• HASEGAWA (7/5): 凄く高いわけでも無いけど同価格帯で温泉付き同じ位のロケーションのホテルで良かったかもと思いました - ロケーションが最高で、天気にも恵まれ朝ごはんを富士山見ながら屋上で食べれた事が非日常すぎて家族皆んな喜んでおりました。 2階へ上がる階段から通路らへんが終始排水溝？タバコの吸い殻？のような悪臭がただよっていて気分が下がりました。(お風呂後やトイレの度に通るので) また、予定していたアクティビティが中止になり事前にお伝えしていたチェックイン時間より早まったのですが16:00からチェックインOKとの事だったので17:30頃向かったところ、まだ清掃中でした。 この件は急な予定変更と変更連絡をしなかった事もあり、こちらにも非はあるかと思いますが初めての事で少し困惑しました。 立地に関しても入ってくる道が狭い上に勾配もあり、運転があまり得意でない方や大きな車、車高の低い車、乗り慣れてないレンタカー等では不向きかなと感じました。

• Firdaus (7/5): - Love how beautiful is the environment and Fuji-san view. The place is really clean. Amenities provided are sufficient. The heating was limited to only the 2 rooms and 1 kitchen+living room. The rest of the place, there were no heating and it was very cold during our visit. We wish there was a more clear instructions on the heating. We tried adjusting using the remote to get higher heat, but the heat was still not optimal. A more detailed instructions on how to get optimal heating would've been helpful.
