Apartment was gorgeous and very spacious, beautiful rooms and the hot tub was fantastic! Just sad we were only staying the one night. The hotel itself inside and out was lovely.and in a great location, shops, restaurants, cafes pubs and markets were all within a short walking distance. Highly recommend, will be booking again. 😊 I had booked one of the packages for our arrival, which I thought was a tad expensive for what you get. £50 for 2 balloons, artificial rose petals and a bottle of prosecco. The balloons looked reused, a bit moresad and deflated and I wasn't expecting the rose petals to be fake ones. Prosecco was nice 🥂

Staff was very accommodating. The space was insane definitely was a home away from home. The added extras was cute. honestly what we got exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth it. • Jen (4/5): A disappointing stay - Could have been a good stay were it not for the below issues. We stayed at the bells apartments to celebrate my partner’s birthday and for a quiet evening away from our toddler. However, this is far from the experience we had. The penthouse above us was having what sounded like a party from around 11pm until 5am. They were screaming, shouting, blasting music and dropping heavy things on the floor which meant it was impossible to sleep. Whilst some noise might be expected on a Saturday night, it was a Sunday. The bells advertise that they have ‘24/7 service’ , yet no one answered on the out of hours emergency number when we tried to make a complaint about the noise and so we were left to endure the disturbance all night. On the morning no one was available on the desk when we were checking out. I imagine this is because noise complaints are a regular occurrence in these apartments, if not for the penthouse above you, then the pub next door which also had music on til late. We came back later to collect our bags and complained to the receptionist. She gave us her email to contact and advised she would speak to the general manager and look into getting us some form of compensation. I now see this was a way to get us to go away, as it has been a week since we complained and I have heard nothing from them, which I think is appalling. I absolutely would not recommend staying here, we paid over £300 for one night and were left extremely disappointed at how they have handled this situation, this is not what I would expect from a ‘luxury’ apartment service, so I’ll offer you some advice for free - save your money for elsewhere.

Great location to the city centre. The style is so lovely and it’s very quiet when we stayed the room was very warm but soon cooled off when we turned the heating down Everything I would definitely stay again

I emailed the company after our stay to give them the opportunity to respond to this issue and they ignored my email which I find disgusting. My partner ended up in A & E the day after having to lose a day's pay and get a tetanus jab.

• Charlotte (10/5): Perfect stay with great unexpected little touches - What a gorgeous place! Even down to the smell as you walk in (I need to know what that was!) Instantly relaxed. The little added extras available were a great touch. The whole stay is really well thought iut. All of the staff were so lovely and were really helpful. Great location. Will definitely visit again. A little pot of bubble bath for that gorgeous bath

• Katie (4/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Location and building was beautiful Felt all the pictures online were taken along time ago. The apartment felt very drab and no attention to detail. The soap bottles branded molton brown but filled with cheap soap. No fridge for drinks, even ones you can purchase from them. The plug was broken, There was no toilet roll holder which I found really weird, having to turn around on the toilet to reach up for toilet roll plus the toilet itself was wobbly (not the seat but the actually toilet) We were only provided with one bath robe and slippers. I did message the host and he stated it would take 25 minutes for him to get there as he wasn’t actually in the building. At that point we were already ready to get in the hot tub and thought we didn’t want to sit and wait. (This should have been checked on the cleaning/ restock of the room before we arrived) The hot tub area looked nothing like the picture. The fake plants needed replacing as some of them had broken off and been attached to the wall with cable , no cushions on the chairs and no table for drinks. Unless you kept getting in and out, to the table across the way ( which was in the rain) Someone under our outside area kept vaping/smoking so it’s all we could smell when we were in the hot tub. Also found it strange that they stored the ironing board and iron on the bedroom floor behind the door. So when you close the door, there is just random garment appliances on the floor in the corner of the room. I booked this for my partners birthday and we traveled from Manchester for one evening to the bells as I’d seen it online a few times and thought it looked amazing. My overall experience, I’d say it’s not really worth it. Just gives a feeling like it was done a few years ago and left with no thought what so ever to keep to a high standard (as seen in the pictures).

• Catherine (8/5): Lovely apartments service could be improved - Beautiful apartment good location. Check in my only criticism is the faff of having to wait for an email to pay your deposit online so would suggest having done this prior to arrival or them being able to take a card payment on arrival. Our hot tub wasn’t hot when we arrived which at 7pm when we could have checked in at 3 was a big disappointment, had to wait until half nine for it to reach 37 degrees. Tv signal was poor, managed to get a Xmas music channel to work in the evening but the screen just buffeted and had no signal at all the next morning for any channel. For the price paid I expected no issues. Left a goggle review as per above which they encourage you to do but have not had any contact from the hotel to apologise. Lack of staff at check out meant I couldn’t provide this feedback fact to face either. Had to just leave key behind reception.
• Shabana (9/5): A must stay everything perfect - I absolutely loved everything about it spacious, clean, gown, slippers toiletries was provided jacuzzi was great the only reason I gave a 9 was the room below me had loud music on from night till 8.30am very disturbing kept me awake apart from that perfect. Music coming from bedroom below me from night till morning 8am.
• Chase (8/5): Loved our stay, we come 2 a year and we love it although, we was charged for 2 mini boxes we never used as they was neve - Great location, lovely room hosanna The outside area needs more privacy, people walking past can look straight in at u in the hot tub. You can hear every foot step above not every soundproof

• Ben (6/5): This place could (and should) be better - Really central location and had the potential to be an excellent apartment Lighting wasn’t as advertised and the single member of staff on reception knew very little about how the heating, lighting, air conditioning worked. They don’t know where anything was. A heater outside would have been useful in the middle of winter and no-one showed us how to use the gas fired table centrepiece. (We only knew it existed from the photos). Whilst they are apartments, it was disappointing how little was provided (a bottle of 100ml of milk was provided for tea/coffee with no instruction as to where the nearest shop was). Three bottles of spirits were available in the fridge (chargeable by bottle) but no beer or wine)

• Andrea (9/5): Festive Break - The apartment was well equipped although I do think it would benefit from a small table and chairs in the upstairs living area as there isn't really any provision to eat other than outside which we were unable to do as it was winter when we visited. Saying that the apartment was decorated to a high specification interior and exterior wise, the bed was very comfortable with nice extras like slippers and robes. The hot tub area was well maintained and overall a beautiful apartment in a centre location There wasn't much cutlery in the drawer, and thankfully, we had only taken a cheese board. The only negative I would say and this is just something really picky and personal choice ..... but the extras do make the difference, so I'd say get some better toilet roll, the soap was lovely Molton Brown so to then have cheap feeling toilet paper just was a bit disappointing But no other negatives and we would recommend

• Paul (6/5): Mixed - Overall look and feel was very good. We had ground floor room (little bell) and had to endure the noise of people coming in md out of hotel at ll hours. At one stage we had someone continuously banging on the window for a good 30 minutes (assume they didn't have code to get in building) While advert talks about sound proofing this maybe correct from inside out but most definitely not from outside in. Be aware if you take this lovely room you will be disturbed or woken at all hours when people arrive and leave.
• Matthew (6/5): Nice rooms, is it worth the money? Maybe not - Location is excellent, the facilities are great, I love the decor and the atmosphere. The complimentary cheese board was a very nice touch. Lots of different amenities available (although at en extra charge) The place didn’t seem very clean, cutlery was dirty, I had to wash the one knife I could get out of the knife block, cobwebs and dust over the light fittings and walls. Dusty head board. When this place was new I think it would have been amazing but as years have past the quality of some of the repairs leave a little to be desired, especially for such a high price tag.

• Chloe (5/5): Unfortunately a disappointing stay, we wouldn’t pay that much again to stay as we found more flaws than pros. The only m - The location is fantastic for being central but with little noise. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. We have been before a couple of years ago and really enjoyed our visit. This time we decided to opt for a more expensive room to celebrate a birthday. We felt the vibe was off and really only enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The room looked tired in some places with odd marks on the floor and the table and chairs chipped and marked. The air con seems to be playing up and the room was awfully hot (25 degrees) where we both felt unwell as it wouldn’t turn down. Luckily we slept with the patio door open, however, with the layout of the room my partner struggled getting in and out of bed due to how close the bed was too the wall (plus being trapped with the door open as there was no room to get around) and the metal rods in the carpet to accompany the door opening and closing are truly a trip hazard and extremely painful if you step on them. We didn’t have a very good sleep and the rainfall shower didn’t work either as the dial didn’t turn due to being jammed. Getting into the property was a nightmare with our code we got given not working and staff taking a while to open to door for us. A staff member did apologise but unfortunately it ruined our experience and jaded how lovely it was the first time. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay.
