- Jean-Baptiste (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal avec une très belle vue. L'appartement est propre et assez bien équipé. L'agence est réactive et sympathique ! La place de parking de cet appartement sert d'entrée pour les livraisons du restaurant qui est en dessous. Résultat : 3 heures au commissariat local pour déclarer les dégâts... Concernant l'appartement, il est agréable et pratique mais il manque un four pour cuisiner (seulement un micro-ondes). A noter aussi que la pompe à chaleur de la clim rend impraticable 30% des 15 m2 de la terrasse, ce qui est dommage.
