Necesita una reforma, mampara de baño estropeada, electricidad defectuosa.. El chico que nos atendió a la llegada llegó 40 min tarde, estaba avisado con mucha antelación de nuestra hora de llegada

• Jackie (4/5): Disappointing service - The property was large enough with plenty of storage space. All basic amenities were available. I typically don’t like to give negative reviews but I feel like my experience is worth sharing. First of all, the communication from the host Alessandro was terrible. He initially said that he would set up self check in and “In the meantime I need photos of your passports for guest registration, while you can use PayPal to pay the city tax.” He didn’t explain that if I didn’t send him all the documents, he would not let us into the property. And that’s exactly what happened. I texted the host before we arrived that I can send him the documents when we unpacked our stuff. No response. When we arrived, we were locked outside the building standing in the street trying to call him. He eventually replied after 20 min saying that it will take him some time to show up in person. We waited another 40 min before he came to let us in. I can accept partial responsibility for not sending him the info ahead of time, but it says a lot about how their business is run if they don’t seem to care about the customer’s experience. The host knew when we were to arrive but did not care that we would be waiting for him in the street at night with 2 kids. The only explanation that Alessandro provided was that he had other business to attend to. Again, we told him what time we would arrive! The other complaint I have is the property is listed as a 4 star accommodation when in my opinion it is only 2 stars. Aside from the terrible service described above, the facilities were not very clean or well maintained. Some examples include shower door fell off its rails, stains all over the kitchen sink, water leaking from the shower onto the floor, stained and moldy shower wall, and a used towel that was still hanging on the door. The star rating is important not only because it sets the expectations of what the accommodations should be, but also there is a city tax for lodging in Rome that scales with the number of stars. We ended up having to pay an extra 120€ in taxes for our 4 night stay.
• Faraz (5/5): Stay was okay but not great. - There were no locks in rooms and bathroom. Lift is very poor and limited to 3 people, Shower does not operate with hot/warm water.

• Ron (10/5): Every thing was perfect ! Thank you ☺️👌👍 - The manager Alessandro was very nice and kind person. He met us as soon as we got there from airport. He showed where grocery and always was available. The location is a mazing. 15-30 minutes walk from everything. We were family with 2 kids under 10 and they did all this walking very easily! The apartment had everything you need for 10 days. Beds and sheets and towels were fresh and well done and looked new! Hot water and washing machine all the time worked perfectly ! Kitchen had some tea coffee and oil.. so you don’t need to think about buying everything for cooking. Very quiet street! We had a great time at that place! Thank you for wonderful hospitality!
