Zwane (10/5): this place is clean . the pool on the rooftop is fantastic. one of best locations - the location is one of best ones.
Naweed (7/5): Minor improvement needed. - 1. Has a washer and dryer. 2. Clean and modern. 3. Not too far from beach. 1. No Wi-Fi, although advertised with Wi-Fi we were advised that the landlord doesn't want to upgrade to Fiber, meaning the Wi-Fi that is there through a wireless or whatever is never sufficient, you will use your own data and not be able to access smart TV functions. 2. No control for rowdy neighbour's, so if you have drunk and wild neighbors like us you won't get sleep, also nearby bar and karaoke doesn't help. 3. Gets extremely hot, fan isn't sufficient and goes on and off with the light on its own.
