• Margaret (7/5): Overall a very enjoyable stay - Great location - lots of good restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Beautiful views from the balcony - could spend all day looking at the view and people watching. Very quiet at night as it is on a pedestrianised walk. Well equipped kitchen with good quality fitments. Maybe because it is the end of the season but the apartment is looking rather tired. Some of the outdoor furniture is broken and needs to be replaced. We found the stairs rather steep but this may not be a problem for other people.
• Annette (7/5): Generally a nice stay, it wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues. - Location is fabulous. Beds are comfortable. Chairs on balcony were rusty, one was broken. Showers were very small and we should have been told no lift with the luggage

• Morten (6/5): Pleasant - Topp location, and well equipped kitchen. Well-functioning air condition. This apartment is more for four people than six. The balcony is very small, and there is a lack of wardrobes. The drains in the badrooms where not propperly cleaned - they smelled of sewage.
• Jeremy (10/5): Well appointed apartment in an excellent location in a beautiful resort - Well appointed apartment with everything needed for a great holiday. The beach is 6ft from the front door and there are loads of good restaurants within a very short walk. We were a party of 4 using the 2 bigger en suite bedrooms. There is a third smaller room with twin single bedrooms & a third showeroom. Lovely modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, nespresso coffee machine etc. We only ate out so didn’t use it but it’s well equipped for self catering. Air con we hardly used but was nice to cool the bedrooms before bedtime. Very good wifi. View from the balcony is stunning & we got up early every day just to see the sunrise. The area was quiet at night (September). We will be going back! Nothing

• Matthew (7/5): Great location, decent apartment, poor service - Great location and generally well equipped. Property was clean The service experience was terrible - firstly, you get handed off to a separate rental company to make payment which takes you to unknown websites and payment gateways. The whole point of booking.com is to avoid this. They also send you endless emails and information requests before the stay. Then, despite all the emails, we did not receive our “welcome pack”, which included such basics as toilet paper, until the second day of our stay. For the money, I don’t expect to be going shopping for toilet paper when I arrive. The main bathroom also had a terrible odour.
• Liz (7/5): Great location - Location is amazing overlooking the sea . It’s much bigger then expected . A wee bit worn and has a smell . The cleaning cupboard wren opened is full of very dirty mops and smells bad . The property is not as nice as the photos make out could do with a lick of paint . The entrance hall is very poor . Beware you can’t check in until 5pm and they want you out at 10am after paying for the day . They also have a note you must clean and empty everything or you will be fined ( why bother paying for the cleavers etc.) we were up early on our last day scrubbing and emptying bins .

• Peters (9/5): The apartment was clean, bright and provided all the things to make it a home from home in a superb location with a perf - The location and home from home comforts provided in the apartment.
• Matthew (10/5): Perfect location overlooking beach, highly recommend. - Such a great location overlooking the beach, with just a pedestrian path below. Very quiet. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a few mins walk. 10 mins to local bus stop where you can easily reach Formentor beach, and Alcudia, as well as buses back to Palma. Beach just outside the apartment is gorgeous, sandy and gets sun all day. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Cot and high chair to use. And plenty of facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, utensils etc. Easy communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend! Nothing!
• Clare (10/5): Lovely break with friends - Location was fantastic, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Whole apartment was very spacious, even with 6 adults didn’t feel that we were cramped. Even better was that all rooms had own bathroom, which meant no queuing for showers when there are 6 of you! kitchen very well equipped with crockery and utensils. Owners thought of everything - even some deckchairs for beach! It was lovely break Nothing
• Beverley (9/5): Superb - The apartments was very spacious, clean and in the perfect location. The only slight problem was a blocked drain in one of the bathrooms which caused a bad smell. This did not cause us any problems though.
• Tony (7/5): Lovely stay spoiled a bit by waiting for checkout details - Could have been better if it had not taken 4 days to get a response about our late checkout request. Eventually when we phoned for the 4th time at 915 on the morning of checkout (10am)we were told it was possible and would be 100 euros. Not a great service.
• Jamie (8/5): Excellent location and views in the middle of The Pine Walk (on the beach). Really easy to pop back from the beach and s - Location, view and coffee machine. 3 bathrooms. Loads of plates, cups and glasses. New sofa. Air conditioning (didn’t work in the lounge but good in the bedrooms). We had a storm and water came in the windows at the back. Narrow balcony.
