Модерно обзаведен, мебелите са нови. Оборудван е със всичко необходимо за по-дълъг престой. Уредите са нови. Апартамента е приземен, усеща се влага. В малкото дворче, което е като тераса е мръсно и се разхождат плъхове

• safiasa (10/5): Muy recomendable - Un apartamento encantador en el corazón de Sofía, situado en un bajo muy agradable, decorado con mucho estilo y gran tranquilidad. Dispone además de un pequeño jardín muy acogedor que, aunque no pudimos disfrutar debido a la lluvia y al frío, se agradece mucho tener. Tanto mi hijo pequeño como yo hemos apreciado enormemente este lugar y hemos pasado momentos muy agradables que quedarán grabados para siempre en nuestra memoria. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro, lo que facilita visitar los monumentos y lugares de interés de la ciudad. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y agradable. La conexión wifi y la televisión funcionaban perfectamente, y la cocina está muy bien equipada, con todos los utensilios y productos básicos para cocinar y limpiar. Definitivamente volveríamos a este apartamento y lo recomendamos sin dudar a otros viajeros que deseen descubrir y disfrutar a fondo la hermosa ciudad de Sofía. Nada en especial.

• Veselina (6/5): Uncomfortable for longer than 2 days - It was easy to pick up and return the key in the lock box. The location is very central, walking distance from city life and there is a variety of food options nearby. It was handy to find salt in the kitchen. The appartment is quite dark with little natural light coming in during the day. Not good for reading or remote working, we needed to turn the lamps on. It wasn't clean: my legs got black when I initially decided to walk bare foot in the appartment, overall dirty, incl. rusty stains in the bathroom. One morning I found a dead cockroach on the floor (happy it wasn't alive at least). The building is very old and not renovated, there was strong smell from the sewer. The ventilator in the bathroom did not work at all and the bathroom was staying wet. The aspiration in the kitchen didn't work either, although it was making noise. The fridge was set to the lowest degree of cooling, we didn't notice and the food we left overnight spoiled. There were a few cleaning mops left in the wardrobe for jackets, which made it unusable. Another dirty mop outside the wardrobe, not very pleasant to watch all the time. There was no wardrobe in the bedroom and the mattresses were not comfortable, both on the bed and on the sofa-bed. The attitude of the managing company we also didn't like. On reservation we left a comment that we wanted to use both the bed and sofa-bed and asked for 2 sets of bed sheets. On arrival we found just one set. There was no possibility to call the company in the weekend, so we had to write a message. There was a response relatively quick but the sheets were delivered only on Monday afternoon. On top of that, the employee told me that he didn't see a chat message about the sheets and it wasn't their fault, it was standard to have just one bed for two people, according to him. I wonder why did they mention the sofa-bed at all on the listing option if it's not to be used. The person I was with had to sleep on the sofa without a sheet the first night. Furthermore, we found it annoying that the day before the checkout they wanted to know the exact time we would leave.

• Uros (7/5): Nice apartment, good location. Sewer smell from the bathrom lowers the overall experience. - The apartment is well equipped and the location is good. Apart from the smell from the toilet, the comfort and cleanliness are good. There's a sewer smell in the bathroom. If you run the vent, the smell extends to the kitchen and entire apartment because the toilet exhaust is obviously linked to the kitchen exhaust.
