• Okawa (10/5): - It's a beach Front room. Downstairs is already beach. The cantina(on the beach bar) was about 100 meters away, but they play music and karaoke until 12:00? We can close the windows, but it blocks nice sea breeze. :( We managed to get Zzzz thou.

• Armando (1/5): I wouldn’t stay there again even if they paid me - Didn’t come with breakfast and the location was good The room was colder than a refrigerator and there was no heater,the hot water wasn’t hot,and the front door looked like it would open up if a strong wind hit it

• Joy (7/5): No frills, but wonderful weekend getaway - This place is in a great location, in the heart of Rosarito, but far enough away that you don't hear the rowdy partying. The bungalows themselves are a decent size for a couple, although they are first come, first serve, so you aren't guaranteed a bed type...we ended up with the 2 double beds room. For amenities, they have a coffee pot in the room with ground coffee and water bottles, microwave, fridge, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. There is a nice patio area with a fire pit, that overlooks the ocean. There's beach access a block away. Also, they have free parking. It's a nice place for a weekend getaway. The water takes awhile to get hot and then doesn't last long, so take very quick showers if you like hot showers. Also, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, so we kept falling in just sitting there, and we are not heavy people.

• Andres (10/5): Excellent Comfortable Stay walking distance to beach plus allowed my Yorki dogs to stay - The person that took care of the property was very helpful and friendly very nice was willing to help in every way possible i believe he was the owner The property was clean comfortable you could smell the fresh wash sheets and towels offered it’s like a round yurt tipi hotel style but very roomy and comfortable the bed was soft and comfortable

• Victor (10/5): Exceptional - It's not your typical hotel by the beach, but it has parking right next to your room. The rooms were like the picture show single story almost like a modern yurt. Plus it has a firepit and grill, also it has a private entrance to the beach and a big space to play with your dog or dogs like we did.

• Darcy (1/5): Bad - I like that is close to the downtown. I didn’t like that there is no heater and the bedcovers didn’t help with the cold weather. We had a terrible sleep.
• Chris (8/5): This day was OK. The room was very cold. I had to bring in my own heater. - What breakfast I was never offered that. The staff was attentive, but there was no breakfast offered. ! Cleaning up the dog due off of the property would’ve been nice. And also there was no one to open and close the gate each time I had to go and leave. And also the gate being closed at 8 PM or 9 PM. Didn’t allow me to go out in experience a night life

• Rona (5/5): Nice place, sad facility support - They were charming bungalows. Nice access to the beach. Hard to get into locked gate. Took over an hour to get help on the phone. Everything went to voice mail or they didn't speak English There was no one there to great us and give us key. There were no mugs for the coffee pot. No utensils It was freezing the 1st night no blankets supplied only a thin bed cover. Had to go the next day and buy blankets and a portable heater. There was no water in the kitchenet. Only cold water. Couldn't connect to wifi Beach access was locked most of the time. No one was around during the whole stay for any help.

• Glo (9/5): Beautiful location, walking distance to beach, major bars, restaurants. Worth the price. - The beautiful colors of white and blue gives you a sense of Santorini. The grape vines outside and beautiful flowers ..the scenery of the ocean waves thru your window as the breeze blows inside. Irma was very helpful and courteous, she also has very helpful staff. 24 hr gated security. Tables,chairs bbq area, fire pit, front Beach property (with private gates to access beach) restaurants, bars and artesanal shops. Rosarito can be a little rambunctious with drinking and Live Banda music as a Mexican I’m used to sleeping thru any of this but my partner had a hard time adjusting to these things which were outside our window. Next time we’ll just bring earplugs because it’s worth the price and view.

• Emmanuel (1/5): Bad - It was close to the beach They are very impolite. It was really deceiving, we thought it was the big building in the picture but were bungalows. With $50 more we could have stayed in a nice hotel with a pool and free breakfast. The bathroom had no door just a curtain and made us feel uncomfortable using the restroom with someone else in the room. We had a horrible stay. They do not keep their word and keep changing it. We were supposed to have parking next to our room and they gave it up to someone else and had to find parking somewhere else. Do not get a room here!
