• Chumia (7/5): Good value for money - Really comfy bed, clean and lots of space! Close to public transport easy to get to the centre. The sink was blocked and the shower kept falling off the wall.

• Rebecca (7/5): Great location as a base for a few days - Flat/room was clean, great to have a balcony as space to relax and sit. Bathroom well appointed. I hadn't realized that the kitchen was shared as it wasn't that clear on the listing but it wasn't a problem, good for making drinks etc, I think you'd struggle to cook anything in it as very limited equipment/utensils. Great location is easy walking distance of metro, loads of restaurants and could walk to the castle etc within 25 mins, plenty of museums much closer. Shared kitchen didn't have any cleaning stuff or towels/paper towels so hard to keep it clean and no sign of a cleaner for the whole stay. Not enough cups in the kitchen for 2 flats.

• Connie (6/5): Good place but probably wouldn’t return. - Inside of the flat was very nice and comfortable. The outside of the building was scary as was the walk way to the flat.

The shower holder doesn’t match the shower so it’s very uncomfortable to use it properly. It mentions a washing machine that doesn’t exist.

Notre séjour ne nous a pas entièrement satisfaits et nous souhaitons vous faire part de plusieurs points à améliorer : - La climatisation faisait du bruit toutes les nuits, ce qui a fortement perturbé notre sommeil. - La barre de douche était cassée, impossible, donc de poser le pommeau correctement. - L’eau chaude n’était pas continue : des passages d’eau froide survenaient pendant la douche. - Le ménage n’était pas satisfaisant : nous avons retrouvé un tampon usagé sous le lit. - Le logement est indiqué pour quatre personnes, mais il n’y avait que deux chaises, ce qui n’est pas commode. Nous pensons que ces points sont importants à corriger pour améliorer l’expérience des prochains voyageurs.

• Valentina (1/5): Don’t waste your money on this place please. Not worth it - Honesty, nothing! The staff nwevwr got back to me. Instructions to get in were unclear and we couldn’t get in until after 1 hour and it was because another guest let us in because the staff never replay the “emergency number”! The place wasn’t clean, the bed has a weird smell and we could hear everything from the room next to us.

• Petr (2/5): Very poor - This was hands down the worst accommodation we’ve ever experienced, and to make matters worse, it came with an absolutely outrageous price tag. You’d think the primary thing you want from a place to stay is to be able to get some sleep. Well, forget about that here. If the other residents of the shared apartment unit aren’t cooking and banging pots and pans at 3am, you’ll be woken up at 5am by deliveries to the store right next door. And when someone flushes the toilet in the room next to yours, it sounds like a helicopter taking off! But before you can enjoy all these wonderful experiences, you’ll need to actually get into the accommodation. With a broken gate code that doesn’t work, you’ll quickly discover — at midnight, no less — that this is basically impossible. On top of everything, the price was sky-high because of a concert by a famous singer. Save yourself the money and avoid this place at all costs.

• Danuta (5/5): Passable - Neighbours don’t seem to like airbnb stayers. I was having a coffee with my sister and se were sitting on the balcony while the neighbour from above started pouring water into their plants. It was clearly too much water for the plans. Someone did that for 30minutes

• Pavla (5/5): Passable - location of the apartment, near the metro station Cold shower Unhelpful staff who did send someone to fix the problem but with no result. They told me there was hot water in shower. I was accused of lying and I was asked to provide good feedback . When I’m reading feedback from others I found that I was not the only one having the issue of hot water not running.
• Loulas (8/5): Very good - The apartment is about 20 mins from the city centre, the transport is really convenient. You can use either the metro or the train. There is a very cosy restaurant once you turn right. The room was quite spacious and clean. most of the days there was no one in the reception so that we could ask for info. Although there is a very nice kitchen, the necessary supplies for cooking are missing.
