Guest Reviews
- Dave (10/5): Great cabin off the beaten track within easy reach of some spectacular places to visit. - Great location, excellent facilities, clean and comfortable. Nothing
- Alastair (10/5): Cabin in the woods without the horror - Completely unique, life off the grid. Perfect for a quiet break away from life. The toilet was a bit unpredictable as it’s a septic tank so to be expected.

- Stephen (9/5): The seclusion and peaceful retreat was perfect and a great place to escape. - Privacy, location, cosy and comfortable.
Great facilities throughout.
- Strictly Lisa (8/5): A cosy cabin for a unique experience close to nature. - This was a lovely unique rustic cabin experience away from it all for a few days surrounded by nature. It was a nice touch to find a few treats left for us. The fridge was too small with no freezer compartment, which would have been ok for a few nights but we stayed for 4. The water from shower was an issue getting onto the floor. The floor mat provided got soaked each time and there weren't many places it could dry out, with our towels needing the heated rails. As it was autumn and a colder and wet time of year, this also became an issue with no chairs to dry wet clothes/coats etc. A little bijou, but we still enjoyed our stay.
- April (10/5): Amazing perfect stay away from digital life. - Loved the location, how clean it was kept and cosy. The little personal touches have been amazing. Loved every second. Perfectly placed and great cabin. Perfect for what we wanted. Absolutely nothing to dislike!

- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The scenery and location are excellent, truly beautiful area of the country. The cabin itself was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. There wasn't really anything to not like, be prepared for the small fridge, which we were aware of before arrival, so we packed light.
- Simon (10/5): Perfect cabin for digital detox. - Very well set up, warm cosy cabin, everything you need for a break away from it all. Fridge/cool box capacity is limited, plan accordingly as it is a cabin in the woods after all.
Dont worry the beers or fizz will chill outside.
- Gary (8/5): Amazing location - The location is excellent and this could have easy been a 10/10 review but for a few things which we personally could have been better. The walk up the hill gives amazing views across the glen and you really do feel surrounded by nature. It’s sold as a digital detox retreat but the lighting is so poor you can’t read a book in the comfy seats. The fridge is tiny, and head butting the tap in the bathroom sink soon became annoying.
