- karen (10/5): Perfect place to stay ! - Everything ! There was nothing not to like ☺️ The owners of the property were very friendly, helpful and informative.
The location couldn't have been more perfect and very reasonably priced.
The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Everything had been thought of.
Parking was just across the road and we thought it was very fairly priced.
We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. N/A Everything was lovely.
- Lily (10/5): Just lovely!! Good value, miles better than a hotel - Great location, comfy, cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway
- Andrew (10/5): Great apartment for a weekend getaway - As long as you can deal with stairs, it’s a perfect apartment for two people to visit Bath in the city centre. Smart, clean and well kept.
- Catrina (10/5): Lovely! - Apartment was super cosy, clean and the location was amazing. Parking directly across the road . Was easy to gain access.
- Sharon (9/5): Great apartment, close to centre with a lovely view - Location was perfect and very quiet. With a lovely view. It was expensive. Small shower head.
- Shannon (7/5): If you’re looking for something central and homely then this is the place but be mindful that it is on the top floor so - We liked that the location was very central. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, pulteney bridge, and Bath central. The views were stunning. It was also very homely. The bed was really comfy and kitchen equipment was included. The oven was difficult to work, we tried searching online for help, however, due to how old the oven is nothing came up. The oven definitely needs to be replaced as even the owners weren’t sure how to work it. The heating worked but due to no instructions sometimes it was difficult to turn it back off.
- Patrick (8/5): -
- Nicky (9/5): Great apartment. Have stayed twice now. - Great location but lots of stairs if that bothers you. Brill car park just opposite. Super near station and shops. Nothing
- Linda (10/5): Lovely apartment, great view of the church, great value for money - Great
- Allison (10/5): Stay in Bath - The location, in the centre of Bath
- Connor (8/5): Good value for money , central cosy apartment. - Litrally a 2 minute walk walk from the train station, great comfy stay and cosy vibes. The 3 flights of stairs up to apartment.
- Sinead (10/5): -
- Mike (8/5): -
- David (10/5): - Excellent location, very clean, comfy bed, great facilities Bigger telly in bedroom
- debbie (10/5): Fab comfortable apartment. In a central location - Fab location. Very comfortable apartment and well equipped for a weekend.Fab host. Answered all queries and instructions for entry and internet etc were easy to follow. Nothing at all
- Stellar21 (9/5): Fabulous characterful apartment in the heart of Bath! - Location is brilliant for a stay in Bath. 2 mins walk to railway station and a car park located directly opposite. It is right in the heart of Bath. Loved the decor. Individualistic and modern yet in keeping with the character of the building. Soothing colours. Light and airy vibe. It had everything you needed - just bring your own milk! Bed was so comfy with brilliant pillows. Good shower. Fantastic period features. Perfect for a single traveller or couple. Little bit of noise at the weekend but hosts had provided ear plugs. To be fair as a loft apartment you know there will be a lot of stairs! But that is it. All good.
- James (10/5): -
- Rogers (8/5): - Location was excellent!
Everything was clean and well laid out.
Lovely, modern flat and we had a lovely, comfortable stay.
- Leanne (9/5): Gem of a place in a beautiful city - Excellent location in central Bath.
Handy pay and display car park across the road.
Beautiful view of the church and hills.
Nicely decorated with everything you could need for a short break.
Very clean. Not a ‘dislike’ but the entrance to the building does not do the apartment justice.
- Panjaphon T. (10/5): Nice place in Bath - Entire apartment large size room
Wonderful view
Location near to train station and attractions
Easy check in , out Only stair access. Consider if you have big luggage (the owner informs clearly)
- Sanja Rasovic (9/5): - Internet connection was bad. A few of the cushions were flat, should be replaced.
- Alberto (10/5): -
- Oakley (10/5): Perfect apartment for a weekend stay away - Great facilities and layout, perfect for a weekend away! Only thing I would fault is the stairs and noise but that isn’t the apartments fault
- Nathalie (7/5): Bien localisé!! Pratique et propre! - Localisation super, facile d’accès, propre! mais 3 étages à monter sans ascenseurs avec bagages c’était poche.
- Ernesto (10/5): -
- Boath (10/5): Great central apartment in the heart of Bath! - Our friends got married in Bath and this was the perfect place for us to be! Great central location, close to the train station, plenty of buses and an easy walk to all that Bath has to offer. Dan & Natty, our hosts, were very accomodating and easily contactable throughout our stay.
Everything was comfortable and the view from the top floor was great! We would definitely stay again :) Honestly, nothing bad to say at all! The ceilings were a little low but this was no bother for us. Also good to be aware that there is only stair access, but again this was no problem for us and was very clearly communicated to us prior to our booking.
- stephen (9/5): Perfect pad to explore Bath - Everything you need for a short city break. Excellent location. All good
- Carol (8/5): I loved the location! - The location was excellent. It was very quick and easy to access the keys when I arrived to the property. The apartment was very clean. There was no luggage rack. The fan was very small and it wasn’t very effective on the floor. It was quite warm during my stay. No fault of the property owners, but a floor fan or box window fan would have made the bedroom more comfortable.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect place to stay We loved it
- Sam (9/5): Clean, well equipped, in a fabulous location with great hosts. - My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights, as we were celebrating her being in the country for her birthday. The property is in a fabulous location. A few minutes from the train station and centre of Bath.
The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The hosts are fabulous communicators and answered any queries I had. The only downside are the flights of stairs from street level up to the apartments from door.
- Mccarthy (9/5): Superb - Location was ideal. Just walked 5 mins from train station. Close to all tourist spots.
It has amazing views and is pretty well equipped in the kitchen. Handy washing machine too. The seagulls outside the window and on the roof did keep us awake a little but you kind of got used to it.
Obviously being an attic apartment there are 6 flights of stairs. Bringing up the luggage and climbing them after spending the day on you feet was a chore.
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything- location, space, facilities.
- Nizam (10/5): Great weekend escape - The property was easy to find, well located in town with parking right opposite the property. The property was very clean and spacious, perfect for a weekend break.
- Robert (7/5): Adequate, though a couple small tweaks could make it ‘good’ - Didn’t get off to the best start when key not in key safe and phone numbers provided out of date, although quickly remedied.
This is someone’s home and the v lengthy ‘what you can / can’t do’ list that comes straight after booking was a bit over the top.
Putting a bottle of shower gel in the shower shouldn’t be too much to ask, however, none there so had to go to shops to purchase before I could shower (it’s the small things that make a stay good as opposed to just OK), then receiving an email at 8.45 am the day I was checking out to ‘remind me’ that I need to check out, was, again, a little OTT. Really did feel we were inconveniencing the property owner by staying at their place, rather than welcomed. Nicer, more welcoming places to stay in Bath for the money (I go to Bath often as son lives there).
- Matt (9/5): Superb -
- Mike (9/5): Excellent apartment for a short stay in Bath - if you can manage the stairs. - Spacious, comfortable, light, well located apartment. It's a long climb up ! But we expected that for a "loft"
- Petchara (10/5): Exceptional -
- E (9/5): Superb -
- Katherine (10/5): Comfortable, convenient location for town and station. - Location near town and felt safe.
Apartment very clean and well kept. Kitchen facilities just right for what I needed. Comfortable bed. There's a bit of road noise most noticeable in the lounge but that wasn't an issue for me in the bedroom. Earplugs thoughtfully supplied (though I didn't need them).
- Rosie (10/5): Perfect place to stay when visiting Bath - Great location in Bath. Easy to find, parking nearby! Cosy and had everything we needed for our short stay. The only thing we can comment on here is neither TVs had channels on them had we wanted to watch something.
- Richard (10/5): Great location and perfect tastefully decorated apartment with all mod cons - Excellent location. Really nice apartment stylishly decorated with all mod cons. Really convenient location and nice one bedroom flat tastefully decorated. Everything there you would need and communication was very good with owners. Check in and checkout very easy and parked in car park across the street so very convenient in the heart of Bath. Would definitely recommend. Nothing
- Emily (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous property in the city centre with a car park opposite… made for such a convenient and comfortable sta - A beautiful historical property in a great location and everything you would need for your stay.
- Andrew (7/5): Great Christmas stay, loved the city. - Great location, loved Bath City. Easy walk to everything in the city including M&S foodhall. No negatives, just a few improvements would make this place more comfortable. Lighting, comfy chairs, kitchen equipment limited. Parking over £20 per day. Don’t take your car.
- John (10/5): Perfect for a weekend away - The apartment was very welcoming and the hosts had put a lot of effort into making sure we had everything we needed (condiments, tea, coffee etc) lovely clean towels and bedding. TVs set up to use your services ie Netflix, i player.
Everything you could need for a lovely weekend away. The position of the apartment was also perfect just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Also we had to contact the host as we couldn’t connect to the tv and he called us back straight away and solved the issue. Everything was perfect!
- Georgia (10/5): A cosy, warm and comfortable home away from home! - It was so warm and cosy! I loved the decor and the lighting and all the facilities worked great. The kitchen was a decent size to get a few home cooked meals out of it. The location was completely perfect for us, close to the train station and in close proximity to everything. We absolutely adored this place and will be coming back in the future! There’s nothing we didn’t like.
- Gove (10/5): All around lovely place - Location and how immaculate it was Even though I would stay here again on my next visit it is slightly expensive
- Maz (10/5): A wonderful place to stay. - Excellent location, views and cosy. Ideal accommodation if travelling via train and bus. Very close to the station.
- Liane (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (9/5): Superb - Very central, comfortable, clean. Easy access. Great email help from owners prior to arrival. Bathroom extractor fan not working, I reported this, and owners will arrange for it to be repaired. Could do with a couple more mugs - there were 2 only while there were 4 of other items. Maybe include slightly more instructions for oven use - like what the symbols mean. Worth mentioning low ceilings. It is noisy, but that's to be expected as it is on a main road.
- Andy (7/5): Good - Prime location right by the Abbey 6 flights of stairs to get to the room . Rooms were in need of painting
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linus (8/5): Very good -
- Irons (10/5): Great! - Super central, clean and well equipped
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Minutes from Bath Spa train station, great location. Only 5 min walk to bars, restaurants and theatre.
Very comfy and clean, light and airy apartment. Facilities were great, loved the nespesso coffee machine and Google mini speaker.
Bed was super comfy, too.
Would definitely return All the stairs, lol!!!
Only joking as the climb was well worth it
- Sean (8/5): Good base to explore Bath - Closeness to city centre and train station.
Great view from main room. Noisier than we anticipated, being a loft apartment. Could hear passers-by quite clearly from street below and with the Islamic centre next door, we were woken at 5 in the morning with loud prayers , signalling the start of Ramadan. Unlucky timing on that count I guess.
Hairdryer didn't sound safe. Think it's on its last legs. Ended up buying travel hairdryer instead.
- David (8/5): The appartment itself was in good order. Located in a great location. - Location and apartment was fairly comfy. Sheets had black mark on them, hairdryer didn’t work, communal ironing board was taken by another flat and not returned all weekend. Flat was cold on arrival. The communal stair well is in a desperate need of renovation
- Gerald (6/5): Disappointing. Outside decor etc needs attention and not that quiet. - It was clean and a central location. Very close to railway station. Well equipped. When we arrived we were disappointed with the way the outside looked. Rubbish piled up by the door - and a door that needed a good clean and paint. Also rubbish outside the basement.
The sofa was very uncomfortable and would benefit from a decent replacement.
Finally it was very noisy outside every night we stayed there. Shouting and loud noises from about 10.30pm through to the early hours. Was woken up at 3am one night as it was extra loud.
- Harley (9/5): Superb -
- Luisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daven (10/5): Relaxing - The place is near the center and very accessible. Clean and quiet. Relaxing view. N/A
- Vivian (10/5): Cozy apartment at a best location. - Location is right at the center of Bath, close to the Abby, also close to Sainsbury(the big one). Room is nice and convenient with everything.
- Isabel (8/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - We loved the central location of the apartment. You can see the public car park from the windows which was also useful. The place is immaculately clean and has good WiFi. The tea/coffee/sugar was much appreciated.
Be aware the property is accessed by 66 steps. Sadly the bed was just too soft for us and we struggled to sleep. We also found the sofa quite uncomfortable.
- James (10/5): Great location and apartment - The apartment was in an excellent location for our weekend stay. Walking distance to all major attractions and right round the corner from the Abbey and Baths.
Clean and comfortable with cooking facilities and excellent communication from hosts. Would stay again Nothing
- Liz (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent and easy to find. Lots of stairs to the apartment once inside!
- Adam (7/5): Good -
- Charlotte (10/5): Modern spacious apartment in central location with parking close by - Wow what a fabulous apartment. So clean and spacious and modern. Perfect location right opposite manners street car park. Comfortable bed and loved the pack of ear plugs provided thank you. Would love to stay here again great views easy access to property via a key safe perfect location to explore bath. Spacious fridge and bonus of a coffee machine too
- Tonya (9/5): Lovely stay, would highly recommend - Close to town and had everything we needed Door lock took a little bit getting used to and the bed was a bit thin
- Bb (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (9/5): A great place from which to enjoy an engaging, scenic and historic city. - A very well organised, comfortable apartment with pleasing city views. Excellent central location. Very full, clear and straightforward communication. All was as expected.👍
- Lauren (10/5): Fantastic stay - Lovely apartment in the centre of Bath, everything was so clean and we had everything we needed. Would definitely return in the future when visiting family in the city.
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good stay, we enjoyed the location and found the flat comfortable. - Great location! A 5 min walk to everything you want to see. Very cute property, nice decor, and very clean. I wish there had been a few more things included - coffee for the first morning, an extra towel, and maybe some more toiletries. Also worth noting the location is very central but this makes it quite loud.
- Darran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katherine (10/5): Would highly recommend as a base to explore Bath - Fantastic location for exploring the city. Lovely and light and had everything we needed Nothing negative to say!
- Craig (10/5): Great location and a great apartment. Highly recommended. - Location, feel and fit out of the apartment Nil
- Eleanor (10/5): Perfect! - Excellent location, excellent apartment, excellent communication from the hosts, throughly enjoyable weekend. Not a dislike, but be aware of how many stairs there are.
Anyone not so able bodied, will struggle.
- Ali (9/5): Superb -
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arlene (8/5): Very good stay, great location and modern apartment with essentials - Fantastic location and brilliant space Noisy birds on the flat roof in the wee small hours!! Major sleep deficit though dud use sleep earplugs provided and slept better second night.
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Soyoung (10/5): I would definitely stay here again! - It was very clean and everything was working well. The host was very responsive. Nothing
- Ghanem (9/5): Superb -
- Jane (8/5): Very good - We struggled with the lock on the inner door to the flat.
- Kim (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location. - The apartment was extremely clean, cosy and with everything you’d need for your stay. Having a smart TV meant that for those not wanting to hit the town you had the option to watch a movie or a series. Communication from the hosts was great and the location was fantastic. For us it wasn’t an issue but those who may have mobility issues, the amount of stairs may pose a problem.
- Chamunetsa (10/5): amazing couldn’t want any other way - best location, nice and homely ,best views of the town and city N/A everything from facilities to accommodation was amazing
- Kathryn (9/5): Superb -
- Marianthi (10/5): Thank you for the lovely property -
