This apartment is co-hosted by a digital company, and the check-in process is completed via the Digital Receptionist app, which is mandatory. Through the app, you complete your registration and pay the remaining balance of the total booking price that Booking.com did not collect. On the day of arrival, you will receive access instructions there.
The app also allows you to request additional services such as early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional charges, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance).
You will also pay the security deposit via the app, which is refunded within 7 days after departure, following inspection of the apartment and confirmation that no damage occurred and house rules were respected.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Kristian Vedran (10/5): - The location is amazing, and the pictures on the site do this property no good. It is much better than on the photos, I think the owners should put some better photos which capture both the nature and the layout inside the house. You are completly remote and can enjoy the house for yourself. We liked the barbeque and the fire pit especially. Regarding the location itself, it is great for hiking and relaxing in the nature. The house could be a little cleaner overall, other than that no complaints.

- Alessandra (8/5): Relax tra natura e pace ! - Posto molto carino, in mezzo a natura e silenzio. Possibilità di fare il fuoco fuori per un atmosfera magica Non c’è il bidet o un doccino. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua calda e anche chiedendo aiuto alla proprietà, ce la siamo risolti da soli perché i proprietari non erano raggiungibili a detta di chi ne faceva le veci
- Eleonora (10/5): Bellissimo posto rilassante - L'alloggio super accogliente, non mancava di nulla, c'era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e anche di più. La tranquillità del posto è assoluta e rilassante. La vasca idromassaggio ci mette 13/14 ore a riscaldare se fuori fa molto freddo quindi consiglio di attivarla subito all'arrivo se si vuole utilizzare. BBQ ottimo e ci è stata fornita anche la carbonella. Decisamente tutto perfetto, ritorneremo sicuramente!!! Mi è piaciuto tutto

- Michaela (8/5): Sehr erholsam, sehr angenehm - Das Cottage ist sehr ansprechend modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet Die Lage herrlich ruhig und erholsam. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse sind super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der See ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste Supernarkt 20 Minuten zu Fuß - mit dem Auto um die Ecke. Ich kann das Cottege nur weiterempfehlen Leider wussten wir nicht, dass die Kaffeemaschine eine Nespresso Maschine ist, für die man bestimmte Kapseln benötigt, die der ortsansässige Supermarkt nicht führt. Diese Info wäre toll gewesen, dann hätten wir von zu Hause die richtigen Kapseln mitgebracht. Leidet fehlt ein Nudelsieb und die Möglichkeiten Kleidung zu verstauen ist sehr gering. Anstelle eines Schreibtisches im Schlafzimmer, wäre eine Kommode super.
- Anastasiia (10/5): Perfect lakeside gem - A perfect lakeside escape & absolute hidden gem! Enjoyed the time in this peaceful corner, especially spending the evenings in the jacuzzi! The house is located in the nature (surrounded by the lake, hills and small local farms) but is still quite close to Ljubljana, there are also some local restaurant & store nearby, which was quite convenient. The host was very thoughtful to take care of all the necessary things, it was perfectly clean inside and also had some interesting retro details in the interior. The territory around the house is the absolute Shire, especially in the morning light. Definitely recommending this magical place!
