• Jelle (9/5): Het appartement is een echte aanrader. - Tegen onze verwachtingen in werd het appartement om de twee dagen opgefrist (vloer gepoetst, nieuwe handdoeken,…). De materialen om mee te koken waren eerder beperkt en was af en toe lastig om mee te koken.

• Rae (10/5): Helemaal super, we hebben genoten! - Super locatie, Soelden en de gondel zijn op loopafstand. Vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie, heel fijn dat we nog laat het appartement in konden. Mooi appartement, mooi uitzicht:) Wij komen zeker terug! Niks waaraan het hotel iets kon doen, maar er was 1 nacht dat er veel overlast was van feestende buren. Ik heb uiteindelijk het 24/7 nummer van het hotel gebeld.

• mehmet (5/5): Overall, despite its modern look and acceptable location, the apartment suffers from poor soundproof - The location is slightly outside the town center, but the main ski lift is still reachable within a 15‑minute walk, which is convenient. The apartment itself is relatively new and modern. However, the overall comfort is significantly affected by poor soundproofing. The building is very noisy, and if you are a light sleeper or prefer to sleep past 6:30 a.m., this is not the right place to stay. Noise travels easily, and even inside the apartment, privacy is limited. All interior doors are made of glass, which offers little sound or visual separation. The master bathroom is located inside the bedroom and separated only by a glass wall and a sliding door, resulting in almost no privacy. For couples or families, this can be uncomfortable and impractical. In summary, while the apartment looks modern and the location is acceptable, the lack of sound insulation and privacy considerably reduces the quality of the stay.

• Carlijn (6/5): - Locatie was prima, loopafstand van de bus en met 2 haltes bij de skiliften. Appartement was voorzien van cups koffiezetapparaat en alles was schoon. Matrassen waren een drama, door de enorme kuil heb ik heel slecht geslapen en last van m'n rug gekregen. Ze kwamen een poging doen het op te lossen met een onderlaken, wat natuurlijk niet hielp. De laatste nacht in de woonkamer op de bank slapen was beter.

• Erik (9/5): - Good and reasonable priced accomodation at the beginning of town Sölden, bus stop nearby which takes you directly to gongola stations, welness in Deluxe Regina or Hotelsuites included, we had a perfect stay in this property. Highly recommended!

• Edward (8/5): Lovely property with some logistical downfalls. - The property itself is excellent. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre of solden, so secluded and quiet. The property was extremely clean and has a sense of luxery, including an en suite room. Washing up tablets were provided and cleaning staff gave us new towels every two days. Bathrooms are modern with great shower pressure, lots of space and a hairdryer. TVs in all rooms and the kitchen and living rooms. Dining area and living room very spacious. Getting into solden is easy with a bus stop at the bottom of the hill that run frequently and mostly on time. We were allowed to leave our bags after check out at one of the other Regina properties in Solden until our transfer to the airport. Check in was a nightmare for us. Our flight was delayed so we arrived in solden after 8pm so had to travel to another one of the properties by Regina. This was 2 km away so a 30 minute walk away with bags, a £20 uber or paying for the bus we didn’t know how to use yet. They really should have a lockable box containing the keys at the property. The property is near the top of a steep hill so very tiring carrying ski equipment up. The kitchen is also small, okay for 4 of us but wouldn’t want anyone else. Also only two hobs and one microwave, no oven. Getting back to the property in the evening is difficult - the buses don’t stop at the nearby stops after a certain time - so you must walk 15-20 minutes depending on where in solden you come from. You can use the spa at The Delux by Regina. However, the outside pool was barely heated meaning we spent 5 minutes in there before getting freezing cold. We also had to ask for the pool cover to be taken off and waited 2 hours for this. Even though the website said the pool was open from 8 am. And the majority of the rest of the spa doesn’t open until 4 pm. So before this you only have use of a lukewarm infrared room or the 60 degrees sauna. We would’ve liked to use the main sauna and steam room. The seating area has great views though.

Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich für die super schnelle Hilfe als ich mich beim Einpacken bei der Abreise ausgeschlossen habe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

• Wiktor (10/5): - Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, lekko na uboczu, ale wszędzie blisko, około 1km od wyciągu Gigi. W obiekcie bardzo czysto. W piwnicy narciarnia/rowerownia. Personel w hotelu bardzo miły i przyjazny. Super że można korzystać z basenu zlokalozowanym w hotelu regina. Na nasze potrzeby wszystko było ok.
• Alessia (9/5): Schönes modernes Apartment - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr neu und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es hat auch im Sommer sehr angenehme Temperaturen in der Wohnung gehabt. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten im Zentrum von Sölden. Man darf außerdem die super schönen Spa-Bereiche des ,,Deluxe by Regina“ und der Regina Hotelsuites mitbenutzen. Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Die Kochplatte ist etwas klein und hat nur zwei Kochfelder, was das kochen am Anfang etwas mühsam gemacht hat aber man gewöhnt sich dran.

Every 2 days they change your towels, grab the waste and refill the pad of the washing machine. You can access to the wellness area of the hotel Regina which is absolutely amazing!
• Amrei (5/5): wenn das Wetter gut ist super, Ausstattung gut schöner Balkon - da ist man ja eh den ganzen Tag unte - Sehr sehr sehr sehr hellhörig, sowohl Schreie.´, als auch Schritte derNachbarn dringen ungefiltert durch - den Fernseher kann man sich sparen - die Famieliensoap gibt es gratis vom Nachbarn... jedenfalls für den, demEntspannung und Erholung im Urlaub zu langweilig ist... auch die Reinigungskraft lässt gerne mal was fallen - allerdings so laut, dass man versucht ist den Rettungsdienst zu rufen weil man glaubt sie sei die gesamte Treppe hinab gestürzt...

• Lucie (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at The Black by Regina. The whole pension was incredibly clean and modern, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. One of the best parts was that they kindly allowed us to check in late at 23:00, which was a huge help and made our arrival stress-free. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back.

• Inge (7/5): Mooi appartement, geen zwembad in het gebouw helaas! - Mooi en ruim appartement. Heel schoon ook. Heerlijke bedden. Het zwembad en de sauna is in een ander gebouw (andere lokatie van het hotel)aan de andere kant van het dorp. Niet op loopafstand (40 min), met auto 5 minuten.. Dit staat niet aangegeven op de site van booking. Wij hadden dit appartement juist geboekt voor het zwembad. Nu geen gebruik van gemaakt helaas. In de woonkamer/keuken is geen dag licht. Beetje donker wel!

• Alex (10/5): Beste Erholung in grüner Panoramalage - Das Haus ist komplett neu gestaltet/eingerichtet, sehr ansprechendes Mobiliar, gutes Raumklima, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Tolle Badezimmer! Erholung ist garantiert dank der ruhigen Lage etwas am Hang und mitten im Grünen mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. Man erreicht das Ortszentrum von Sölden und die Bergbahn fußläufig in etwa zehn-fünfzehn Minuten (ansonsten gäbe es auch einen Bus, der in unmittelbarer Nähe hält). Check-in/check-out war sehr unkompliziert; bei Fragen gibt es eine Telefonnummer und man erreicht sofort das Haupthaus. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben, was uns persönlich wichtig ist. Preis-Leistung fanden wir sehr angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Da fällt uns absolut nichts ein: alles top!

• Tommi (7/5): - Huoneisto itsessään oli hieno ( Huom kyseessä oli The Lodge by Regina) Kun saavuimme hotellille, vastaanotto vaihtoi huoneen saman ketjun parempaan huoneistoon The Lodge by Regina. Kun pääsimme asuntoon ei suihkusta tullut lämmintä vettä. Hotelli sai sen korjattua vasta seuraavana aamuna, eikä tätä hyvitetty meille mitenkään.
• Frank (1/5): Etwas frostig und wir waren den Vermieter egal - Das Appartment hatte nur 16 grad Zimmertemperatur. Ich habe das gleich am ersten Morgen kundgetan aber niemand hat reagiert. Als wir vom Skifahren zurück waren war es immer noch kalt und es hat 3 Stunden und 6Anrufe benötigt einen elektrischen Heizlüfter zu bekommen. Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder Nachfrage ob nun alles passe. Wir hatten ja schon gezahlt…

• Ladislava (7/5): Klidné bydlení v dobře vybaveném apartmánu, jen v chladném počasí studené. - Nový, dobře vybavený apartmán ve 3. patře, jen po schodech. Perfektní výměna ručníků a úklid i při pobytu na 3 dny. Klidná lokalita. V apartmánu bylo velmi chladno, topení hřálo nedostatečně. Skleněné stěny jsou nezvyklé, neposkytují pocit soukromí.
