• Margarita (8/5): Very good - Lovely cottage with a fantastic view from the bedroom. Very clean and spacious. We were travelling with a toddler so the lack of a kitchen was a slight problem for us. We had to ask for plates and cutlery since the only thing in the cottage was 2 tea cups. Staff provided them straight away.
• Bakhtiar (9/5): nice place in Ismaily - location is very calm and pretty. room is big enough for 5 of us. restaurant is very nice with delicious menu. staffs very polite and friendly despite with minimum English but google translate solve them all. we came in the snowy winter but the heating system work well, we dont even need a blanket inside the room all perfect

The staff are friendly also Poor breakfast and poor service at the restaurant.They will keep you waiting for almost 25 minutes after that they will provide two boiled eggs with some types of cheese and yogurt and one bread. The worst breakfast i ever had. The second thing is they won’t accept payments by card , even though they mentioned card in booking.com. I have to pay the entire booking amount and restaurant bill in cash.

• Behrouz (7/5): Great location, modern cottages but a lot to be improved by n term of services - The cottage was spotless clean and modern. It was perfect for our overnight stay. The kids playground facilities were fantastic. It took forever to bring the food in the restaurant. The most disorganized restaurant I have ever seen. Eventually when they brought the fish ( there was a fish farm on site) it was deep fried. They had a grill place and we clearly asked them please grill the fish. The breakfast was horrible. You should have sit in one of the outside tables. After 40 min ( if you were lucky) someone would bring some sweet stuff and cold tea for breakfast. The region is known for the best vegetables and fruits and diaries. It really takes an effort to make a disappointing breakfast. It would be nice to cut the grass outside of the cottages. So you could see the uphill scenery. Hanging the laundries in front of cottages were just killing the natural atmosphere.
• Junaidjamal (1/5): A Disappointing Stay at Qızıl Farel - The Chalet looks amazing. Instagram worthy. morning view from the Chalet is to a field where you can see cows and horses. its a beautiful view to wake up to. I recently stayed at Qızıl Farel for what was supposed to be a three-night getaway, but due to the extremely poor service, we checked out a day early. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. First and foremost, the property is not convenient at all. To reach our Chalet, we had to climb numerous stairs, making it quite a struggle, especially with luggage. This would have been manageable if the service compensated for the inconvenience, but sadly, it did not. It quickly became apparent that the property operates more like a restaurant with chalets than an actual accommodation. The staff seemed to be solely focused on the restaurant, and there was no one dedicated to assisting with our stay. Whenever we needed something, we had to walk all the way down the hill to the restaurant to request assistance. To make matters worse, none of the staff understood English, which led to a lot of frustration and miscommunication. The room itself was lacking basic amenities. There was no wardrobe, no telephone, and worst of all, no room service. It felt like we were staying in a beautiful chalet with absolutely no services to support our stay. A particularly frustrating experience was with the fish feeding at the property's lake. After buying a feed pack, we were charged again the next day for using leftovers, with the staff insisting we had bought a new pack. The location is remote, with only the hotel's average restaurant available for meals. Breakfast was disappointing—thick, hard bread and limited options that took an hour to serve. Even drinking water wasn’t provided in the room; we were told to drink from the tap or purchase. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Qızıl Farel. The lack of service, poor amenities, and unhelpful staff made our stay disappointing.

• Chirantha (6/5): A beautiful place with so much to improve. - Room/cottage is really nice. During summer it's a bit hot even with the AC. Location(Ismayilli) has nothing much to see. Gebala/Qubele is a much better option than staying here. Rooms are actually facing the wrong direction, All rooms should have faced the mountain side, where all sheeps and cows are surrounded by. The staff doesn't speak English at all, communication was really hard and there wasn't a way to contact reception from the room, each time you have to walk to reception by yourself with google translator for everything. Breakfast was awful, literally 2 boiled eggs, jam, chocolate spread and bread(not the soft or fresh ones) and That's it. The menu is really expensive. Portions are really small.

It consists of a small hall and a bathroom, and on the upper floor is the bed, and the place is built of wood.. The place is so wonderful. The restaurant serves a very delicious food with good price. There are many beautiful scene to take pictures.. There was a playground for the kids. The place needs little bit services such as: The bath room has no ventilator, and There is a problem with the hot water, in addition to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower needs maintenance. There should be a mirror in the place. There should be a light in the corner on the top of the sink. The kettle was full of rust. The hotel has only one cleaner she does her best but it still need more cleaning. The place is full of insects because of the grass. Nets must be fixed on the door and windows to prevent insects from entering The breakfast is not as we expected.. It consist of small portion of cheese and chocolate cream and honey.. With 2 boiled eggs. We requested eggs with tomato but they charged us 6manat while it was in the menu 4manat. It should be included in the breakfast menu not to be charged with extra amount. The blanket on the bed was too small.. The pillow was to hard. There was no complementary tea or coffee.
