• Mayuri (2/5): - Only acceptable thing was comfortable beds Property is in a narrow lane with cheap and undignified surroundings. Property, location, owner not at all family friendly. Owner is a rude old lady with zero hospitality. Even basics like a bottle of water is not provided in the room. Water has to be purchased from the owner. Despite being a homestay, kitchen access is denied for simple heating of food. No assistance provided to carry luggage despite being with kids and senior citizens. We had to climb 2 flights of stairs to and fro to communicate with the owner and carry luggage.

Есть подъемный кран для чемоданов, что очень удобно, учитывая, что отель более 4 этажей (по 2 номера на этаже). Выдали водичку на каждого гостя. Мы приехали компанией из 7 человек раньше времени заселения, но нас не заставили ждать и заселили сразу. Вода горячая есть, кондиционер есть, вентилятор есть. Рядом тусовочная улица с кучей ресторанов и баров, но при этом в номере тихо. Немного продавленный матрас.

• Denis (7/5): - Very good location right in the heart of downtown. Very kind stuff. Simple, clean, cheap. Great value for it's money. The elevator is absent, so be ready to climb by stairs. It's really noisy at the night time because the walking street with bars is very close to that place. No refrigerator at the room. Other things are ok.

• hubert (8/5): Emplacement proche du centre ville - Guesthouse située dans une ruelle proche de Bùi Viên et de la vie nocturne de Ho Chi Minh, sans toutefois avoir les inconvénients des nuisances sonores. Il y a deux chambres par étage et l’escalier est étroit. La Guesthouse est propre et la dame qui reçoit la clientèle fait son possible pour parler un peu l’anglais. Elle enregistre votre empreinte sur sa poignée de porte qui donne sur la ruelle ainsi vous pouvez rentrer à l’heure que vous souhaitez. La chambre dispose de deux chaises basses très utiles , d’une armoire et un bureau. Savon liquide , brosse à dents, dentifrice et shampooing fournis. Douche avec de l’eau chaude. Rien, pour une Guesthouse les prestations sont bonnes.
• Clémence (9/5): - La chambre était très propre. Homestay bien situé pour visiter Ho Chi Minh. Personnel très gentil. Le logement est situé proche de la rue Bui Vien qui est très animée la nuit. Notre chambre au 4ème étage était donc bruyante la nuit. Mais c'est peut être moins le cas dans les étages en dessous.
• Alena2520 (9/5): - We had a great stay at this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room and common areas were very clean, which made the stay very comfortable. We always had hot water with good pressure in the shower. The internet was also very fast and reliable. Another great advantage is the location – right in the heart of Saigon, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it. One downside of the place is that it is located right next to the main party street. Because of this, you can hear loud music until late at night, which might make it difficult to sleep if you are sensitive to noise.

• Sam (7/5): Prima Homestay - Prima Homestay. Locatie was top, ligt erg centraal en veel is te voet te doen. Ondanks dat de uitgaansstraat heel dichtbij is, hebben we hier weinig last van gehad. Alleen in de avond kan het te horen zijn. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is top! Bedden liggen goed. Het kan soms wat gehorig zijn.

• Agnieszka (8/5): Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, dobra lokalizacja - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 70 metrów od Bui Vien, w odległości spaceru od głównych atrakcji. Miła, przyjazna obsługa. Czyste pokoje, szerokie łóżka. Można poczuć klimat wietnamskiego domu. W bocznej, wąskiej uliczce gdzie można zobaczyć życie mieszkańców. Mieliśmy pokoje na 2 i 3 piętrze, schody dosyć wąskie- dla niektórych może to być drobne utrudnienie z bagażami. Muszę zaznaczyć jednak, że Pani oferowała pomoc z wniesieniem bagaży. Przy wejściu do budynku trzeba ściągać buty - szanujemy, ale osobiście wolałabym tego nie robić.

I strongly recommend this place for everyone who need perfect location and comfortable accommodation to discover Ho Chi Min city. Host helped us even with staff that wasn’t related to accommodation. De kamer was wat kleiner dan we dachten en het tweepersoonsbed erg krap. De wijk vond ik wat minder met wat dubieuze massagesalons, maar daar kan de host niets aan doen.

Fint værelse i forhold til prisen, men lidt småt og slidt - bruseren var oven i toilettet, og tæpperne kunne med fordel skiftes ud med dyner. Desuden lidt problemer med aircondition.

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - My Home Guest Haus is located in a maze of streets between two popular thoroughfares. When the sun rose and the music died down on the Bui Vien Walking Road, similar to Bangkok's Khao San Road, life began on the boulevard Le Lai. Young people were engaged in running and fitness, older ladies took dancing with a cavalier bossa nova or meditatively practicing tai chi. Speaking of noise, the noise of the street does not penetrate into the My Home Guest Haus. The hotel looks like the home of an intelligent family with rich traditions, and on the top floor, under the roof, there is a room in which there is an altar to the memory of the ancestors of this family. And a balcony with a wonderful hanging garden: it offers stunning views of the central area of Saigon.

• Chara (10/5): Great accommodation in central Ho Chi Minh - Excellent location, clean rooms, value for money There was no noise from the street (surprisingly!), but there was lots of white noise from some devices, so I had to use earplugs to sleep.
• Piyush (9/5): Superb - The room could feel a little cramped for 3 people, but at these prices you really can’t complain. The property owner is nice and the guest house is located centrally in D1 and is right next to the walking street. You can go ahead and book it without a worry.

Some noisy from the street, but you are in very central location. Somewhere dry in the bathroom to store clothes would be good. Stairs were fine as we had backpacks but would imagine they might be difficult with a suitcase.

• Kaja (8/5): Good budget hotel in center - Place was in center of the town. Places were in walking distance. But same time was quiet in our room on 201. Buie Vie walking street was very near. On other side there were ATM -s to rise money. We downloaded Grab taxi app. Very fast arriving. Rooms were bit too tiny for european people 🙂
• Michelle (7/5): Good choice for price and location - We booked really late, 30 mins before arriving! which was nearly midnight. Our room was on the 5th floor up steep steps so fine for the one night but would be too much for a longer stay. The ac was Ok however there was a fan too which was much better. Beds were comfortable the sheets smelt clean and fresh there was a blanket for cover I would have preferred a sheet as its hot at the moment so I used my sarong instead. Bathroom was clean and bright and had good hot water. For the price it's a good choice the location is down a small alleyway near walking street and the main road, near Hanh cafe if you are getting the bus. Tons of eating choices along alleyway where the guest house is it's a shame we didn't get to try any as this really was a sleepover for us. The stairs up to our room!! we didn't go out after we got there because of them, if booking ask for a room on floor 1 or 2

Location is very vibrant very central if you like night life. Some guests have been very noisy 1 night otherwise it was quiet. Lift will be helpful)
