• Charles (8/5): - Excellent location with easy access to main attractions but away from the crowds. The inner bedroom was very quiet and the garden an oasis of calm. We enjoyed the scent of the wisteria and the beautiful birdsong.

• Valérie (5/5): Logement sombre et à remettre au goût du jour - Les lits étaient confortables Plusieurs éléments qui nous ont un peu déçu la salle de bain, trop étroite et franchement pas au bout du jour le salon très sombre la cuisine on a eu un gros souci avec le lave-vaisselle qui a envoyé des décharges électriques et la terrasse extérieur manquait vraiment de goût des parpaings sur une roulette, ça fait franchement pas présentable
• Marie-Laure (8/5): Un séjour agréable proche du centre historique de Florence. - Bien placé dans un quartier agréable à 20 minutes des musées, attractions à visiter. Les appartements étaient moyennement insonorisés entre eux et avec la rue. La baignoire n'était pas pratique pour se doucher.
• Erida (7/5): - Decoration made me feel the ancient italian living style. One of the room faces to the road and i cannot sleep well coz the traffic is heavy even at the midnight. Double glazed window will be much better. Also there is no parking available on site. Description on the booking.com

• Gillian (8/5): Very good - The apartment was in a really good location with plenty of really nice restaurants along the same street. There was a bakery just downstairs for breakfast in the mornings and a lovely little shop selling local produce and wine a few doors away. The terrace was a lovely outdoor space. Ideally the apartment could be kitted out better with basic cooking supplies e.g. salt, pepper, olive oil and we didn't end up really using the kitchen for this reason.
• K.mart (10/5): Good for a quick stay! - Everything was comfortable and the garden was a nice place to come together. Checking in and out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights and everyone enjoyed it.
• Kimberly (3/5): It was a place to sleep but not a place we enjoyed staying. - It had hot water The front door was difficult to open. The decor was bare and cold. There weren’t any proper closets or hangers. There were very few utensils and no toilet paper holder. We couldn’t find any extra blankets and the shower head was so short no one could stand under it. There weren’t any instructions anywhere about how to use anything.

• Aline (10/5): Thoughtfully designed apartment with great attention to detail and situated in an excellent location! - This apartment is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail and is situated in an excellent location, surrounded by coffee bars and restaurants right downstairs. It offers a cozy atmosphere and comes fully equipped with everything you need. Located in a charming, classic building, you might occasionally hear the neighbours upstairs—a common feature of city-center living. Bringing along a pair of earplugs can easily solve this if you are a light sleeper. Since it’s autumn and nearly winter, we didn’t get to fully enjoy the terrace, but it’s undoubtedly a fantastic feature of this apartment during the summer months. Checking in is easy and the owners are very friendly and happy to help, responding quickly to all questions. They made sure we enjoyed our stay! (: We liked to make use of the kitchen and didn’t find any salt and pepper, no problem at all but it might be a nice addition to the kitchen equipment (:
• Nicole (9/5): Superb - The property was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the outside space it was a mini oasis. only small issue was we did not receive the email with instructions on how to enter the flat prior, a bit difficult because the phone signal was weak in the area. But the coordinators were getting back to us on whatsapp so that was alright. Flat was clean and safe

• Emma (10/5): Spacious apartment with a lovely terrace - This is a lovely spacious apartment. Nice part of town- just down the hill from Piazza Michaelangelo and so we wandered up there for a couple of sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were good. We enjoyed the little terrace. We loved Florence and this apartment was part of a great experience.

• Rochelle (9/5): We would come back again. - Clean and roomy. The staff were very accessible and friendly. They gave a great service for finding parking. They are mosquitoes and the windows needed to be open which allowed them to enter.

• Minako (9/5): Lovely and stylish apartment - The location is excellent. The apartment has a nice taste. As there is no lift, carrying heavy suitcases to the second floor is tiring. The fridge and the dishwasher didn't turn on when we arrived. The staffs were very helpful. It would better to check before guests arrive.

• Travelcrazed (6/5): Pleasant - -We were two couples and the place was big. We had the place on the second floor. We had two bedrooms with two queen beds which is always a great plus. -The agency was very helpful in restaurant recommendations (Daniel) and provided us with some great places to eat. They were always super quick to answer our questions over whatsapp. -The place is old so you could say you have an apt with Italian charm. -Some great restaurants in the neighborhood recommended by agency -It is about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo (we don't mind walking) -The apartment has a washing machine which is a huge plus. -Kitchen had most things we needed (except no toaster) -Lovely terrace -Has AC We were in Italy for 2 weeks & we stayed in apartments in other cities as well (Rome, Lake Cuomo, Milan), this place didn't meet value for money compared to other places we stayed, there are lots of things they can improve so providing input in hopes they do: -The tub shower was just way too narrow & small. We are small people 5'2 & spouses are 5 8' & we are thin. My feet could barely fit in the tub shower & It was very hard to take a shower or move around. We had to be careful water wouldn't come out & that we didn't fall, it was just very uncomfortable, can't even imagine how a tall person or heavier person could fit in here. The owner should invest some money & replace the tub with walk in shower. - The place needs a good deep cleaning, we found balls of dust in our room, behind the bed, spider webs. On entrance to building, which is common area, there were huge spider webs. - There were two rolls of mini size toilet paper for 4 people staying 5 days! They didn't even last us 1 day. I asked the agency if we could have some more & they said, "that is what they provide as part of their welcome kit and we could buy more if we need it", they lost me at "welcome kit", toilet paper is not a welcome kit, it is a necessity and it is a minimal cost to provide this for comfort of their guests. We had no such nonsense at any other places we stayed. It was an inconvenience for us to have to go buy some. There is also no shampoo, just a few shower gels/soaps. Take note that the place doesn't have cleaning service but I think you can get change of towels for a fee (most places we stayed for same price had some kind of a cleaning service for free every few days). -Old building so no elevator so if you have luggage be sure you can handle stairs - The street we were only could be noisy as there were some restaurants in neighborhood & it is close to Piazzala Michaelangelo.
• Sevilay (2/5): Very bad - The only good thing is its central location The check-in time is at 3 PM, which is very late. Additionally, we couldn't store our luggage, and storing it elsewhere costs extra. You have to climb two flights of stairs. There was a lizard in the kitchen; the host said it came from the garden. I was disgusted by the bugs and couldn't eat anything. We slept in fear.

• Todd (6/5): Pleasant - THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WAS HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. OLD NOISY APARTMENT. WAS ESSENTIALLY AN AIRBNB BUT DID NOT EVEN HAVE A TEABAG. NOTHING. IT WAS CLEAN BUT SUPER BASIC AND WE DIDNT LOVE THE VIBE. OVERGROWN GARDEN PATIO. EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS/NEIGHBORHOODS IN FLORENCE.

• Rosalind (8/5): Very good - We loved the location, close walking distance to the centre of Florence but far enough away to be able to escape the crowds after a day of exploring. Added bonus as we love nature was to be a stones throw away from the best views over Florence with beautiful gardens to explore...all for free. Also we love to cook and there is a great supermarket close by with lots of fresh produce plus a great bakery close to the door. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have been handy would be some dishwashing liquid. 😀

My teenage kids want to relocate to Florence after staying in this place. The host Danielle was super helpful, with everything! Be it booking for a taxi, or shopping areas tips. • Atul (8/5): There was a leak in the shower which the owner had it fixed immediately - The proximity of the main attractions. Not blaming the owner but a suggestion since I am paying resident tax I should be allowed to park my car as a resident, not enough towels for 4 days.

• Ying (8/5): Overall, the house was neat, but the location made it better. - The location of the home was perfect, right at the outskirts of downtown Florence. The apartment complex was large but peaceful, with very few noises disrupting the night. The shower head installed on the side took some time to getting used to.
• Rachael (7/5): Good - Location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication was perfect. The apartment is well stocked, has everything you need. The apartment is really ideal for a younger, more party going crowd. For families and older folk, the area and the building are quite loud. The street noise and noise from other apartments in the building kept us up at night.

• Maureen (9/5): Gorgeous apartment in Firenze - Lovely apartment with a nice garden area out the back, perfect for our stay in Florence. Check in was great and very friendly. Would definitely stay again! It can be noisy for the bedroom that faces out to the street as there are some bars. Also the apartment upstairs was loud late one night but those issues can’t be avoided.
• Ingridbelalla (10/5): Exceptional - The Atelier had a lot of space. The kitchen had all the utilities. The apartment seemed well cleaned. It had a little garden with a very relaxing view. The location was great. It was well connected with the sights and restaurants but it was also very enjoyable to spent time in the garden as well. The host was super polite, and suggested us a lot very nice restaurants or places where to go to. They responded very soon in any case of need. I would definitely go back to them if I visit Florence again. I cannot think of something I did not like.

It's the other place of the driver, which makes it more calm and quiet. You have everything you need in the kitchen, but there are so many restaurants and bars, so we didn't need to cook at all.

• Rhea (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, tasteful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood that’s away from the crowded tourist center. The local neighborhood gives you a glimpse in the the life of real Florentines. Our host was very helpful with information about restaurants and the city in general, the cafe downstairs was perhaps the best coffee we’ve had in Europe!
• Edis (8/5): convenient, clean, friendly staff - location, friendly n kind staff, clean student party in the apartment above the first night with music that loud that kept us awake through the first night. also the parking provided we needed to pay extra. nice we had the parking but the property came up with ‘free parking’ filter on, so that came out as a little surprise. other than those, all rest really great
• Chi (8/5): Very good - The apartment can walk to all the major tourist interest places. It is very quiet and big space. We enjoyed the place. The first night was cold. The manager turn on the heater on the second day, which make a big different on the experience. Thank you for promptly release the heat.
