- Sangita (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone if you’re thinking to stay here . - The worst hotel, or apartment I ever stay. Family of 6, so We booked 3 rooms with 3 beds but they provided only 2 beds and 2 rooms and the other is sitting room with a broken sofa that they consider as a bed tf. It has only 1 bathroom and which was so uncomfortable for 6 people. The whole apartment was so dirty and there was not enough toilet paper and not even towels. I had to called the building manager for toilet paper. I would not recommend this place to stay. It was so noisy outside, you could clearly hear everything from the bed. Rooms were so small there was only 1 bathroom and it was so small no toilet paper not enough towels

- Robin (8/5): It served the purpose of needing overnight accommodations for a flight cancellation. - Convenient to the airport and easy directions to access. Only 2 shower/bath towels and we had 3 adults staying. No bottled water - which would of been a nice added touch
- Julie (7/5): Nice location and great amenities, although a bit loud. - The equipment was great. There was everything you needed in the kitchen as well as bathroom. Walkable to Wynwood and Design District in 20 minutes. Whole Foods right around the corner. The location was great, but there was construction right next to it. The windows were very thin and you could hear literally everything such as the construction workers, people talking on the street, even planes flying over the city. The apartment also doesn’t really look that nice and polished as on the pictures.

- Vildomcova (7/5): - The apartment itself is really pretty, with good beds, a nice bathroom and a sufficient kitchen - all we needed for our three-day stay. It was quite chilly outside when we arrived and we loved that the apartments had heating on, which made the nights super pleasant. Entrance codes are a real puzzle and I strongly recommend the accommodation to replace electronic keypads with reliable ones. We managed to get to the PAID garage only once, other times the keypad did not open the door (which was fun at 1AM of our arrival). As there is no one at the reception desk, we had to find our own way of dealing with the car most of the times while accommodated here.

O anfitrião raramente respondeu minhas solicitações pelo chat do booking, o que dificultou bastante entender o procedimento de check-in. Quando consegui o contato do anfitrião pelo whatsapp, passou a funcionar bem. Apesar do anúncio prever apartamento para 5 pessoas, só haviam duas cadeiras e um pequeno balcão para fazer as refeições.

Disponibilità di check in anticipato e check out posticipato nel nostro caso era molto importante e’ inesistente. Anche se è scritto a pagamento, ma anche pagando non è possibile. Disinformazione. Abbiamo pagato garage, ma probabilmente anche questo soggetto alla disponibilità che non controllano . Perché un giorno abbiamo dovuto mettere la macchina su strada con parcheggio a pagamento perché non c’era posto ( anche se abbiamo pagato garage) Sicuramente c’è spazio per migliorare.

Once we sorted out a little communication issue the details and info coming from the Roami team was excellent. Good processes in place. Washing machine gave us a few problems not working but a minor hiccup really.

Easy access to transport and main road links, with plenty of amenities nearby such as Whole Foods. The area felt safe and clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. Would recommend if you’re looking for a central base, and I’d happily stay again when visiting Miami. The living space is a little smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but still totally manageable for two. One thing to note is that there’s no storage for luggage after checkout, which would have been really convenient since we had a late flight. Something to keep in mind if you’re flying out late

E por fim, A funcionária não permitiu mais que 5 minutos de tolerância para o check out e foi extremamente deselegante com todos.

- Krystle (9/5): Overall besides the codes being mixed up to get into the place and our room, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Al - How close it was to restaurants and lounges near by. I didn’t like the fact that we were given the wrong code to enter the building .

- Jessica (1/5): Très déçu du manque de professionnalisme des hôtes. - A notre arrivée, nous avons du attendre près d'une heure pour recevoir les codes d'accès, qui plus est n'étaient pas les bons pour la serrure de l'appartement. Notre dernière soirée a été gâchée car nous sommes resté coincé une heure et demi devant la porte de l'appartement car aucun code ne fonctionnaient, au final nous avons dû appelé un technicien nous même pour qu'il nous guide à la salle des machines récupèrer des clefs. Avec trois jeunes enfants épuisés qui ont finis par s'endormir dans le couloir à 22h ce n'est franchement pas agréable. Nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement aux hôtes pas message et nous n'avons même pas eu un retour écrit. Très déçus !
- Simioni (4/5): Fiquei decepcionado e inseguro de não poder entrar no apartamento, tive angústia de não saber se ia ou não entrar no apa - Limpeza, localização, móveis. Fechadura eletrônica falhou miseravelmente. O código não funcionou, fiquei para fora do apartamento. Muito frustrante, decepcionante estragou minha viagem. Isso aconteceu com outros hóspedes também! Lamentável

- Adrian (4/5): - The elevator was broken the day we checked in and had to bring all luggage up the stairs. The apartment floor was dirty like it had never been mopped or clean in any way. Ceiling in bathroom was missing a piece and apartment could use some paint. Parking is very convenient and location is great.
