- Viktor (9/5): Villas are 100% recommendations for staying! - Villas are 100% recommendations for staying! Modern style, private pool, two floors (in duplex), fresh furniture, 100% private relax. Also recommend take seafood BBQ (personal bring all you need and fresh seafood on your villa) - it's not expensive and a lot of impressive! And you 100% must visit massage therapist-also not expensive and fantastic feeling. Breakfast very good for this price, including local food and menu items.

We ordered shabu to enjoy in the room. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth the money. I would like to suggest adding more lighting in the bedroom and around the swimming pool area.

- Michelle (7/5): Short stay in pttaya - The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious—great for families or friends since there are two separate rooms. The property isn’t very modern, but it’s clean and comfortable. That said, I did not like the A/C because it blows directly on your face and the direction isn’t adjustable. It made sleeping uncomfortable. I did not enjoy my stay. The A/C in the room blew directly onto the bed/face and the vent direction could not be adjusted. I woke up with my face freezing and had to sleep with my head covered just to avoid the air blowing on me all night. The other major inconvenience was checkout. They required sending someone to inspect the room twice to make sure nothing was missing. That felt disrespectful and unnecessary—especially since they already had my credit card deposit to cover any incidentals. This is not the kind of process you expect from a high-end hotel, and it wasted my time. I would not stay here again.

Cobwebs in room, dirty pool water, and found a leftover bra in the room upon check-in. Had an electricity blackout episode with no water and electricity for about an hour. Showers were leaky and water was leaking out of the shower screen. Intermittent hot water supply. No milk supplied for tea or coffee. Manager refused to compensate appropriately when told about the issues.

- Apiwat (3/5): Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and sadly, my experience this time fell far below reasonable expecta - I have always appreciated the warm hospitality and service from your staff during my stays. I must express my growing concern regarding the noticeable deterioration in the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. 1. Extremely bathrooms – Both showers in our rooms had visible mold and black stains, which is highly unacceptable for any hotel standard. 2. Worn-out towels – The towels provided were in very poor condition, appearing dull and old, resembling floor mats despite being clean. 3. Insects in the room – I found a millipede in the room, something I have never experienced in any other hotel.

There are few places on booking.com which shows very nice on photos but actually not good enough but as you see the photos of villa on booking.com they are exactly the same. Nothing

It should be worth less what I paid😔

- Tidarat (9/5): Nice for private vacation and recharge - We got the pool vila that close to lobby and parking that make easy to access to dining. The duplex design is large and good design. The temperature of air conditioner in bedroom was swing, we have to wake up to adjust many times, the staff told us because the heat sensor.
