• Patrick (10/5): Spacious, spotless, super-located apartment that felt like home — perfect for both working vacation - This is honestly the best place I've stayed in a long time. It's a huge apartment with 2 showers and 2 toilets (one of them ensuite), and it even has a courtyard with a separate little laundry room — iron, hangers, brand-new washing machine, everything you need is there. The 1-bedroom layout opens into a massive living room and kitchen, and the high ceilings make it feel super airy and even bigger than it is. All the windows have mosquito nets, so you can leave them wide open in the evening without any mozzies coming in — amazing! Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean. The bed is excellent — firm, no sagging, with beautiful sheets and design. The shower has great hot water and strong pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge fridge, great coffee machine, microwave, and everything you could need. I stayed for 6 nights and worked from the apartment during the day — I had absolutely everything I needed and was incredibly productive. Location is unbeatable: a 20-minute walk from downtown Málaga. Bus stops nearby, restaurants, grocery shops, bakery, ice cream parlour — all right there. And no tourists, just locals. It's the perfect spot. This place deserves 10/10. On top of everything, I was able to check in earlier and check out later without any issues. Thank you for making a work-vacation feel so effortless — I genuinely felt at home here. • Julie (10/5): Excellence stay in a beautiful property - Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable. It looked exactly as pictured and even better. The property was a little bit outside of the centre which wasn’t always the most comfortable. But it is written in the description of the property, so it wasn’t surprising, and we could manage well.

• Gilby (8/5): LOVED IT! - It’s super spacious and clean. You get a lot of privacy even though it’s a corner house. The boiler makes A LOT of noise. Lucky me I always travel with earplugs. The wires to hang your clothes on on the washing room tend to fall. So watch out when hanging your clothes. Oh and the window of the kitchen, the left one doesn’t close right. It’s supposed to lock but it doesn’t and can be opened from outside easily. Although someone getting in from that side is really difficult, still, if it ever were to happen the insurance will not pay since there isn’t any sign of a break in. I know cause I work in insurance.

• Cara (10/5): Can’t wait to return! - This apartment was impeccably clean. We were doing the Malaga half marathon and the location of the apartment was perfect as it’s very central. Roman was a very attentive host and I would recommend this apartment.

Apartament jest przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony – wszystko było dokładnie tak, jak w opisie. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje czystość oraz dbałość o detale, które sprawiają, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Lokalizacja również okazała się świetna – spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji. Kontakt z właścicielem był bezproblemowy, bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny na każdym etapie pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i bezproblemowego miejsca na wypoczynek. Mały minusik za brak parkingu. Trzeba się nieźle na gimnastykować żeby znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania.

• Pilar (9/5): Cómodo y luminoso - Muy espacioso y luminoso, muy bien equipado, menaje de cocina y de baño. Cómodo para estancias cortas y muy funcional. Hemos estado dos parejas y nos ha sido muy cómodo al tener dos baños. Los dueños son muy atentos en todo momento! Las camas super cómodas!! No está en el centro de Málaga, es una media hora andando al centro, eso debería de aclararse en la descripción del apartamento.

• Klaudia (10/5): - Everything was great. The area is quiet, the communication with the host was very good, and the apartment was clean. The possibility to heat the place was extremely important for us in December. There were no issues with entering the apartment (the key lock system worked perfectly). We also appreciated having access to coffee, a washing machine, an iron, etc. Thanks! The only downsides were a few hairs found in the toilet and the lack of a kettle. Other than that, it was really a great stay.

• Petra Anna (8/5): Overall we really enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend the apartment! - The host kindly let us check out late, for which we are very grateful for. Very clean and spacious, overall very well equipped apartment. Nice smelling sheets. Lovely decorations. Close to the city center but in a more quiet area with great amenities nearby. The best churreria is only 5 mins away, perfect for breakfast. We appreciated the double toilets. The apartment also has a small patio. We loved that there were two bathrooms but we could not shower in one of them as it seemed to be clogged. There were shutters on all the windows in the rooms except for one above the entrance and unfortunately at night streetlight came in to the room from there. I recommend putting some curtains/blinds there too. A kettle for making tea would also be a nice addition although we could boil water quickly on the stove as well. Loud noise came from the water heater in the bathroom but thankfully this issue could also be solved.

Het appartement is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum. Parkeren is wel een dingetje aangezien de straten zeer smal zijn en erg druk. Niets

• Carolina (9/5): Me encanto! Todo casi nuevo - Era grande, casi nuevo y la verdad me encanto, me sentí como en casa. Ummm no tenía lavadora para ropa y queda un poco retirado del centro pero se puede tomar el autobús a media cuadra del alojamiento y caminando al centro son 30 minitos. Sin embargo el alojamiento es tan bueno y bello que vale la pena.
• Jacinta (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment has lovely high ceilings which gives a lovely feel . Extremely clean . About a twenty minute walk to the heart of Malaga City . Loads of cafes close. Supermarket within 5 minute walk . Parking is available but I would say it is a lottery to get it close . We had to park about 10mins walk away up the hill . Which was fine for us . Ground floor . I will recommend and would stay here again.
• Sejal (10/5): Comfortable couple of days in Malaga - Large, comfortable flat in a great location - near enough to nice bars and restaurants but far enough from the centre to be relatively quiet. Ramón was a great host, clear instructions, left coffee and milk for us, and kindly allowed us to check in early. All was great.
• Francesco (8/5): Very good - - Calm location not too far from city center - Clean and nice place - Spacious apartment with two bathrooms - Smell came from the big bathroom - Noisy boiler, can be switched off during night and it's ok - No shower gel and shampoo is provided, it can be a problem since everywhere is present and in general you don't need to bring one with you

The location was close to everything you need in Malaga. It was very spacious and the AC worked like a charm. The kitchen was fully equipped and very clean. Nothing. It’s hard to find a negative thing about this place.

No netflix account from the property to use on the smart TV provided in the accommodation so if you don't have your own account you cannot use this feature
• Ailis (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment, roughly a 20 min walk from the old town, however, a lovely walk with many bars and local tapas spots on route. Apartment was equipped with everything Including 2 lovely showers, a great kitchen and living area. Would definitely stay here again
• Martha (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable bed ,nicely decorated flat.Good location for bus to get around Malaga. Plenty of local bars within 5 min walk to eat and drink in all very good.Top end resturant at the end of the road QBO ? had an excellent menu. Why do spanish plumbers not fit bottle traps or U bends on sink wastes . This is the reason you always get a drain smell in bathrooms which is my pet hate..we found leaving the waste closed minimised this smell.Would have been nice if there had been pegs and an iron but we bought pegs and managed to hang out our washing to reduce the need for ironing. Clean clothes are important to us doesn't matter if we don't have razor sharp creases in the shirt sleeves.
