine was a life saver. Excellent heating system and not one, but two full baths. The Virtual Key system for getting into the apartment is a little quirky and does require downloading and installing an app. More critical though, is that if your phone has no battery left at the end of a long day out, there is no way to get into the apartment. It would have been nice to have a backup key to get inside if/when the technology fails.
- Gary (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable apartment. - The locality of Mou Trastevere House was brilliant. Right in the centre of Trastevere (quaint alley ways, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc) - and just a short walk from the buzzing Piazzi di Santa Maria. Easy access to public transport (Bus no. 63 was the cheapest and most convenient). Bag storage centres within walking distance if required. The main reasons why I gave a lower score for this property:
1) There was a very strong, unpleasant ordour (sewer/mouldy) that came from one of the bathrooms (the ensuite to the main bedroom), which we couldn't remove and which proved to be quite unbearable. This was not obvious until it rained (from the second day of our 5 day stay here).
2)There was no option provided to NOT give our passport details online by the establishment which was not communicated to us until it was too late for us to cancel the booking. Apparently this was a requirement for entry into the premises. This was due to the Vi-key app that they used to allow keyless entry to the premises, and for the Tourist tax charges that had to be paid via the Vi-key app. This proved quite difficult on both the security front (passport photos and a photo of yourself with your passport was required to be sent online), and on a technical front (when you first arrive at the premises, you are required to have good wifi to use the Vi-key app to download your key code for entry). We stayed at other establishments in Rome and non of these insisted on such requirements.
- Jasmine (10/5): Lovely apartment. Great location. - Amazing location, perfect for couples and very clean. 2 cups for 4 people, no teaspoons, no Prosecco glasses or wine glasses (just 2 gin glasses)
- Keeley (10/5): 100% would stay again! - The location was absolutely brilliant, best place in rome to stay. The apartment was lovely and clean, next to shops and restaurants and had everything we needed The electronic entry took some getting used to and we worried about our phone battery dying at times but I think there was a key - we didn’t notice it until the last day. But everything worked fine
- Nikolay (10/5): The perfect Trastevere experience! - Perfectly situated and large enough to host our family. As a Texan, the stairs were rather narrow to carry the suitcases. First world problems🤪
- Bingmei (10/5): love it - this building designed very good and interesting
- Amy (10/5): Clean with ALL of the amenities and the best location - This is the perfect place to stay for a couple of friends - there are two bedrooms, one on the same level and one above the spiral staircase. The wifi worked very well, there was little noise, the tv is set up for you to stream Amazon Video, Netflix and more. The rooms were very spacious, with two full bathrooms for showering. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your cooking. The bedroom upstairs has a VERY hard bed because it is on top of a palette, however, I think this OK for someone who likes to sleep on hard beds. (I like sleeping on hard beds)
