• justine (7/5): Easy Access for travel - 5km from LTT railway station. Budget hotel. Budget restaurants nearby. Asalpha metro station only walking distance from the hotel. The do not have the hospitality training. They only giving the complementary breakfast on demand . They do not get up early. They sleep at the reception area till 11am.Give them training for guest relation and house keeping .

• Tjayz (1/5): Not for tourists - Check out 12.00 midday The smell of sewerage, cockroaches in the bedroom, dirty sheets and pillow cases, noisy fan, no hot water, we paid for breakfast to be included and was not given cause we asked for it at 11.15am and he said it's too late...why did he not tell us we needed to have breakfast by a certain time or why couldn't he have packed some food for us for breakfast to take away? Very disappointing.
