• carl (9/5): It was good to get away for some R & R. - the house was quiet and off the beaten path as far as traffic was concerned. The inside of house was clean and had most everything we needed. Communication per email and text went well, which I appreciated. windows needed washed, but wasn't a game changer for us. It seemed like a long drive to see/do anything and many of the attractions were only opened a day here ad there, but we managed. Of course that also was something we liked--to be off the beaten path a bit. Guess you can't have it all.

• Brewer (9/5): Cozy cabin with lots of room, a fantastic view, and very hospitable owners. - The view was great, it had everything I needed for the couple days I was there. And having a fun visit from the neighborhood peacock was pretty cool! It’s a cabin in the woods so naturally there are some sober webs and such outside, but overall I was very happy with it.

We will definitely be back! - The sights, the sounds, the friendly peacock neighbor, the cozy living spaces, and the general ambiance. We had a really good time. The road was a lot busier than we anticipated it would be / a lot of road noise.

Bringing our own soap and towels would have been fine had we known it was needed. House description stated otherwise.

• Lori (7/5): Good bargain for a spacious property with a lovely view of the bay. - Location/view. Was on our way home. Quiet and the waterfowl on the bay in the morning. Safe location. Multiple bedrooms to choose from in the single-family home. The sliding glass door was off its track and difficult to close once opened. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was so low, you could not use it. I had to use some soap I brought for showering, too.

We loved the openness of this clean cabin, yet it was cozy. We were in awe of the view and sunset. The fireplace was a bonus for us! Hosts were pleasant and considerate. We will be back for sure!
