La localisation est idéale, au calme, avec accès au beach club tout proche. Depuis la plage, on peut faire du snorkeling directement sur la barrière de corail — une expérience incroyable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

• Jan (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage war herrlich ruhig, direkt am Meer, und wir konnten den Strand wunderbar genießen. Die Unterkunft selbst war geräumig, modern, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Auch die Anlage mit den Pools hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und angenehm. Insgesamt hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln!

• Marcia (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a calm location - The apartment is new, clean, and beautiful. There is AC available and a tv in every room. The building has several pools, however I took points off because my husband and I got conjunctivitis from the pool on the roof of the C building. There is a beautiful jacuzzi that unfortunately we did not get to test, and you can hear the ocean from the living room and one of the rooms It ia very hard to get to the apartments beach - it is a long (30+ minutes) walk, and on the other side are a number of resorts with rpivate beaches so your options are somewhat limited. There is a tree with a very low branch on the back door exit and 2 of us hit our heads quite badly at night due to limited visibility. This needs to be fixed as it is a health risk
• Virginie (9/5): We had a very great time with my family, the condominium meets all our expectations. - Very comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The condo is brand new and you have everything you will need! It is very well located at Akumal south part. The access to the beach is a bit complicated because of the rocky path and you have to walk like 10 minutes to find a very nice beach. The beach club of the condo is very small.
• Romona (10/5): A Tranquil Retreat in South Akumal - One of the best condos we have ever stayed at. Ground floor unit is a plus. We walked to the entrance, and security showed us where the unit was. Got the key from the keybox and went to the patio and opened the door to bring in luggage from the car. Was able to park just outside of the unit. Unit is large for 2 people but will handle 4 adults well. The kitchen was well appointed with great cooking utensils, knives, and appliances. ( I tend to cook on trips, so I really appreciate a well-appointed kitchen.) What impressed me the most was that they had a gas detector next to the stove. I travel with one but this is the first time there was one in a unit. Comfortable beds with good sheets and pillows. 6 bath towels, as well as 6 beach towels. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus. Great wifi and smart TV in each room. The road to the condo from the highway was a bit bumpy, but on out 3rd day, they had a man filling in the potholes in the road, that made the drive down the road much better. The rooftop pool area for C building was not well appointed, with no table or chairs or loungers. But the top of B building had all of this and an umbrella as well. We spent most of a day there with the place to ourselves. Akumal is just a short drive north, and Tulum is a bit further south. The remoteness of the place appealed to me. If you want a lot of action, this is not the place for you, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is a great Condo. For some people, the remoteness would be a problem. A car is somewhat necessary to stay here. Also, no can opener, not a big thing, but with such a great kitchen.. (might be an oversite)

• Imanol (10/5): Will comeback for sure! - Great location, not next to the sea but walking distance with a beach club by the sea. Perfect for a family or couple of friends with separate rooms and separate bathrooms. Very big smart TVs. We were provided with a keg of water but no dispenser.
