Guest Reviews

- Audrey (1/5): horror movie - absolutely nothing. Tried to get us to cancel our booking as we were in the grab on our way.
said they didn’t have a room for us even though they had messaged me privately about when i could check in?
stuffed us up in the top 5th floor which was ABANDONED ABSOLUTELY NO ONE UP THERE BUT US .
mold EVERYWHERE. the hotel is disheveled and in the worst location EVER.
from the outside it looked like the building is abandoned.
staff were not accomodating and were blunt and rude.
honestly the hotel was the worst horror movie thing u have ever looked at. not worth a cent. i wouldn’t even be paid to stay at this hotel again.

- Poppy (1/5): - it was near the beach which is nice This property is abysmal, we got in and thought it might be abandoned and spent 5 minutes searching for the reception, when we found it the owner sorted our payment gave us the key, we didn’t get in the lift as it looked dodgy so went all the way up to find our room with the balcony door open leading to 2 lizards being in our room, didn’t look like the pictures at all, overall untidy and didn’t look clean, and we shortly left and did not stay. It is also far away from everything in hoi an so just not ideal.

- Olga (3/5): Not recommended - It’s near the seaside, has balcony and big territory, the room was big Most of the things was terrible, location- to far from civilization, restaurant and shop nearby was 3times more expensive then everywhere; stuff is completely unprofessional; no room service, no cleaning, nothing. The building is creepy and looks like old asylum
- Esteban (5/5): -
- Tan Diem (5/5): - Gần biển nên mát Phòng cũ, ko có tiện nghi, nội thất xuống cấp.
- Rob (1/5): -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Hell on Earth, worst hotel ever - The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No standards of hygiene at all. Staff tried to charge me again when I arrived. Towels were dirty, lots of insects in the room, bed bugs in the beds, wardrobe absolutely stank, aircon not adequate for a big room, door lock was weak, fridge didn’t work and was filthy, loose wiring right by a shower head in the bathroom, very dangerous. I stayed one night and couldn’t stand it anymore, I had to leave instead of staying 5 nights. The staff didn’t even bother to ask why I was checking out 4 days early. They also argued the toss with this website and it took me 3 days of complaining just to get some money refunded for an uninhabitable room. Absolutely awful experience.
- Nguyen (5/5): - Gọi là nhà nghỉ thì đúng hơn. Phòng rộng, khá thoáng ,nhưng bãi tắm xa. Mình xác định thuê 1 đêm ở qua đêm nhg cũng ko hài lòng lắm Phòng ốc tiện nghi hơi kém
- Guest (1/5): - không bằng cái nhà nghỉ
- Hoàng (1/5): Bad -
- Keith (5/5): Passable -
- Ross (1/5): Not happy. - No staff available when I arrived late at night. Had to go find another hotel.
- Hannah (9/5): A peaceful beach stay. - We loved our stay at Cau Dai Beach Hotel. As others have said it’s budget friendly but you get a good bang for your buck!
A huge room with a balcony, access to a shared kitchen and bicycles. The staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
There’s a lovely beach just down the road and a fishing village nearby with plenty of food spots.
If you’d like a break from the tourist hub of Hoi An this is a great, peaceful beach stay with friendly locals. It is far from the main town and a lot of nearby shops can be pricey.
- Thorben (5/5): Passable -
- Chris (1/5): Property is so bad and creepy - Nothing All. The property is totally different that as shown. Lots of mould, it's so creepy
- Phan (8/5): Very good - It is in front of the sea and very close to the tourism habour. TV network was down and funiture was so old
- Sah (9/5): Superb -
- Ed (4/5): Poor location - The room was as per the photos, it was clean with sheets and towels changed regularly. The air con worked as did the ceiling fan. Understand there has been extensive storm damage to the building and is only part operational. There are no other facilities other than what is in the room. There is a small corner beach up the road a little way but the first main beach is approx. 2 km up the road. There are no restaurants close by. Some stalls open in the evening serving poor quality food about 1 km up the road and seafood restaurants a further km away. For a choice of restaurants serving good quality food you need to go to Cua Dai 3 km away. The hotel doesn't have bicycles or bus so that means walking or taxi.
