- Andrew Shandran (4/5): Pretty poor - Not a thing You need to update your pictures it is not what you are selling! Place had not been cleaned in decades! Cobwebs and spiders in every kitchen cupboard and wardrobes were filthy! Couldn't reach the kitchen light without moving the fridge freezer. Heating was left on a timer in the middle if August so was boiling! Dryer was on from last guests with towels and bedding so house was damp! It is not an apartment BTW it's a house! Neighbours were videoing us arriving home on sat night for some reason yes it was late but we were quiet and respectful so dont know if they have had issues before. Garden needs sorting as it specifically said out door space. Well a lawn mower would come in handy and a dumped sofa bed in back! Will not be returning!
- Nel (10/5): Its a lovely place, well arranged, parking space, quite a-lot rooms though one bathroom. Well equipped kitchen was my be - Everything was so lovely Bathroom closure reaally needs to be a proper door
- Damo2907 (2/5): definitely not worth the money.. felt really let down - kitchen and bathroom were new.. although washing machine was filled with stale water that flooded out when opened and the smell was disgusting cobwebs everywhere, mirrors in rooms filthy, garden a disgrace, front door and key safe filthy, chairs and sofa felt like falling apart, 4th room just a mattress on the floor, blinds all broken and dirty.
- Kugan (8/5): A comfortable and spacious home stay - The location was good, parking is also available. Access to the garden is a plus. The host had left us three eggs in the fridge. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refurbished. There could have been a lock on the bathroom door.

- Anthony (8/5): Good stay, very accommodating hosts. - The house was clean and tidy, with fresh bedding and towels provided. The bathroom was nice, and overall the property was well-maintained and comfortable — a solid choice all around. The host was especially accommodating, allowing us to check in early at the last minute, which was a huge help as we were travelling with children. Much appreciated and would happily stay again.

- Ellandrea (9/5): Comfortable and spacious. - Very spacious. Clean and comfortable. Compared to some places I've stayed, kitchen wasn't as equipped as I would have liked. ie bin bags, cleaning cloths. tin foil, cooking, serving bowls. Some damage to blinds in both front bedrooms. Although this didn't affect our stay.
- Carl (10/5): Ideal for a night or two away when it’s just your base in Middlesbrough. - Great place and lovely and warm as the weather had turned cold and heat was needed.. Shower was fantastic and also everything you need at hand in the kitchen.. Did not use television or WiFi and the place was very quiet.. Will come again… Great value all round.. Carl We tried WiFi code it doesn’t work ..

- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - It was lovely and warm and clean. The downstairs bedroom was cold however, but the rest ogmf the house was very warm and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom was cold but the bed was comfy

- Belinda (10/5): Enjoyable stay - Modern and updated in the dining room, kitchen and bathroom . The location is quiet and situated in a good area for our needs. The house had a welcoming feeling about the place.. The front room downstairs should be a living room with a sofa bed so watching TV and relaxing is available The mattress in the front bedroom rolls into the middle and could do with decorating..the purple doesn't add to the room

There was parking Exceptionally clean and homely, the overall summary The wardrobe was a bit outdated inside The heater was not that easy to manoeuvre as well. but worked satisfactorily all the same

- Luke (7/5): Contractor digs - Comfy beds, facilities are fine, great shower. Geared up for contractors, which is what we are so was good for us, but can't imagine a family staying. Reflective on price, cheap and cheerful. Bathroom very small, only a plastic folding door due to size of room, doesn't lock and barely shuts. Kitchen is in an extention which very cold as no room for a radiator in there. Downstairs bedroom is a 'converted' living room, doesn't get very dark due to size of window and blind and street light outside window.
