• Mariangela (5/5): Mai più. - Unica note positive la vicinanza con la stazione, ovviamente con tutto quello che comporta, la velocità del Wi-Fi. Appena arrivata sarei già voluta andare via, non avendo ricevuto alcun messaggio con indicazioni su chiavi, pws Wi-Fi etc., ho chiamato l’host che mi ha fatto aspettare un’ora fuori dal palazzo per poi dirmi che avrei dovuto prendere le chiavi da sola con una combinazione da un box. Approssimazione in tutto. Stanza al sesto piano senza ascensore in un appartamento con bagno condiviso, letto che cigolava, biancheria del letto con macchie e strappi, poltrona sporca, impossibilità di oscurare le finestre causa presenza del tubo del condizionatore installato sul vetro. Assenza di prese elettrice intorno al letto e presenza di sole due molto fatiscenti. Il bagno non pulito, con la presenza di un autoclave rumorosissimo, privo di carta igienica e per giunta senza nemmeno il sapone per le mani. La cucina l’ho solo vista e per fortuna non l’ho dovuta usare.

• Steven (7/5): Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Palerme. - Mario était de bons conseils, il nous a fait visité quelques éléments. Il est dommage qu’il y’ai des horaires pour accéder à la cuisine..
• Privitera (1/5): - Niente Per salire sembra case da incubo 4 piani osceni non presentabili senza ascensore camera con lenzuola da buttare e condizionatore portatile col tubo che e fuori dal balcone e la finestra con questo tubo non si poteva chiudere avrei tanto da scrivere ma mi fermo qua e dopo tutto ho pagato quando un b&b di un livello molto più alto di questo tugurio

• Trovato (8/5): Perfetto - Camera e corridoio accogliente Lavandino rotto , zero ricambio automatico di asciugamano e tovaglietta ,zero bagnodoccia ,del resto tutto bene .. la mia esperienza é basata solo su un giorno di alloggio questa struttura la consiglio per singolo o al massimo due persone non di più . Del resto é perfetto il posto per la vicinanza e personale gentile e educato . Cordiali saluti sono stato bene☺️

• Guest (3/5): Nn rispetta la discrezione su Booking - Niente I condizioni della stanza e sporca senza aria condizionata c’era una porta bile con tubo che usciva dal barcone con finestra aperta e una fregatura

• Frank (2/5): Very poor - Warm water, doorman in front of building was kind Shower / toilet needs to be shared with other 3 rooms, and the owners. Was a unpleasant surprise for us, door cannot really close. Kitchen is not accesable as the owners sleeps there, quite a surprise for us. Discussions about money, 20 euro more then agreed. Many things made us feel uncomfortable. I would advise to search an other place, it had an impact on our mood.

• Klára (1/5): Bad - Quite close to the station. Everything was bad. When I arrived I had a short problem to contact the accommodation. I was told it's building D unfortunately there wasn't any sign and I was told they will come to get me unfortunately the owner yelled at me from a window. It was 8(?) floor so not good for children or disabled people. When I arrived they immediately asked for money without giving me a second of privacy or 'breath out'. The price was 35.95 but when I arrived they asked for 40€ than for a 38€ with some fee which was already in that 35,95€ then they wanted 36€. I don't know if it was mistake or intention but it was uncomfortable. As a solo travel I didn't felt safe and comfortable with leaving my luggage there. Not enough of charging sockets. During a night I was woken up a few times by a loud talking and light ( I think a new guests arrived). No one gave me a tour or told me anything about the place and because of that I wasn't able to turn on the lights in the bathroom and I couldn't even close the door on the first try and also no one told me how to turn the light on in the hall so I had to use my phone. I was given a bunch of keys but they weren't marked so every time I needed to use them I had to try every single one - not comfortable especially at night. Could use an AC after all the stairs and some lamp by the bed. Bathroom was very smelly and the sheets had holes in it. For a one night is sufficient, not for a longer stay. No one spoke English even a bit which made a conversation about the money harder. I wouldn't be completing about lack of English otherwise

• Milanche (5/5): Almost good spot - Close to central bus and train station (5-7 min walking) Qilt was dirty and has an unpleasant smell, Very weak water pressure, No toilet seat, It's not for elder people or small kids (there's no elevator, 6the floor), Poor noise insulation, Dirty bathroom, In kitchen there is extra bed (probably for person who is "cleaning")....... And many more.... Solving this few things it could be excellent accommodation.
• Otmar (3/5): Poor - Like: location, nearby the center of City Dislike: The offer on Booking did not indicate that it was a room with a shared bathroom, which we did not want, i.e. to share the bathroom with strangers. The furniture was useless, there were remnants of laminate in the closet, the loveseat was only covered with a sheet so that it was not visible that it was not for use, there was no paper on the toilet. No one told us that we needed to turn on the compressor to get the water running. Apparently the owner did not have time, because we also waited for him for more than half an hour for the keys. Really sad...

I filtered for pets and received the keys after payment only to receive the texts below ... judge for yourself how pet friendly this guy is. A disgrace. Stay clear Being evicted for bringing my pet to a "pet friendly" apartment. Stay clear potentially a scam. I'm sure I'm not the only one he did this to Rude, aggressive and I felt threatened. Horrific experience The dog and I had to leave at 2116 Hrs with nowhere to go or pay €190 euro ... read screen shots and judge how "pet friendly" this guy is. AVOID. (I left as requested then he refused refund.... scammy enough lads!!!)
• Ares (6/5): Very clean and tidy but.... - The Place Is clean. It's an important aspect. The room is full of useless furniture. Like in a theater stage full of beautiful accessories. Drawers that cannot store anything, long pieces of wood behind the cabinets. I really felt I paid for sleeping in a very well painted and clean workshop. Besides this, the toilet seat is broken and pinches your rear part everything you seat. This reflects carelessness of the owner.m and nothing but that .
