- Joanne (8/5): Great stay and lovely homely property. Great communication from host. Would recommend. - Homely and quirky. Nothing as good value for money.
- David (10/5): -
- Merle (9/5): - The setting, the decor of the cottage, comfortable and cosy. Would stay at the cottage again. Some of the condiments in the cupboards were out of date and need throwing/replacing.
Oven - grill pan and pizza tray had not been cleaned after use by last tenant.
- Eddie (9/5): Very enjoyable we loved staying at the cottage. - Lovely well decorated, kitchen everything you needed, outside lovely little seating area although it was cold we did still had a hot chocolate outside.
Very clean and tidy lovely wee house. Stairs a little steep for us oldies with disabilities but it was fine with care.
- Darlene (10/5): -
- colleen (10/5): - Easy check in n out surrounding areas where lovely Seaview from living room open fire was a great touch Everything bout it
- Diane (9/5): - The location was nice and people very friendly
- Stephen (8/5): - Very quiet & central Unfortunately, the hot water was a bit of an issue.
- Robert (8/5): - Close to the beach & harbour
- Lynda (9/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable. - Location great. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to the beach. Ideal fairly central to places around like Mount Stewart. Donaghadee etc.
- H (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (9/5): Superb - Lovely cottage , very cosy
- Christine (8/5): Nice house - House was great and area was very quiet! Everything we needed was provided. The area was full of uvf flags.
- Lee (8/5): Delightful cottage conveniently located within an easy walk of town - Great location close to the center of town, so easy walking to everything you need, make sure to find the “manual” which allegedly has instructions on how to turn on the hot water heater, lucky for me I lived in a house with an immersion heater, so I eventually worked it out, saying that It is a delightful little cottage and I would not hesitate to stay here again Nothing
- Frank (10/5): Fantastic location bye the sea - Excellent proprietor understood the issue we had with my girlfriend braking her hip on the Ferry to Belfast Great location close to Bangor and Belfast
- Richella (8/5): Very good -
- Lyndis (8/5): Very good -
- Lauren (3/5): Not great - The property did have a homely feel However the homely feel also gave a ‘lived in’ sense, where certain areas (shower) were not cleaned to a high standard, there was damp. The heating, hot water and wifi unfortunately didnt work and as we initially struggled to enter the property we didn’t have access to a key to safely lock at night or during the day. Meaning our items and safety were compromised. We understand we did book last minute but we were disappointed with our stay overall.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (9/5): Superb - A cosy house with lovely personal touches. Comfy reading spots in the bedroom and living area
Great cooking facilities.
The guitar was a great surprise Nothing
- John (9/5): Fantastic holiday place - Great place for a holiday, big spacious, well equipped Only negative, would be steep stairs to bedroom, if you were a bit older or had reduced mobility
- Kathryn (10/5): Great place to stay when visiting family - Comfy bed and pillows
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The location was approximately 280m from my parent’s house whom I was visiting.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kiki (10/5): Perfect Little Getaway - Everything!
Location was lovely. It was quiet. House clean and comfortable. Bed and shower and cooker all working perfectly. No complaints whatsoever. Desi was really accommodating too. Would love to come back. There was nothing to complain about!
- Clare (8/5): Nice, clean property with thoughtful touches provided like shampoo, and shower gel. - Location was good and convenient for travelling around.
Self catered, so provided our own breakfast We couldn't find any notes about the facilities, so not sure whether there was a way to heat the boiler to provide enough hot water for us to have consecutive showers, but we managed by one of us using the shower, then having breakfast whilst the water heated up again before the second person showered.
