- Shivaji (3/5): - Booking 10 days before, particularly for view points as shown in pictures, after reaching the place at 9pm with family . They provided me other room stating your room is already occupied by someone, take it or leave it your wish. I had leave the place at that time with family.
- Khandekar (10/5): Awesome location - Because of the location, nice lake view from this hotel ,walking distance of 1 minute, Only non Ac rooms are there, but it doesn't matter continue Breeze coming from lake side, in the noon and night is very cool in summer too

- Akshay (1/5): I won’t do booking from booking.com again as I have an old customer of booking.com but this is something not acceptable. - Nothing because I have booked this property from booking.com and I was travelling to this property, middle of the way the owner of the property called me up told me that the property is not available for you. But it was showing booking “confirmed” on the application. And the owner was so rude he said “it is how it is n you may look some other property” I’ve asked this guy that this is not how you do ethical business n the reply came from the other side “this is my business n don’t teach me how to do it” also abused me. This is not at all acceptable and booking.com is responsible for such properties. Nothing because I have booked this property from booking.com and I was travelling to this property, middle of the way the owner of the property called me up told me that the property is not available for you.
