- Jennie (7/5): - Arrival was a bit confusing but ok. Arrived in the afternoon , dark out and raining. You have to go across the street and down the block to hunt down the case with the key in it. A little bizarre. Then you have multiple levels of stairs to lug your bag up. The good. Large space, very responsive staff, great bed. The bad, LOUD. Sounded like a herd of elephants dancing on my head the whole time with the screaming family in the upstairs apartment. There were some technical issues but they sent somebody to fix them. Overall I liked it.
