• Ewa (8/5): Polecam to miejsce bo jest całkiem OK. - Wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja, dobrze działająca łazienka (nic się nie zapycha ani nie wycieka), sznury na suszenie ręczników, mieszkanie czyste i wygodne, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami, oni bardzo pomocni, dobra lokalizacja, bardzo przyjemne i komfortowe lokum, zadbane o dobrym standardzie, zdjęcia właścicieli w ofercie na Bookingu oddają to co jest na miejscu Brak widoków przez okno - jest patio, ale jeszcze trochę pracy zanim urzeknie swoim wyglądem, brakowało mi stolika nocnego przy łóżku, pojawiły się też mrówki (właściciele oferują pomoc przy ich usuwaniu; nie ma ich jakoś strasznie dużo, ale są), remont piętro niżej zapowiada że będzie tam coraz piękniej (mieszkanie znajduje się na 2 piętrze)
• Joanna (10/5): Niesamowite doświadczenie - Gospodarze zaprowadzili do apartamentu, skrupulatnie opowiedzieli o udogodnieniach. Zaproponowali pozostawienie bagażu do wieczora dnia kolejnego po wymeldowaniu, gdyż mieliśmy lot późnym wieczorem. Właściciele bardzo uprzejmi, pokój piękny wyposażony w mikrofalę, toster, w łazience suszarka, żele pod prysznic. Nawet w lodówce otrzymaliśmy mleko oraz była dostępna kawa i herbata. Lokalizacja -top! W samym centrum starego miasta. Brak

• Robert (9/5): A nice place to stay in Zadar. - Located right in the heart of old town but still really quiet (most of the time). The apartment was clean and had a washer which was convenient. The hosts are really nice people. The apartment is small and we struggled to find places to put our luggage and still have room to move around. A couple of luggage stands would be a really good add along with a drying rack. Also the building is under construction so forget about naps and plan to be up early but once that’s over it’s quiet.
• Maria Agnieszka (10/5): Apartman Poluotok był naprawdę wyjątkowy i pełen niezapomnianych chwil :) - Pobyt w Apartman Poluotok 1 był naprawdę wyjątkowy! Apartament jest położony w samym sercu starego miasta, więc wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje są dosłownie kilka minut spacerem. Mimo centralnej lokalizacji miejsce jest ciche i spokojne, idealne do odpoczynku. Wnętrze jest czyste, przytulne i w pełni wyposażone — klimatyzacja, aneks kuchenny, pralka, telewizor, szybkie Wi Fi – wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt. Bardzo doceniliśmy drobiazgi, jak świeże ręczniki czy kosmetyki w łazience. Gospodarze niezwykle mili i pomocny, kontakt przebiegał szybko i bezproblemowo. Dziękujemy za ciepłe przyjęcie i wszystkie wskazówki dotyczące miasta o które prosiłam. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten apartament każdemu, kto chce poczuć wyjątkowy klimat Zadaru i mieszkać w świetnej lokalizacji w komfortowych warunkach. Na pewno wrócimy ponownie!

• Svitlana (10/5): - We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially our lovely host, Mrs. Branka, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment is compact yet thoughtfully designed, very clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is exceptional — right in the heart of the old town, just steps away from all major attractions. We would be delighted to stay here again.

• Vanesa (10/5): Amazing stay in the heart of the old town. - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Poluotok apartment in the center of Zadar. The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed, and located right in the strict city center, which makes exploring the old town incredibly easy. What truly made our stay special were the owners – they are the kindest and most welcoming hosts you could imagine. They made us feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment is also equipped with many thoughtful extras that you don’t usually find in standard apartments. There were fluffy towels, coffee, milk, laundry detergent, and even a washing machine, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time there. If we come back to Zadar, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! we liked everything

• Etna (10/5): Great Experience in Zadar! - My experience was very good! the hosts were very kind, gave clear instructions, and the apartment was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The location was excellent for everything. I would definitely come back! I have no complaints at all.
• Ah (10/5): Poluotok Centrum Old Town - The location is fabulous according to old town city center, close to everything. The owners are really kind and simpatic, well english speaking, helpfull and very nice. The apartment is renovated. There was a watter kettle in the frigde waiting. Nice guesture. The bathroom is small, but has a window, there were towells, soap, schampoo and hairconditioner, hairdryer, watterkettle and bred toaster. Washingmashine. The AC was not as expected🥲, you could not leave it on during the day becouse of only one key handled. When we put it on in the evening after returning from city it was not cool untill morning, then we left again for the day and had to turn it of, so it is a minus, the smell from restaurant below was obvious, so if you hang out laundry it did not smell fresh. Loud mornings becouse of surroundings, otherwise really nice neighberhood.
