• Andrew (1/5): If stress is your thing, book this apartment.! - Very convenient location, spacious. No power or water (serious sanitary issues, no flushing toilets whilst water was out) for the majority of our stay, spent a lot of time on to Home.ly’s customer support trying to deal with the issue. Not awesome given I was with my family trying to enjoy our time in London. The people I did speak to in the customer support team were friendly and as helpful as they could be however they seemed limited in what they could actually do to help.. all in all very disappointing

• Katrín (7/5): Beautiful and spacious - The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It was great being so near the train station. Everything was clean and laid out nicely. The sofa bed was broken and the mattres in the big room was terrible. No AC in the apartment

Con cierta frecuencia había un ruido tipo zumbido que debía ser de los locales de abajo y que a veces duraba horas. Puede ser una pega si te molestan los ruidos.
• jose (6/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación. El barrio tiene todo lo necesario y esta cerca del metro y del tren. Hay muchisimo ruido en todas las habitaciones. En el salon se oye el ruido de la calle constantemente y en las habitaciones que dan a la parte de atrás se oye los extractores de los locales de abajo y la musica del bar hasta mas allá de la 1 de la mañana. Las ventanas no lo quitan ni cerradas. Es imposible descansar hasta esa hora. Y las ventanas del salón no se abren (no se puede ventilar, ni lograr que corra el aire cuando hace calor).

• Peter (7/5): Comfy but noisy at night - The apartment is really nice, everything is really great. One big bedroom, one small bedroom. A comfy living room and a kitchen. Two bathrooms. A nice neighbourhood. There are two things that must be mentioned. The flat is horribly noisy at night. Not because of the street but because of the pub underneath. One thing is a party on Saturday night with loud music until approx. 4AM (but this was just once on a Saturday night = somehow acceptable). The other thing is the ventilation tube which goes from somewhere downstairs up and is between the windows to both bedrooms. It is on until the pub /or the kebab place on the other side closes, which means it makes that horrible sound until 3 or 4 at night. Even if you close the windows. The second night we used earplugs which we found in the kitchen kabinet, it was better but the sound is so strong, even the plugs can't stop it completely. It is a sad thing because the apartment is really well situated, comfy and nice and has everything you need for a trip to London. Should be dealt with.

• Donna (8/5): A nice apartment in a good location with a few slight negatives that can be overlooked for the price - Handy location for easy transport links. 5min walk to tube station and 1 min walk to trains. A nice area with some good pubs. Recommend the Railway Hotel rather than the Fox and Hound if you want a meal. Car rental available at Putney Exchange (10 min walk) for day trips out of London. The apartment was clean and well set up. A second bathroom was great for a group of three women. Comfortable beds with plenty of linen and blankets. Sofa bed worked well for third person. Overall we liked the property and would recommend as long as you are aware of the couple of negatives listed below. The stairs to the property are steep. Only one flight but difficult with bags. Both showers had issues with the hand held rose not staying in its fixture. We improvised and made it work. We did notify the property so hopefully it is fixed now. The biggest drawback was the noise from the pub courtyard downstairs and the extractor fan from the chicken shop on the other side. However the pub was only noisy on the weekend. Very quiet Sun to Wed.
• Lucie (10/5): simply perfect :) - We were really happy with our stay – the apartment is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The only slight downside is the noise, which we were informed about in advance. Despite that, we chose this accommodation because it offered a perfect balance between price and what it provides. We definitely wouldn't lower the rating because of the noise – but it’s true that light sleepers might want to consider another option. That said, free earplugs are thoughtfully provided in the apartment. Overall, we were extremely satisfied – the train and bus stations are practically in front of the building, and there are plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby. The nearest tube station is just a 5-minute walk away. I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to London! Once the kitchen windows are renovated – which is where most of the traffic noise comes through in the early morning hours (it’s only audible in the kitchen, not in the bedrooms if the doors are closed) – the apartment will be quiet as well, and there will truly be nothing left to improve.
• Robert (3/5): Awful beds; awful noisy extractor fans - Awful quality mattresses as others have said, awful noisy air vent , unexpected admin to do after booking.com booking step; location is v good z This building shouldn’t be a flat; it should be part of the kebab shop below.
• Emily (4/5): Disappointing - Clean and nice location to get around Rooms were absolutely boiling, could invest in air conditioning. Not recommended if you want to sleep at night, extremely loud music from the pub until 2am followed by people shouting outside until around 3am

• Sarah (6/5): Nice Flat but too noisy - This is a nice flat in a good location for a good price. Unfortunately we had very interrupted sleep due to the parties until 3am, kareoke until 2am and people chatting loudly next door/below. Wouldn't stay again for this reason.

Being next to a pub it was nearly impossible to sleep Thursday-Saturday nights. The pillows and mattresses are horrible. They were hard and uncomfortable.

I had to go through another vetting process which involved uploading my ID and providing a security deposit online, after having already confirmed the booking with Booking. com, which was not ideal. Also, the heating system did not work in all rooms the first night and needed fixing/ adjusting.

The property was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and professional, which added to the positive experience. It was an easy 2 minutes commute to the train station and there were loads of shops and places to grab a quick meal. The property was clean, comfortable and cozy. I felt at home and will book again.

The space was even more beautiful than the photos, and the host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location was ideal, close enough to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore. I particularly loved the little out door space which added such a nice touch to my experience. Communication with the host was seamless—they were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed but also giving me the privacy I desired. It's clear they take great pride in hosting and ensuring their guests have a memorable stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful getaway. I will definitely be booking here again in the future! Hated that we had to leave!
• Shalini (9/5): Clean and modern apartment, 2 full-scale bathrooms, convenient location. - The apartment was very clean and modern. It was very well equipped for its size. There was individual thermostats in every room, which made it convenient. The entry and check-in was strightforward and worked well. The check-in instructions were very good, as the door to the building could have been a "blink and miss" otherwise. The location was also very good. There were bus stops in the vicinity and Putney train station barely 100m away. Also, a lot of stores and restaurants in the neighbourhood. There were a couple small things, but definitely not a deal breaker. The property had no lift, it was a struggle to take up suitcases through the narrow spiral staircase up 2 levels. Also, would have appreciated extra towels (since we stayed for a week). The beds were a bit small for a double-bed size esp in the 2nd level bedroom and we ended up also using the sofa bed. Would have appreciated the option for extra blankets. Friday and Saturday nights were a bit loud from the karoake bar downstairs, but the rest of the stay was quiet when you shut the windows.
• Andrea (1/5): Not recommended at all - See below I am not used to making such negative rates, but unfortunately in this case I am obliged. As new as the apartment is, quite clean by English standards, what is unbearable is the noise from the ventilation system of the commercial business (food) below. The aerator is right below (distance 1 meter!) from the bedroom. It has not been possible in any way to rest during the night as the system remains on until 5 am. The thing that bothers me most is that they did not mention anything either when I arrived or when I called at 3 a.m. to report it, playing dumb. Therefore, I am sorry, but I would not recommend this apartment in this condition even to my worst enemy!

• Toof (8/5): Clean flat in a busy energetic part of the city - Location is excellent with everything you need for a city flat, the apartment was very clean and neat. Very close to the tube station. If you are going to be out and about all day in London and just come home to crash this is perfect for you. Being in the middle of a busy city also means it's going to be noisy so don't expect a serene quiet place. You will hear sirens, parties, bars, restaurants, cars etc. It's part of the fun of being in London. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you.
• Cristina (8/5): Nice newly renovated apartment in great location - Spacious renovated apartment with two full bathrooms, for 5 adults without any problem. Beds are comfy. Location is great, restaurants and grocery stores right besides. 5 min walking to the District line tube which takes you to the city center in 30 min. They gave too few toilet paper and shampoo/soap for the amount of days/people. The kitchen is missing additional pans and lids as well as napkins and a cleaning rag. A dustpan would also be good. Please note; it is on the second floor and you need to use very steep stairs.
• Fong (3/5): Reluctant to return to the apartment even after a long day out. - Location is ok. That’s it. We are a family of 5 and we stayed for 6 days 5 nights. No extra linens was given. No extra towels. Only 2 tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo were given. Only 5 rolls of toilet paper was given. In comparison, for other stays for the same length of stay, we were given extra towels, extra linens, extra shampoo/shower gel, extra (8 rolls) toilet papers etc. in addition, the toilet door was not working from Day 1. So we ended up use just one toilet for our whole stay. I bet many other things in this apartment didn’t work as well but I dare not find out more like an inspector and ruined the holiday mood further. To add to our misery, in the last morning before check out, there was no water from the tap so none of us could use the toilet and even unable to brush teeth. I don’t think this property is keen to make the guests to be happy and comfortable for their stay. They just want to collect money and do minimal. I also think booking.com did poorly to allow property like this and its attitude to be on the list. When I complained to booking.com, I don’t think the customer service personnel was keen to help. Their reply was superficial and the hidden line was like “it is not our problem, go sort it out yourself”.
• Tamar (2/5): Very poor - I am sorry to have to write such a poor review. There were a number of drawbacks - the main one being noise from adjacent party/disco location that was active 2 of our 4 nights stay. The colorful flashing lights from this building enter the apartment through the bedroom windows and skylight as does the party music (assuming the music also came from the flashing light source) - it felt as if it was playing inside the apartment. The main bedroom had a skylight so it was very light in the room for our first night - upon our request, the hosts immediately painted over it to darken it after the first night. The response was quick. The bed in the second bedroom ( in flat 1) seemed to be a bed and a half rather than double bed so one of our boys needed to sleep in the lounge rather than share the bed with his brother - which defeated our purpose of taking an apartment with a lounge for the early risers to hang out rather than the bedroom, and was again noisy from the road.

• Ozolina (9/5): We liked staying in Putney apartment. - We were family of 5 and everyone had enough space for our own. Bedrooms are very cozy and nice. We liked the Putney district-all transports are very close,as well lots of cafes and restaurants. It was little bit noisy from nearby restaurants and street.

• David (10/5): Nice & cosy apartment with easy access to Central London - Nice and cosy property with Banksy Artwork and smart TV’s in each room for the kids. Also has 2 bathrooms so no issues sharing in the morning. Great location for access into central London! All good!
