Guest Reviews
- Nasir Yassin (8/5): -
- Debora (10/5): -
- Avilés (8/5): - La cercanía al centro, y las camas son muy comodas La ducha del primer piso no podía regular el agua y las escaleras para subir a las diferentes plantas.
- Neil (8/5): - Unable to adjust temperature of water in both showers, extremely hot.
- Re (6/5): Clean-ish but not family friendly - Mostly clean, though dishes/glasses needed washing up before use. Bathrooms and kitchen clean. A sitter walk to centre of Nottingham. Quiet at night. Nicely decorated inside - shame really that this house was situated where it was! Stairs very steep. Didn't realise there was no double bed in main room. Therefore not very good for 'families' as advertised. Specific location was not good - many nearby gardens had large piles of rubbish outside, and a lot dumped at the end of the terraces.

- Mohammed (9/5): - The location is excellent and quite area.
- Damiano (9/5): - Tutto. Casa ben tenuta, confortevole, accogliente.

- jack (10/5): - The house was very clean and smelled really nice upon entrance. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing..
- Alice (8/5): Convenient, clean and comfy! - The location was so easy to get into town from, we really appreciated the parking on the street behind. It felt tucked away and secure. The property was very hot! Some fans would be great. There were no locks on the bathroom doors. Only one key between 5 of us was tricky!
- Catherine (9/5): Good place to stop for rowing event at NWSC, ideal for our party -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Celeste (10/5): I recommend this house to stay in. - The house was just off the main road, so quiet, a very short walk to the shops, and not far from the tram stop (High School tram stop is the closest).
A very nice house with everything you need! Very clean. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms as well!
The staircases are steep, to forwarn anyone with walking difficulties, but it is the build of the house, so to be expected.
- Elishba (7/5): We enjoyed a relaxed weekend stay in a well-furnished house. - Well-equipped kitchen.
Nice bathrooms. Scratched and flaking non-stick pans should be binned.
First floor shower was too hot, and did not drain properly.
Kitchen blind doesn’t raise/lower easily.
Could have used two front door keys.
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Ikechukwu (1/5): Disappointing - I strongly advise against booking this property, especially if you are traveling with children.
I recently booked Waterloo house and was extremely disappointed. The house was difficult to find and the surrounding area was unkempt with a smell of marijuana in the air. Inside, the living space and kitchen had an unpleasant odor, and the steep staircase was not safe for children (this was not being pictured in the listing). The rooms and beds were significantly smaller than advertised, making it unsuitable for a family stay. Due to these issues, we were forced to find alternative accommodations
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barry (7/5): Property was comfy and nice but surrounding area was very poor and run down so not family friendly. -
- Emma (8/5): Wonderful communication and a perfect (and great value!) place for a group of friends to stay. - Property was very comfortable and clean. It was exactly as advertised and we really liked it. The location was a little sketchy, but it didn’t help that we arrived in the night. If you park on the main road (rather than limpenny street) and arrive from the front then it was fine.
