• Andrea (10/5): Einfach fantastisch - Die Wohnung war super. Tolle Lage und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einfachzum Wohlfühlen. Ganz perfekt wäre es gewesen, wenn der Aufzug funktioniert hätte. Hoffentlich wird er repariert.

As a frequent traveler, let me bring by saying I don’t recall ever posting a poor review. But we stayed here for 6 weeks and experienced multiple issues: small ants in the kitchen the entire time, (we were told to get ant traps), no working elevator resulting in 5 -flights of steps climbs every day, no water at all on 4 different days, 24-hours+ each time. I meticulously swept the floors and cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms before leaving, and requested a partial refund. The owners lied and said we left the apartment a mess. (I requested departure instructions which arrived 2 days late.) Communication about water shut offs was not properly provided. A drain issue was addressed, as was a water flow problem in the second bathroom. But we cannot recommend this apartment.
• JK (10/5): Great place - we'll be back! - Great location and view. Big, roomy apartment. Bed was too soft for our taste. Can imagine in the summer it gets too hot without an airco. We visited in wintertime.

• Kevin (9/5): - Beautiful apartment with great views of the bay of Las Canteras and its lovely sunsets! It’s a 10 min walk to the start of beach area, then possible to walk all the way around the bay, maybe 4 miles….most of the water sports seem to be at that end of the bay but plenty of bars and cafes along the way! Bathrooms lovely, great showers, kitchen very well equipped. We found the bed a little soft for our liking. Wi-fi good. Bus stop to Old Town, Tirana, Santa Catalina, no 12 is approx 30 min walk ( just head for the big green glass Woerman tower) Aquarium/port is in the same direction. There was noisy construction work nearby and the apartment across the hall was being renovated
• Christel (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Großzügige, lichte Wohnung, modern eingerichtet, 2 Bäder, wunderbarer Blick auf Las Palmas und vor allem das Meer. Abends einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der bei allen Fragen ansprechbar war. Besonders hilfreich: Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz.

Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. The apartment is well equipped - I did not miss anything. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. • Catherine (10/5): Amazing view from gorgeous apartment. - The apartment has an amazing view over Las Canteras bay but is away from the street noise and hustle and bustle tho it's easily accessible. Everything is beautiful and in good condition. Note that the apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a lift. Also be careful not to leave the key in the back of the door. I wasn't keen on having to take my rubbish and recycling out to the bins on my departure.
