Cindy (8/5): Overall, we had a good stay with many positive moments, and although there were some challenges with communication, we s - Ayu and Dian were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind from the very first moment. They gave us such a warm and heartfelt welcome that we immediately felt comfortable and at home. Throughout our stay, they did an outstanding job. Everything was perfectly clean and very well organized. The living room is beautiful, cozy, and inviting – a perfect space to relax. The kitchen is also excellent: spacious, well-equipped, and maintained to a very high standard. You can truly feel the care and dedication they put into their work. Their positive energy and professionalism made our experience even more special. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them. Communication with Abi was quite difficult. Unfortunately, he was not helpful or accommodating at all. I made a mistake when booking and accidentally paid in Indonesian Rupiah instead of my own currency. The exchange rate applied by my bank was extremely poor, which resulted in me being charged around 2,000,000 IDR more than expected. I politely asked if there was any possibility to cancel the booking and rebook it correctly, as I have never experienced such a significant exchange rate difference before. When I tried to call Abi to explain the situation, he ignored my calls and only responded via message and through Booking. However, he did not address my actual questions and showed no willingness to assist or find a solution.
