• Javan (4/5): Disappointing - Decent location and decent price Roaches! There was quite a few roaches I had to kill, large and small. Also room smells like moth balls. I’m really not particular of a person, but This property shouldn’t have as good of a rating as it does. Makes me question ratings on booking. I started paying really close attention to pictures and surrounding areas as well.
• Jaroslav (7/5): Staying overnight near immigration office - Desperately need improvement. Weak internet connection. It’s okey for short stay, one or two days. Like have hot shower, order food, sleep and go. Black ceiling makes you feel “weird”….

• Cindy (7/5): Good place to stay for a few nights in Cebu. - Good location and tidy. Walking distance to 3 malls. The room was well maintained, except for a lot of tiny cockroaches roaming around and got inside my luggage. There's only 1 elevator working.

• Jack (10/5): Basic, functional, affordable with an ideal location: suitable for a short term stay - Giving a 10/10 against our expectations: Our expectations: - great location to the mall - basic but functional - average cleanliness Summary: The location was a 3 minute walk from SM city mall which was perfect. The room had an averagely comfortable bed, working fridge and a basic bathroom. Perfect for a short stay. We anticipated seeing a few cockroaches after reading the reviews, this is very common in the Philippines and isn't something that bothers us (as long as there aren't lots of them). We did see a couple of small ones but nothing worth complaining about. The room in general was cleaner than we had anticipated and the check in process was super easy and hassle free. The price we paid also was incredibly reasonable and in relation to what we received I'd say it was great value for money. This is an ideal place to stay if you need something simple for a short term stay in an ideal location to the mall. They had two elevators, only one worked so it can sometimes take a while to get out of the building.
• Friday (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, however it can be improved. - The owner is very responsive and friendly. Make sure to message the owner about her instructions before checking in. The check in procedure is easy. The room is neat and clean. The owner already provided the soap, shampoo, tissue, hand wash, a container where you can put your mineral water if you have. There's wifi available, it's quite slow tho. However it's okay because we don't use it that much and that's not the main focus of our staycation. For some reason, the water temperature in the bathroom is not working. Also the TV is quite glitchy, we ended up turning it off.
• Everett (8/5): Nice room and near where I needed to be for Bureau Of Immigration appointment - Nice clean room, hot water in the shower, grat location in walking distance of 3 malls, air con worked good and could cook our own food. The TV was a local antenna so no english speaking stations. The remote Batteries were dead, the wifi was very slow

• Shih (8/5): Very good - The kitchen facilities in the room are complete with complete tools, including drinking water, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, sofa, and water heater. The accommodation location is very good, 5 minutes' walk from SM City, very convenient There is no wifi at all and there are often small cockroaches in the room.
