Guest Reviews
- Ettore (10/5): would stay again, but not for 178 pounds... - very clean, had all we needed and easy to check in The apartment was roasting hot with all radiators on when we arrived and only one fan that didn't do much cooling down.
- Rebecca (4/5): Not worth £318 for 2 nights - The customer service was incredible. The apartment was too modern for my liking and what I'm used to, I can understand with making an apartment cute and cosy but there's modern and then there's unfunctional and to me it was unfunctional, the kitchen interior featured handleless cupboards and draws that when you opened them you felt like your nails were being ripped off and it felt like nails on a chalkboard and the draws in order to open them you had to push it to click it open and then it popped and slided out and too me that's alot of effort just to open a draw, the fridge and freezer were barely even cold and took ages for my drinks to go cold, the taps for the kitchen sink, the cold water wasn't cold enough in my opinion it was luke warm, and the window didn't open enough to cool me down in 33°c weather, I can understand suicide prevention methods and limiting how far of a gap you can have for an open window on a upper level apartment but the gap wasn't even wide enough to let rain drops fall in, the heated towel rack was left on and there was no clear way of switching it off and so the bathroom felt like what a oven must feel like, the shower didn't really work well and there wasn't enough toilet roll left in the apartment for 4 people staying for two nights and by the time we ran out we were already leaving but still needed the toilet so we had to wait until we got to the local service station and the front didn't even have any handles on either side so opening the door was hard because the door weighed a tone and the lock isn't the best and closing it to make sure we could lock it was hard because we had nothing to hold on too to ensure it closes fully. I personally wouldn't stay here again if I was to ever visit Milton Keynes again.
